Our family loves The Puppy Patch! Especially our ridiculously high energy foxhound. NOTHING tuckers him out like a play date with all of his friends there. The staff is wonderful and helpful. They always greet my dog so sweetly and he is always excited to go! When we had an issue with a minor injury (because dogs be dogs) they handled it very professionally and appropriately. I’d highly recommend to anyone who has a dog who is good with other dogs and wants to add enrichment to their routines!

Please for the sake of your loved puppy dog, do not take them here. - even with one good experience, they do not take care of them properly. It's very sad to see a buisness, meant to care about animals, have such a lack of respect and love for them and the clients.

I took my dog here for a grooming last week, and they did a wonderful job. She looks great. The staff was extremely friendly. I was very happy that day. I smiled big when I saw her!

I bring Tillie here for daycare a few days a week. She absolutely loves it! Drags me to the door most of the time.Staff is very friendly and it's clear they love the dogs under their watch!Haven't utilized it myself but my boss brings his dogs here for grooming and speaks highly of that service as well.

I brought my two pups for their first ever professional groom and they looked and smelled AMAZING!! One of my pups didn’t act all that great but the staff was so kind about it since it was his first time and I couldn’t appreciate it more!

I had a great experience bringing my 21 week Portuguese Water Dog to the puppy patch for day care. The staff was very welcoming and they kept him busy. And when he got tired, they provided a place to rest. I would definitely recommend the puppy patch for daycare!

We LOVE the Puppy Patch! Our dog can't wait to go when we mention it. Management is friendly and knows all the dogs by name when you come. Ellsworth couldn't be happier spending time with his doggie and human friends at The Puppy Patch. They are his second family and they take very good care of him with play time and nap time. There are several indoor spaces that fit different needs and two different yards where the dogs run, play (bubbles, balls, pools, sandbox, climbing activities) and sleep. The team members make a lot of time to keep the dogs busy and our dog is ready for sleep at the end of the day. They also do a great job with grooming. We are so glad to have this trusted business to take care of our sweet boy.

Frustrated because we’ve used Puppy Patch to groom our dog for two years and have been happy with the service. But today I went to pick up our dog from a grooming appointment and zero of the three employees were wearing masks. When the one employee brought our dog to the front for the hand off, no mask. When the three employees were huddled around the computer, no masks. Obviously no one here cares about the health of others. Will not be using them again.

We can't even mention their name in the house unless we want a super excited dog on our hands. Lizzie LOVES the Puppy patch, and on very busy days I love a tired dog :-)We also book in for grooming with Kim who does a fantastic job.

My pup can’t wait to spend a day here, and the grooming services are so convenient. Everyone is so friendly, they post pictures on Facebook so you can see how happy your pup is. Definitely recommend!

My dog Buck loves this place !!! He didn’t want to leave every time we picked up him . They are very professional and friendly and caring . I added wrong photos by mistake and I already reported to Google . Hope they can delete them .

Called for a quote to get my three dogs groomed. Quote was $180 for all three. I brought two of my dogs instead because we couldn’t find the vaccination forms for one. When I picked my two dogs up the bill was $171. I’m not a genius but 2/3 of $180 is $120. The quote was $50 off - not even close. This is taking advantage the customer. Will not be going back.

I bring my Shi Tzu in for grooming. The staff is so pleasant. I love how they encourage you to tell them what you like and dont like about the hair cut so they can make a note of it and improve the cut for next time.

Can you believe they didn't cut the nails for my dog after groom her.I took my dog back to them and the owner said, they don't have anyone there and she doesn't know how to cut the nails for my dog. She gave me $10 dollars refund for missed to cut my dog's nail. I never go back this place for ever!!!!!!!
