The bald guy is Rude we first heard him literally tell the other one if he can’t hear well because he had gave him instructions. Then a couple had asked him to do a price check for a Barbie and he said well I don’t work for the company of Barbie however I do work for Walmart, and she said yeah that’s what I asked if you can check the price of the Barbie. I don’t understand why he think it’s okay to speak to people like that and they were to be ignorant back then they would be wrong for that. We left quickly because we was going to say something to him but he should not be out on the floor if he’s not in the mood to be helping customers out.

I try to avoid Walmart for so many reasons but they do open early so every once in a while I give in and go. This Walmart seems to be getting a little better. I actually made it through, got my stuff and out without getting a head ache. Some great employees but sad that it seems also some not so great but I am not sure if they are actually not good or just beat down from many of the trifling nasty customers. It is typically a big aggravation to go and prices are just okay not worth being near so many ignorant customers. Customers driving and riding the motorized carts who obviously don't need to use them, throwing clothes all over they picked through, leaving their nasty food and drinking trash in the aisles, Talking loud, show boating, or just being annoying and inconsiderate in the check out lines. At least not as gross as it was before seems to be getting a little better and sales people seem few and far between but at least courteous.

An aggregious number of employees were walking around talking on their cell phones or texting. I was in the paint aisle, and an employee was having a full-blown conversation on speaker while stocking shelves. As I was making my way to checkout, I tried to ask one of the employees a question, but their cell phone was attached to their face, so I felt rude interrupting...... 🤔I walked up to the express checkout counter with about 8 items and greeted Denise, the cashier, and she was in the middle of a text and took her time finishing it before beginning to scan my items. She did not greet me or make eye contact with me once, and she kept picking up her phone in the middle of ringing up my 8 items (totaling $54 and some change). Another customer comes up behind me to checkout, and she starts engaging in conversation with him and says, "I dont know how these white people always be spending so much money" then hands me my receipt.I was blown away and felt so uncomfortable.

That Walmart specifically doesn't have a full supermarket inside so it's just not for me. I like Walmart because I can get rat poison then go grab a box of skinny and sweet in the next aisle. Don't mix up the boxes and kill your boss. There both yellow

If you need an employee for any step of your process i.e. to unlock a glass door - don't bother. If you cant grab it yourself its a waste. Thats if you can find it. Otherwise its walmart. What did you expect.

They really fell off. The people are really nice but the service here is non existent. People getting paychecks and everything is do it yourself! You can't shop because whom ever bright idea it was to stock the shelves all during the day made a huge mistake for shoppers. THEY ARE IN THE WAY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY HAVE MISERABLE ATTITUDES WHEN ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE. NO BAGS FOR PURCHASE IS THE MOST IGNORANT THING A MERCHANT CAN DO TO A CONSUMER. I got more but I'm done my rant. Pretty good Walmart. It's a supercenter but the food selection isn't the best of the best because this location doesn't have a bakery and deli. Aside from that, no complaints. It's also located within a great shopping center (which includes Five Below, Marshalls, Rainbow, Goodwill, and more) with ample parking.

They have what most Walmart stores have that are not supercenters. However, the customer service was mostly awful. No one was available at the pickup and the pickup part was not closed because I had called earlier and got some decent information on when they closed. There was a guy named 'Ace' that helped resolve the issue, but that was an extra 10 minutes. There was another guy in electronics that was on top of things as well, but the rest were in party mode.

Awful like most other Walmarts. Items in the wrong places, no prices on a lot of items. Crap everywhere and the employees don't care at all about anything. Not that I blame them, I'd be the same way if I worked here.

I really don’t go there as much anymore because it’s just too scary with people begging for money outside, no open registers, no brown bags of any kind to help with disguise of xmas gifts……but I had to go in at 6:45am on Friday Nov 3; 2023. I was on my way to work and was rushing. Needed snacks for work…..I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and one of your employees, Darius was stocking shelves asked if I needed help. He stopped what he was doing and helped me find what I was looking for. That’s a first in Audubon Walmart. I thought I should recognize him cause it was a first for me.

I really like this Walmart for 1 simple reason. It's not a supercenter. This Walmart is one of the few smaller ones left. They have a small grocery section that offers things like milk and a few other necessary refrigeratored items along with dry goods like cereal, coffee, etc. The rest of the store offers everything that the supercenter does. Great place to go if your in the mood to browse

I enjoyed shopping in Audubon NJ. Everything I needed was available; no extra stops to complete my shopping. Staff was available to give directions and answer questions. Wonderful! They were pleasant and very helpful. Great customer service!

Low on Merchandise. The staff, (mostlyfemale) had the worst and unfriendly nastiest attitude. With the exception of the manager on duty whom I mightadd, was very comforting and attentive to my needs.

Terrible Walmart it says that they are open on Thanksgiving and they close at 11 PM. I just now pulled up into the Walmart security is talking about. They’ve been closed all day with an attitude. And I told her online it says they’re open. This is false advertisement. I just drove all the way here for nothing. If they were going to be closed on Thanksgiving, they need to update that online. I’m done with this Walmart. I’m never coming back to this location. There’s nothing inside of here anyway. Very terrible.

They have a lot of things that I want, then again there are some things they don't have, that is when I would have to go to the Cherry Hill Walmartand vice versa. So honestly I feel like Audubon Walmart and Cherry Hill Walmart balance each other out.

Why have I already done this Walmart more than 7 times and every time I come to buy the Lelectronic part they always make me wait anhour while the workers are there, there arealways many people waiting and the boy staystalking to his friends at Walmart and they don'tdo anything nothing to work and serve the clients that the one with the yellow hair hasaround him and it's not the first time he's doneit woow It's not the first time I've had this problem, without lying, it's the 7th time.

Horrible, the customers themselves are very ignorant. The cashier I had today was pleasant, which was nice because usually when I'm busting this Walmart, cashiers are very rude and have no customer service experience.!

Some workers are to unacceptable...and after I got done shopping, I stop to grab lunch from subway, now I'm not difficult or hard on anybody, but given me the poor service just not good..they had a new young guy working their, he new, so I thought just showing him the sandwich they advertised be easier,he was making a total different sandwich then what I seen that didn't have any of the items he was putting on there and I didn't even like any of it, so I told him he was adding wrong items on there and he said that's what's on there, mine you I can everything on it, so I'm pretty sure its not correct and I tried to help correct him, he still continued to make my sandwich wrong and didn't even wrap my sandwich all the way...word of advise, I don't care who starting pay rate is given more money, if I'm going to apply for a job, at lease make sure I like what the job comes with smh.I could had let him have it!!!...but I took the items off...and made everyone else order with no problem..and he greeting me like he was ready to take my order And make it right...guess not!! And by the way, I ordered a bacon and chicken ranch sandwich 🥪.

The Walmart in the Audubon shopping center needs some work. Some of their employees especially the manager named Laura or Lauren can use a training course in customer service. I'm not sure if Laura was having a bad night or if she just felt the need power trip but clearly her attitude was unacceptable. As a paying consumer I don't have to spend my hard earned money in a place where I'm treated poorly.

The worst Walmart I've been in... There is always only ever 2 lanes open for check out and the self check out line is so long that I don't even want to go there anymore... But it's my pharmacy, and the pharmacy is the only thing good about this Walmart!

The overall store was fine. Went there to get new lenses for my glasses and had to wait 45 minutes for employees to get off lunch break. Then they told us that since it hasn't been a year since I originally got my glasses they couldn't take them until the one year point. Not entirely their fault just my insurance company's fault.
