Came across this place while driving home from work. It's a very well stocked store. They have everything that you need for your backyard rehab. They have very good selection of fruit trees and all the herbs 🌿. The manager was a super nice person who explained everything until I was well knowledgeable about all the things I need for my garden. I highly recommend this garden center to everyone. They have the best price on lose gravel, top soil, mulch and many other things.Excellent experience!A+++ customer service!Well deserved 5 star 🌟 🤩That a pear 🍐 tree 🌳 😍 and it already fruiting. How amazing is that. We will get yo eat and enjoy pears this year and many more years to come.

DO NOT HAVE THEM TIE A TREE ON YOUR CAR!My friend wanted a tree, and her family recommended this place. We bought a 6' tree and had them tie it on the roof of her SUV. When driving down 78, the ropes came undone and the tree slid to the side of the car. It was hanging off the car by one of the two ropes used as people were beeping, blocking us in as we tried to get over to fix it, and it was an unpleasant experience.When she called to inform them of this, they just responded with "Okay" and nothing else. Now, I get that there wasn't actually much that could be done. But having a 6' tree smacking against the side of your brand new vehicle, on a busy interstate highway with rush hour traffic, is stressful. She felt the need to inform them of this both because it was dangerous to allow people to tie these trees up without knowing what they're doing, and because she wanted to restore the confidence she had in them prior to this incident.Their dismissive attitude made it clear they don't care about their customers once they leave. They are not the ones who'd be liable if the tree fell and hit someone, and even if they are who has the time and money to litigate something like that? All they had to do was just assure her that they would work to make sure this didn't happen again.

Very friendly staff! I ordered some QP stone to repair a large section of my patio. I was told it would be delivered within the next two days but it came the same day. The truck driver called in advance and was very amicable and polite. He dropped off the stone exactly where I wanted it considering how unusual and tight my driveway is.I will definitely return based on the customer service alone!

Our family has been a steady customer for over 20 years at the Annandale store, bought numerous Stihl chain saws, trimmers, landscaping products, all our bird and lawn products, etc. and have been happy with sales staff and maintenance services. Up until lately. Staff now seems to have a negative attitude, maybe just having a bad time with Covid but recently was taken aback by the unprofessional rudeness of one in particular. Will be taking our business elsewhere, even if have to drive farther. Too bad one rude staff member can spoil the rest.I have received a kind apology from the owner and will likely return to shopping here.

I bought 2 cubic yards of natural cedar mulch there today. They took very good care of me, loading it in the back of my van. I also needed mushroom compost, which I've been using to transplant vinca. They have always given me good advice on how to do things, so my outdoor gardening is a success. We get our chainsaw blade sharpened there too.

Great place, my kids always look forward to going and seeing everyone. Good selections. Employees are fast, helpful, and load everything up for you. It's nice to see a place where people actually seem happy with their jobs!
