Poor customer service.I was told due to fitting rooms being closed that items were returnable.They failed to mention that they don’t do refunds only store credit and you have only 30 days to use the refund?!!! Are you kidding me?! Absolutely ridiculous.I prefer the Stratford location for a better experience and help. Only came here cause my grandparents live down the road. Won’t be returning after the ignorance of two co workers.

I’m honestly just posting this because every time I go into this goodwill, the temperature of the store is HOT. I never really check anything out because I feel so sick from being overheated. It’s a shame because I found so many good things yesterday. But I had to leave because I got so nauseous and sweaty. And I was in a tshirt and it was really cold outside yesterday too….i don’t wanna sound petty, but how can anyone comfortably shop here.

I went there with the intention of buying a new vase to keep my child’s loose teeth in as she’s young and just starting losing them and my shopping was interrupted by a rude employee. I overheard a handsome young man being scolded for trying out a sofa that he intended to buy but wanted to try first. He was run out of the store by this wretched employees terrible disposition. I will bring my vase shopping elsewhere, terrible!

Terrible management lmao. This woman told me it was impossible to give me a refund for something i never bought, started lecturing and insulting me when i told her i wasnt stupid, and then lied to her boss to tell her I INSISTED i needed credit back on my card. And the manager stonefaced me. Like i was crazy for being upset that two managers told me I couldnt get a refund for something I was wrongly charged for.They werent even going to bother until i started calling my credit card company.Thats terrible customer service and communication at best, and an actual SCAM at worst.

Moved here from their previous location in Bellmawr. The new location is bigger, allowing more organization and less clutter. The store is cleaner and newer feeling. The selection is improved as well. Prices are still awesome. The staff are still super helpful and friendly.

Don't go here!!! Awful experience! Dropped off stuff and the workers I interacted with were super rude to me for no reason. I wanted to purchase some clothes and the dressing rooms are closed. We're supposed to buy clothes that may not fit or look good with no possibility of refund? Absolutely not!

Awful customer service. Was told by a male cashier returns can be made within two days. He did not specify it was store credit. One of my price tags was on the inside of a pair of jeans (which they tagged) and they tried insinuating I did something shady. So they refused to accept it as a return. I ended up donating the clothes back due to the hassle. I will not shop or donate here again and be contacting my credit card company.

Love this location! I'm in on Sundays and the staff is wonderful. They work so hard to keep everything running smoothly and get through transactions as fast as possible!I had an issue where there was a mischarge on my receipt this past Sunday. I double checked everything and went back in to talk to the manager. She was fast and efficient in handling the mistake, even though the store remained busy.

The manager here brings specific goods from the back for her reseller friend or someone she knows.I overheard the guy asking her do they have something specific and she said yes and told the guy to pull his cart to the front near the cashier so that he can take a look at the goods first.This is a bad practice for the other potential customers who want to buy goods for their needs. The upper management should be aware of this kind of practice.

I work at this Goodwill in Audubon Crossings... I posted a few items that you can get here at our store. Hope you come by and shop at our store. We have "senior day" on Tuesdays 15% off, we also have our "every day heros" which is also 15% off to fireman, police, & veterans & active members of the armed forces, & our "Dollar Day Sunday", we have 2 color that are a dollar on sundays & every day we have 50% off on colors of the wk....

Used to be Goodwill's were a thrifty place to shop, these days they are glorified resellers. No way a hardcover book should be 6 dollars plus when corporate guidelines say $1.39. Records jumped from 1 dollar to 2.49 in the last 2years, with some marked even higher. Claiming "inflation" when all your wares are donated just makes absolutely no sense.

This Goodwill is in a good location as I often find myself needing to go to the other stores in the plaza. The employees are nice. There's a brunette woman who will just chime in and see if you need help and a male cashier who also works the floor is always kind when we go in. I haven't really found clothes I need here but my wife has. The book section is organized well. The front of the store is confusing as there are 2 doors but only one actually opens. They should block that other exit off with more shelving. They have a bathroom but it isn't open to the public. There's plenty of parking here and it gets so packed on sundays but they are really good at moving the lines.

June 18,2023 My very first experience in the Goodwill,the cashiers appear to be prejudice, they dont make you feel welcomed in that store, you practically have to go out of your way to say hello, and greet the cashiers and when you ask them a question the answers are condescending and hauty. I experienced a problem in the store I had a heavy item in my hand,the cashier with armpit length wavy brown hair was short as if I was getting on her nerves asking for help. But the people that was around her whom she seemed to be very friendly with did not look like me. By the time I got fed up one lady with the long nails and short cut tried to get my attention but by then I put the heavy item down and walked out, as I was walking out their very systemic stereotype of racism began to show as if they were expecting me to become belligerent. I put the item down because I cant hold anything over 5 pounds because of my ankle. Needless to say I will shop at another Goodwill. Because your cashiers are mentally VIOLENT.

I used to find a lot of nice stuff for decent prices. Now all they have is junk. Whenever something nice comes in either they take it for themselves or they call a family member or friend to come buy it very cheap.Prices are lot higher now. Is best to buy new

The prices here are much more reasonable than the store in Lindenwold. You MUST meet Sue one of their sales associates. She is a doll! Her contagious energy alone is worth the trip!! Make sure to say hello and you'll catch a glimpse of her sunny smile and you'll see what I mean. Tell her Kathy says hi. :) Happy shopping!

Goodwill in recent years has decided to try and cash in on all the people turning to them for cheaper items. This Goodwill I have shopped at for years and remember when shirts no matter the brand or quality for 1.99. Now any stinky dirty shirt is 4.99, and if it happens to be Nike or another top brand it 8.99. They receive all their inventory FREE, it's even hand delivered to them. They make 100% profit on every item. They had a Starbucks tumbler with half the letter scratched off and they wanted 9.99. These people are sick and no longer worth giving money too. I'll just buy and brand new never worn, non stinky Nike shirt for a few dollars more. Despicable.

Overpriced. When you look for the colors on sale you can't find many. The colors for day of a sale aren't changed regularly. The workers follow shoppers around but the lines are always long and cashier's wanting to close for break. I gave two stars because I did found a cool lamp that worked.

Love the store but the workers are starting to get spotty. I have been a regular since this store was in bellmawr and I’ve noticed a difference. It seems that most of the old employees have left, leaving only a few.Recently Nae , Andrew, and Sarah have been pretty rude to customers. Not to me, but I’ve observed how they spoke to others. Whether it be dirty looks, loud rude comments to each other about the customers, or just ignoring people altogether. I don’t know what has gotten into them considering they used to be happy-go-lucky people.Not all of the workers are bad, obviously. Most are good! Just a few bad apples.The store itself is amazing and has great clean items!Keeping my anonymity because the workers know me personally. I just want this to be a wake up call to them & for everything to go back to how it was!

Before dollar day many items that should be a dollar on Sunday end up having the prices & color changed the night before. I find it to be very unethical and disappointing as a shopper. The price should be the price and not changed. If their prices were more reasonable they wouldn't have to do this in the 1st place. And this is not a one time thing I've seen on multiple Occasions.

Manager and assistant manager were extremely RACIST and rude and accused a family member of mine of "tampering with tags" and didn't even let them talk and already calling them out for stuff they didn't do. They pretended like nothing happened right after. Will not come back. They were treated like criminals and they did nothing wrong! My family member just gave somebody hand sanitizer! ITS NOT A CRIME! They went as far as threatening to call the cops on a minor. Very unprofessional. Very racist, despite his assistant manager being black.Incident happened last November 2020

Prices are ridiculous. You're lucky if you find a good deal. However you have to look real hard to find them not just this Goodwill but all. I went to see if I could find cute used Xmas decor cheaper than new. Absolutely not the prices were ridiculous 3.99 for door bells that looked old and possibly previously from a dollar store. I literally gave up went next door to Marshalls and 5 below I was shocked at how much better their prices were for brand new items.

Store was well stocked. Employees were practicing good covid safety. Prices seemed more reasonable than normal. Checkout lines were short. And last but not least, I found myself a few bargains while I was there. Was a great shopping experience!

Good deals. Place is pretty clean. Workers are nice and helpful. Bins could be checked better for broken items. Bathroom needs new locks. Key was lost and now if someone closes door after them, you can't get in. Overall would keep going back.

I love coming here on Sunday you always have great bargains.The store is clean. The workers are great! I also like that upon opening they will not let people just butt in line because people start standing in line for 30 minutes ahead of opening on Sunday 1$ day and it's not fair many people just try to walk in ahead.

This is the best Goodwill in Southern Jersey by far! Its clean and organized and its clear that employees work very hard to keep it that way! I'd like to shout out a manager Petey she is so helpful and pleasent! My only complaint is regarding a management employee her name is Karen Ferraro-Dimaio I observed her berating and putting down the special needs employees! Which I find completely disturbing because they pride themselves on hiring them. As someone who has a special needs child I'd love to report her. She should not be a manager or whatever she is treating employees like that! But she's the only thing wrong with that company. Keep up the good work Audubon!👌👌👌👌
