I normally don’t write reviews about any place, but having a few dogs in my time and having to board them when I go away for any length of time, I felt like I had to give my opinion in reference to Atlantic City pet hotel, and grooming. My dog Niko has stayed at Atlantic City pet hotel a few times and I can honestly say I am over-the-top pleased with how they treat and take care of my dog. I feel when I go away for any length of time that he is cared for 1000% and I have no worries at all when I’m away about how he is doing. The owner Jackie, which I have never met, but have spoken to her on the phone she is so accommodating to anything that I ask and Dan one of the guys that works there, he is the best Niko really likes Dan. This is the place that will always be my go to place. All so the price is right!!! Thanks again Atlantic City, pet hotel, and grooming.

Very pleased sending our dog here. Been coming here for years and never seem to fail. Very attentive staff and have the best care towards dogs. Alisha was amazing at keeping in touch with us on our week long vacation!!

WOW!I am really impressed with this place. My poor dog had some overgrown nails and one that was pierced in his pad.They got me in without an appointment. They were quick and very pleasant! They did an excellent job and told me to keep an eye on his poor foot as it was infected. I went to the store and bought things to clean it medicate it and wrap it, now he's sleeping peacefully.Highly recommend!!!Thank you again and see you next time!!Appreciate youFina and Brody

Thank you for taking good care of our fur baby Rosie! She seemed very happy and smells amazing from her bath. We appreciate that you were accommodating for us picking up earlier than we said. Will definitely bring Rosie back again!

Great service and friendly staff. My dog, Happy, is a 5-mo old puppy, and they really took care of her well for two nights. When we picked her up to take her to the boardwalk and brought her back, Happy seemed really excited to meet them again and didn't even look back when my family was leaving!! Highly recommended.

I read reviews but I do not write them I am compelled to write a five-star review of Atlantic City pet hotel. Christmas weekend short notice they took our Luna and followed our requests. Over the years we been to many boarding pet services. They did the top notch job with Luna highly recommend.

We have boarded our cat Jimmy at the AC pet hotel several times this summer, and we will definitely do so again! Stella is amazing with our kitty, it is clear that she is a true animal lover, and Jimmy seems to love her too. We brought Jimmy here for the first time a few weeks ago. When packing for this latest trip he jumped right in his cat carrier the second I opened it, so I know he was excited to go back to see Stella and the other kitties again! We go to AC frequently, so finding this place so close to the beach worked out perfectly for us. Prices are reasonable, everyone on the staff is professional and accommodating, and I know my pet will always be safe, happy, and cared for at all times. Of course I miss him when we drop him off, but I never have to worry about him. I know he's in great hands! Highly recommend!

I was attending a wedding and was frantically looking for a nice place to leave my dog. Jackie was so incredibly kind of helpful, and meeting her in person reassured me of this. She really cares about the animals and what she does and I’m so happy I found this place. Excellent customer service and animal care. Highly recommend

My Champ was groomed exactly to my specifications. He looked like a show dog when they finished. The staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming. They met with me before the grooming to discuss how I wanted Champ groomed. They worked by appointment and walked Champ when his grooming was completed. When I picked him up,the groomer brought him out and made sure I was satisfied with the new look. The facility is conveniently located with free parking. It was very clean and odor free. Champ will be vacationing with the Pet Hotel during my 10 day Cruise. I am switching to them because they offer 4 individual walks a day, complimentary playtime, open 7 days a week, and offer excellent customer service. I know Champ will be well cared for and happy. .

Extremely happy with the service I received! Very professional and my Golden Retriever Sammy was returned after a week smelling and looking great from his bath. Also very happy. I have 2 fur babies. One of them is a rescue his name is Buddy and is extremely reactive and needs special care. I took Buddy in for a meet and great so he can smell the place out and get to know the staff. I left them there for 3 nights. The staff took exceptional care for both my dogs and now my Buddy is friends with the ladies that work there. I recommend this place to everyone the staff is so friendly and I know my babies had a great time!

Took my 2 dogs there for the weekend. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Pet Hotel was very clean and organized. My girls had 4 individual walks daily. They had playtime day and night. Both my girls are not easy to care for, but the staff did very well with them. One of my girls takes medicine. It was given on time, recorded in their record, and with no additional charge. The staff sent me pictures of the girls playing indoors, outdoors, with other dogs their size and with the different staff members. We will be using them whenever we travel.

This is the absolute best place to board your dog. Our Meeko (16 lb. Maltese) loves when we go away. They treat each pet like their own and Jackie does a wonderful job. No nickel and dime charges for photos, extra play time, etc. like the box box boarders. Going away on vacation or just an overnight you can trust Jackie and her team to take excellent care of your previous pet!Thanks again for the awesome service.

We have been using Atlantic City Pet Hotel for over 6 years, every weekend during summer months. We live in PA and when going on vacation in the winter, we will drive to Atlantic City to drop off our dog even though there are places much closer in Bucks County. I would not consider leaving my dog with anyone else. The 1.45 minute drive down and then back, is worth it to me The reason is that I know my dog will get the same care there that she gets from us. My dog gets excited knowing we're pulling up to her second home. They fuss over her and give her the attention she loves.In our years of dealing with the AC Pet Hotel, we have never had a problem. They are available at any time, whether dropping off or picking up.When she gets groomed there, the groomer does exactly what I tell her I want. My dog is long haired and I have had bad experiences with groomers in Bucks County. I know that the AC Pet Hotel groomer is patient and gentle with her.Our dog is pampered and adored by us. Knowing how well she is taken care of when not with us, is the reason we've used the Pet Hotel and will continue using them.

I went to Atlantic City for my birthday and was in desperate need of a place to board my dog Rambo. I thought his vet was available but they were booked until July, so we packed up his things and brought him with us hoping and praying to find a place to board him for a few days.Many places we called we had to leave a message and the ones that answered had no availability for such a short notice. We found Atlantic city pet hotel and they answered the phone and had availability! Prayers answered. The best part is that they were only an 8 minute drive from our hotel. We spoke to Jackie she was very nice and helpful. When we arrived we met Stella and Brian, they handled Rambo and Stella handled the paperwork. Stella was very friendly and personable. Brian was personable as well, he was speaking mostly with my fiance. Stella sent me pictures of my baby and on my birthday she wished me a happy birthday and sent me a pic of Rambo wishing me a happy birthday. Later in the day on my birthday I received a call from Jackie, I thought something was wrong, oh no, she just wanted to wish me a happy birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me on the phone! I thought that was sooo nice and thoughtful of them! They were all really nice and I loved that the location was so close to the boardwalk. When I go back to AC I will definitely leave my Rambo with them, particularly Stella, loved her!

We had to leave our two dogs unexpectedly due to a death in the family. We were traveling by boat. We left Bailey and Saylor for 7 days. When we returned, our dogs were so happy. It was obvious they had a wonderful time. Will definitely use again if we are in Atlantic City and highly recommend.

My pup absolutely loved this place! I could not believe it when I walked in the door to take him home, he did not want to leave! He was so happy and having such a great time. This team of animal lovers clearly know what they are doing and are 120% dedicated to providing quality care as if the pets are their own. Very kind and warm, well received people. I can't thank the pet hotel owner and staff enough for their services in my time of need. Due to a fire I was in the process of relocating and needed a safe, efficient and caring environment for my Doberman to stay for a few months. In comparison to other kennels none provided the one on one attention I was seeking except for the Atlantic City Pet Hotel. I have a shy 100 lb Dobie who was not used to being in a heavily populated area of dogs. The pet hotel met her needs with individual walks, one on one with the staff, and her own very large sleep area. I was at peace knowing my dog was being treated like a queen, being able to visit her daily, take her on outings between visitation hours, and bring her as many snacks and toys as I pleased. They always gave her clean large beds and blankets to play and sleep on. The pet hotel has many staff members that would bring her new toys, and give her individual attention and playtime in addition to the several play times a day offered free of charge by the pet hotel. Her accommodations were always neat and clean and so was the large yard she was able to play in. What more could I ask for? My fear of putting her in temporary placement was alleviated. My apprehension and concerns were put to rest thanks to the Atlantic City Pet Hotel. .

I have been bringing my dog here for over 5 years and he is soooo happy when we pull up outside and he sees where he is. The people here are very professional, caring and genuinely love their guests. They also have a place where they can run around all they want and when not running around are given individual care. In my opinion AC Pet Hotel have NO Competition.

I won't take my dog any where else! Joanie and Jackie are the BEST. My pooch rushes in when we get there, and doesn't even fuss when I leave. I know they give her tons of attention and love. They're incredibly accommodating - If I have to catch an early flight, they'll open up for me, no matter how early in the morning! I drive all the way from West Philadelphia! That's over an hour and 15 minutes without traffic!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! An emprompt-to trip to A.C left me with nowhere for my fur baby, called and I spoke to Jackie and she was kind, gracious and empathetic. Her staff when I arrived was just the same. When it comes to inside its all about the fur babies. 90% is sectioned off for them and its just for check in check out. My baby had an amazing time, was safe and Jackie understands being a fur parent!! I won't consider anywhere else if we have to travel. THANK YOU!!

The best place to bring your fur baby. My four year old Yorkie loves it. The staff is great and kind. Thumbs up ten times. Oh and Auntie Joanie is a dream. She genuinely care for your pet. I will never go anywhere else. Thank guys keep up the EXCELLENT work.!!!!

I have used AC Pet Hotel for the past 14 almost 15 years. I am a multiple dog household and have had 4 dogs within that time stay with them. I always trust that when I leave my dogs in their care they will be treated well, fed, loved and given their medication (when needed.) My fur babies are always happy and healthy when they come home.

I can't express how sweet and kind Mrs. Stella was and how greatful we were that they where able to take our husky in at short notice. We will for sure be coming back if we need to. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of Luna Bell. It may be 40mins away from Cape May may but we highly recommend choosing them.

Went to check replace out for our daughter. Who is coming for a visit. She needs to board her cat. The people work there are the nicest and most friendly.) Mike/ Stella) once you meet them you can tell how much they care for your pet's.
