Please have drivers that know how to drive. Stuck behind them going 25 in a 40 held up traffic for miles. If you are 10 miles below the speed limit you have to have your hazards on! If you are lost pull over in a safe spot! They finally pull over in an entranceway blocking the person in front of me from being able to turn.

I do a good deal of business with them as a local contractor I regularly purchase supplies from them. I also regualry employ them to install unfinished hardwoods and then sand and stain them. I also have them install vinyl glue down as well as floating flooring, I've never had an issue they can't resolve in a timely cost effective manner.

Do not trust them!I was referred to this company and after pricing a couple out, We thought they would be best for the job we needed. I knew right off the start after they started working that I was sorry. They told me the wood we were using was from Brazil. When the boxes arrived I didn't think about checking, Wish I would have but we were in the process of moving and it just didn't occur to me. After they started and half my upstairs was done I looked. The wood is from china. Its a low grade product and when I confronted the manager he then proceeded to tell me the wood was from Brazil and processed in china... Ummmm What? did you expect me to actually believe Lie number two?Then everything was more money. Oh found this, more money, you want that, more money. He was putting down the wood on a slab and of course the floor needed a subfloor.... oh we didn't budget for that need more money. Blah, blah.... Every time I voiced my concerns he said its going to be great and that if something isn't right he guarantees the work and he will come back and fix it.A year later, the sub floors and the floor on the foundation is buckling and cupping. They will not return my husbands calls or come to even look at it. Totally taken advantage of here, when we tried to trust the guy to do the right thing.

Wonderful experience!! They are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Very highly recommended for anything floor related. They also have stuff you can't get anywhere else. Number 1 in my book.
