I cannot say ANYTHING negative about the Humane Society! My BF and I found a cat at a gas station and we took her in a couple weeks ago the night before the snowstorm. With help from Cape-Atlantic Cats we got her spayed and looked at within a couple of days for a GREAT donation price. PLEASE DONATE TO THEM!))

Very helpful and affordable, please adopt before buying, there are hundreds of animals begging for a home, maybe somebody couldn't keep them anymore or maybe they never had a home. It's sad how many animals are put to sleep because they don't have enough room for them or have been there too long. The most loving and grateful animals are those given a second chance, open your heart and your home to one of these beautiful animals in need 🙏🏼 🏼 This is Buffy,we were able to save her but so many more never get the love that they need or deserve. She reminds me everyday of how appreciative she is 🐕💕

They were great at first. Took my 5 year old chihuahua in for emergency leg amputation. Told me they couldn’t do the surgery unless they fixed her too. I never heard of that but I just said whatever cause I was worried about the dog and it was all night trying to get someone to help the dog. That didn’t cost thousands of dollars. The Dog died not even 24hrs after surgery. I called them and told them what happened and asked if it was TOO much to FIX the dog and amputate her leg and they said they’d call back and never did. Well too late for anything cause the dog died. I think she had too much going on at once. So I’m out $1900 and lost my dog.

Vet techs and Vet were excellent and patient with our new kitten... They answered all of our questions and price was reasonable. I just wish it didn't take so long to get an appointment because they are so busy

Can't get a hold of them by phone have to leave a phone number then when they called me back they called me back to" TALK SLOWER BECAUSE SHE COULDNT UNDERSTAND ME to call back and leave another message talking slower and someone will call back tomorrow in the morning. ' WELL how did ya understand me to know my name and call me back with the number I left? Then never called me in the morning and then I got a call the next morning at 8am which I missed because I didn't expect the call 2 days later.

I took my Mom's 10 months old puppy to this facility to be neutered. It was basically like a drive thru service. The staff greets you at your car, professionally monitors paperwork and gives instructions for pickup. I was completely impressed by the entire procedure from start to finish. Well done!

The Human Society is an awesome place for our little furry friends. My dog Lina has gone here for years. Her office visits are always a pleasure. The staff including the doctor are so nice. We would not take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of working with AC Spca in adopting our lovely Mona. She is a cattle/bull terrier mix (we think). The team in AC have been helpful in finding a trainer and offering vet services. I’m thrilled the team made the adoption seamless. Glad to know this place doesn’t accept dogs with an emergency because an “appointment” is needed.Didn’t know instant injuries needed to be scheduled in advanced.DO BETTER !

The doctor as well as the assistant helping him were amazing with our two dogs. They were very attentive and patient despite our dogs being a little nervous. Very quick and friendly to deal with. However, I’m not sure the woman’s name that was working in the front. She was older, wears glasses, on the bigger side, and has short and dirty blond hair. Her attitude was very unpleasant. She is clearly not fit for a front desk position because the way she was speaking to me as well as other customers showed that she does not like her job. Her delivery, demeanor, and tone of voice really rubbed us the wrong way. She gave us the wrong instructions for the medication prescribed so make sure you read directions on the medication and talk to the doctor about it instead. The doctor and assistant definitely made the experience better.

Love this place! I love just coming and loving on the animals.. never had a problem with a dog being aggressive. If they think a dog isn’t ready to interact with people they keep them covered which is much appreciated..

A previous owner of my dog escaped. The agency wanted $200 the the other owner had limited means and finally got him after 2 weeks. When they got home she had gotten a letter that he was vicious and putting him down as none of workers could get near him. Well thus vicious dog was scared you should see how he plays with children etc. You people should be captured by alien and dropped in with a bunch of others in cages see how you behave.
