I’ve been going here for maybe a year or 2 now. I can tell you I’m going to stick with these groomers forever.they have groomed my golden and maltese very nicely. My dogs always come out smelling amazingly. I’m planning to get my goldens tip of her tail, ears, and paws dyed purple next time along with a groom.

I wasn’t really a fan of this place. Brought my girl here for the first time and they were not welcoming to get to know a first time client.When I picked her up, she didn’t look clean to me, her cut was very choppy and uneven. They cut her mole that she has on her side and I saw later when I got home that it was bleeding and they never said anything about it. They weren’t able to trim her nails, yet still charged me the same price.

Highly recommend this place! Was visiting my sister for the weekend and my dog had a disgusting crate accident and was drenched in pee and poo all over. We called this place with an urgent need and even though they were full and near closing for the day they fit us in given the urgency. The team of people here are lovely. My dog has pretty awful anxiety. Even though we only requested a wash, they saw her nails were long and cut those as well, dancing and singing to distract her from the nail clipping. They were so friendly, kind, and understanding of my dogs needs, without ever having interacted with her before. If I’m ever in the area again I know where I’m taking her for a groom! 10/10. Life savers and Greta with animals :) thank you again!!

Lisa Marie and her staff are top notch. Our little dog Rosie loves it here. Unfortunately they raised their prices without warning and didn't tell me till the visit was done. Rosie and I have moved on to a better place that doesn't rip people off.

Very nice place it was my first time there for my boy Rocco the owner is a very nice and sweet person, she was very polite pleasant and professional. The girls there were amazing with my boy he was very nervous for his first visit there but they did an awesome job of calling him down and even though it wasnt easy they didnt lose their patience with him or anything even though I was about to lose it lol but they did a really awesome job my boy looks awesome and they also gave him some treats so I give them a 5 !!!!!! Thanks ladies I appreciate it very much!! Rocco says thank you as well he even gave you guys a wink. Lol

Everyone was very nice and patient with my multipoo and shipoo! They where able to get me in the same day! My dogs are very energetic and don’t enjoy being groomed but they handled them well! For my first time they offered pup facials and a couple extra free treatments.. I asked for a fluffy clean cut and they did exactly that!! They had to go a little shorter then I asked because of some matting but the lady called me to explain before they did so. I appreciate the PERFECT cut, great communication , kindness and affordable pricing!! WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!! They are truly great 😊

Excellent service!!! My puppy is seven months and my experience was truly done with care. Staff shared advice and tips gor my Shihpoo's hair. Received gift bag for the Easter season too. Great soup place just a few doors down (Joann is a friendly own) so I enjoyed my wait. My puppy came out of the service normal acting, and went back to staff holding her without hesitation. I hope this helps someone!

I have done business with Lisa Marie for up to 12 years or more. 5 star. Currently I have a perfect pup at 5yrs old that at times.. many times...isnt easy to handle. Loveable yet Tasmanian devil like. This behavior started over the last year and at The Dog House they have demonstrated the ability to grow and adapt to the antics of my pet. Theyre communication, follow through, desire to please me (the owner) while respecting the levels of my pets tolerance have been top notch. They have endured some of the worst responses to every minute of grooming...I have witnessed this myself as I couldn't comprehend what actually my dog was doing. Well...hats off. And I thought my job was hard. A lot goes on in handling a difficult dog.Thank you so much to Lisa Marie and her employees that care so much and provide great service...they always seem to come through even on my dogs worst days. Im looking at my well groomed pet and I know and appreciate your level of skill you offer and the patience you have every day for the ones we love the most! Thanks from QB and her mama.

I just got my puppy and this was my first time taking my dog Bruno to the groomers. They were able to accommodate me last minute which I'm so greatful for. The ladies did such a great job with my cockapoo. I definitely will be bringing him back. The ladies were so nice and even gave my dog treats to go.

I just moved to the area with my dog, prior groomers said that my pup was unable to be groomed because she was too afraid of the dryer and it would be “dangerous”. The ladies at a The Dog House took her in with open arms and had zero issues with my pup. They also got me in the day after I called to make an appointment. Would definitely recommend!!

My boyfriend took our pitbull here and the service was great! She can get aggressive and bites, and especially hates baths and nail clippings, but he was patient with her and had calming hands, so the situation was as good as it could have been. We are very grateful and will be coming back!

I call the shop in the middle of the day, without any appointment was able to get my dog groom that day . First time, every one was friendly, the shop is really cute! I appreciate the warm welcoming environment. My dog love the bath, hair cut, etc. Worth every penny $66.00 will be back.

We used the Dog House because my normal groomer was on vacation. We were very happy with the grooming. When I called to make an appt. they didn’t ask if we were new clients, didn’t ask size or breed of my dog, but told me it would take no more than 2 hours. I dropped her off and she was warmly greeted and I felt comfortable. After 3 hours I started to get nervous. After 3 1/2 hours they called that she was done- I said I was nervous because it countered what I was told and they didn’t even react. We went to get her and were then told they only take cash or check- so we had to leave to go get cash. I gave 4 stars and would go back if I needed to again because all the things that I didn’t like, I now know for the next grooming experience (ex. Bring cash, expect a longer time). My pup left with a big treat bad which was adorable.

They were able to give me an appointment for my dog very last minute. His haircut is absolutely adorable!!! Plus, they sent him home with a Christmas gift of treats and a toy. They clearly love what they do. Can’t wait to go back!!

Absolutely the worst grooming my dog ever had! Asked them to take an inch off and they shaved her. Plus they told me $69 when I called to make the appointment then asked for $90 when I picked my dog up. PS..they are CASH only... wonder why that is?

Brought my ferrets, my bunny, my guinea pig and my 2 dogs here for a nail trim. The environment was great and the employees were accommodating for all of my pets. Also, when my dogs got bathed they came home itch free, clean and happy. 10/10!

Had a wonderful experience here with my two King Charles Cavaliers. One of the best cuts they both ever had, and one is special needs. They were so caring and accommodating, helping her to stand while she was being groomed.

We have had good and bad experiences here; 1st bad I have a kinda big puppy who's got very long hair that matted quickly when we got him back he looked ok, we wished they could've left it a little longer but his tail was fine however both of his ears were cut & not a lil bit, he was bleeding. A nip or 2 I would completely understand, he's a puppy & moves alot but I wish someone would've said something to use. Our other dog went & had his best haircut & my dog doesn't usually like people that quickly & it was the owner, she was down to earth

My dog Zsa Zsa is very . . Difficult to put it mildly ( she’s a rescue so she’s super nervous / sensitive ) and that makes things a bit difficult as far as grooming goes . . I was at my wits end trying to get a place to groom my 10lb poodle . When everyone said no they said yes and my little Gabor looks like a million bucks 🖤 , when I came to pick up my little Gabor she was calmly in the groomers arms !!! ( my jaw practically dropped ! ) Not only did they give my little one a wonderful cut but they also helped me give her a fresh start and for that I recommend this place 10000000x over .
