Over the years, they have been the best vets ever. Kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and more. Yesterday my little girl had to be put down, due to a psychological issue. They helped me try all other options, unfortunately, she was suffering. The care and compassion from everyone there, I will never forget. Special thanks to Dr Ben and Dr Melissa. And to the other lovely ladies who made sure my baby girl was wrapped up in a soft blanket and wasn't alone after I left. In this heartbreaking time, the kindness shown to me and my babies (it is me and my 2 boys now) is a ray of light I definitely need right now.

Dr. Eddie and his assistant are truly one of a kind. He is so gentle with my cats, Chloe and Binx. I love the mobile vet coming as Chloe and Binx stress easily in a car. It is also nice because I can relax before I go to work. The lab follow-ups are great also. My cats do not even flinch when he takes blood. They are very comfortable in his care. The assistant (pretty lady with red hair) knew how to handle them and that means a lot to me.Thanks Dr. Eddie and assistant!

Housepaws helped my family and I with end of life for our sweet girl. They handled her with such care and helped my family with the transition. They come out as soon as they can and always call back a few days later to see how you are doing. They truly are the sweetest doctors and have great staff. I feel so lucky that cookies last moments with us were peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

The Reynolds family:It started out as a decision to call Pet Paws based on location (Atco location) since we were right in Winslow Township. My call was unfortunately a hard one to make, since it was to lay my dog to rest after 15+ years. I would not have been compelled to write a review (good or bad) if the help I received wasn't exceptional. The office staff and ultimately Dr. Matt and Cory who made the house visit were really good. They took their time and were as helpful and considerate as could be given the situation. I was certainly not helpful, pretty much was useless and only did a good job hopefully at comforting Clutch, which is the least I could do considering how much comforting she has done for my kids and wife for so many years. So I'd like to thank everyone at Pet Paws professionally, but beyond that, personally. I'm sure that the love of animals got you to where you are now to some degree. In the case of euthanasia I'm sure bad days can be made worse. I'm determined to make sure you know it isn't "thankless" work and you are not under appreciated. In fact the opposite. I hope this makes the calls and task a little easier my friends, thank you again and wish you all well.

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have towards this vet service. Every single time we have a visit, it makes us love you guys more and more. Today we were treated by Dr. Scarlett and her awesome vet tech. It felt like close friends were meeting after a long hiatus. They were awesome with Margot. My other cats made appearances (and much playtime was enjoyed). The people behind this service is everything. Never stop investing in your people. Never.

I normally don't do in-depth reviews, however, my recent experience(s) requires one.I am a first time "pocket pet" owner. (two rabbits in a four month span, my first in January and now my second in April around Easter, go figure) This vet office has been nothing but amazing. I can call, email, or text to get in touch with anyone I need to in order to ask a question, change an appointment, make an appointment. It's better than some of my doctors, and I have quite a few. I was there last night for booster shots for both of my buns, and when I say I could see how dedicated the veterinarian is to his practice, just by watching how he cuts the babies nails, myself and the front desk and the technician were both talking about how I got my second bun and while he was paying close attention to what he was doing, he also had an ear out for what we were talking about. He seems like an amazing vet. I have not had anything bad to say about them, and I don't think I will. People need to keep in mind that no matter what profession anyone is in, there will be mistakes made, and there needs to be some sort of leniency when it comes to humans. I know these animals are our babies, but no one is perfect. In my mind, this practice will always have my business. The fact that I have to drive a half hour each way means nothing to me. I know I'm rambling on, but the way my fur babies are treated (the two I have now, and the one I had previously that I brought there once and they treated her like family) shows that they really care.

Hi wanted to share our amazing experience with HousePaws, start of by saying my dog is 158lb cané corso and after a terrible experience at a local vet our boy wouldn't go and when he did he would get aggressive. After doing some research my wife called HousePaws. They came out to check(paw was hurt) on him and Dr.Matt and Cory were amazing with him. Took some time to get to know him before diagnosing our boy. Because of the time they took to get friendly with him, our boy actually let Dr.Matt touch his paw. Ik sounds like no biggie but for our dog it's huge. They got it figured out and meds for him and will be checking up on him next week. Just wanted to share how they took care of our guy . They will be our regular vet from here on out. Would highly recommend using them! Thanks Dr. Matt and Cory! You guys are awesome.

Thank you to Dr Ben and all those who were there this past Saturday when I brought my Gandy in. Dr Ben was very compassionate and kind when explaining what my cat was facing. Although I decided to take a different route, I appreciate the care and kindness my girl received. Gandy had a good 9 years and now she is over the Rainbow ♥️Bridge with no more pain. I had to go to ten different vets before one finally told me the right thing which I suspected all along. Wish I could remember that 10th vet's name because I would go to her at the other location even though it is further away from me. Too late for my fur baby. My fur baby is gone now because it took so long to realize even though I voiced my concern of what was wrong to all of them and they all (except 10th) told me 'no that's not it'. What happen to listening to the parents who would know their pet more than anyone? Please listen to the pet parents so their pets don't prematurely die!!!!UPDATE for business reply: And yes when my baby was alive Red Bank took care of him better. Just because my Google username is not in your system does not mean I am not in there. What's the use emailing now? He's dead

Wow! What can I say? The vets are super dedicated and wonderful with my cat. My cat has epilepsy and develops crystals and Dr. Eddie is patient (with me) and truly takes time when examining Max. I'll never change vets! Anyone that has ever ridden with an anti-car cat will benefit from these amazing Drs. The price is actually equal if not better then most

I just called because my cat has a wound that we are concerned about. Unfortunately they did not have a doctor in the area but recommended another place that could help. The 5 stars is for the love of pets not $ that they did this. Other places were not as pleasant to talk to and made us feel that we were a bother.I would definitely give them a try if in the future we need services.

Dr Matt and his tech were here today to give Jesse James his wellness check up and he is a VERY nervous and fiesty chihuahua. I was a nervous wreck! Well I tell you,they handled him with such ease and mastery I was immediately at ease. Everything went so smoothly and chihuahua and daddy emerged better for it. Housepaws is the best, EVER. Dr. Ben and his team that worked closely with my dog… I cannot thank you enough. They took sure great care of my dog and performed surgery on him to give him comfort. I could not recommend this team MORE to anyone! They are caring and reasonable with their pricing. The home visit was easy and they did everything they needed to do right in my living room where my dog was the most comfortable. Do yourself a favor and use HousePaws for your pet, you will NOT be dissapointed. So grateful for your team!!

Thank you to the incredible staff who came out to give checkups and routine vaccines to my cats. I have the sweetest cat that shockingly turns into a …. For a lack of a better word… monster when handled by a vet. Evidently, it doesn’t matter if she’s in an office or in her own home, she’s not easy to deal with and is so loud and aggressive. They handled the situation with total calmness, offered helpful tips for next time, and managed to get her vaccine and checkup done despite her behavior (something other vets have failed to do or required sedation for). 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you House Paws

The only reason I still go to House Paws is Dr.Matt. He is absolutely wonderful!! I had a horrible experience with House Paws when my 13 1/2 year old German Shephard had an episode. I dealt with Angel and Nicolette and they were both uncaring and not helpful in any way. The final outcome is I lost my beautiful fur baby and I will never forgive or forget the treatment I received from these two individuals. My heart is broken and I would never go back to House Paws but I absolutely LOVE Dr. Matt. My sincere hope is that he starts his own practice at which time I would never set foot in House Paws again. I absolutely do not recommend them.

This is the best vet I've ever had! They deeply care about the animals and I love that! Every doctor my cat Jack Daniels has seen have been nothing less then phenomenal! The vet techs are also super amazing and I'm very thankful for their patience with me and my baby. I'll never go anywhere else.
