This place used to be a great place to take my dog for a pet wash. The fee was $10 as long as you bring your own shampoo. They only charge a little extra if you want to use their shampoo. They used to offer free nail clippings for dogs on Fridays from 3pm-6pm. The bath area used to be kept clean and towels stocked and you wouldn’t have to ask for a towel. You would pay after you washed your dog. This was not my experience when I went recently. Because of new management or something a lot has changed. There is someone different doing the free nail clippings and he wasn’t even available when I went in. There was a dog groomer in the back room so my dog wasn’t able to get his nails clipped as usual in the back. A girl clipped his nails in an aisle. I heard the dog groomer is not supposed to be back there from 3p-6p on Fridays. When I went to take him to give him a bath in the dog bath area, all the tubs had hair clogging the drains. There was hair all over the floors and there was a cat litter bin full of matted dog hair. There were also no towels provided and I was told by the manager after I complained that I had to now request a towel. There was also no shampoo available if I didn’t bring my own. Many changes have been made including low maintenance and cleaning of the bath area. What am i even paying the $10 for? I understand after a long busy day of dogs being washed, there will be a lot of hair but there was so much hair that it didn’t even seem the area had been cleaned daily. I didn’t even need the free nail clipping. That was just an extra perk. If the dog wash station was kept clean and tidy and the towels stocked as it has always been before every time i came in then I would be satisfied. If things do not change then I will not be coming back. Not a place worth visiting since all their products are very highly priced compared to other stores.

A wonderful pet supply store!!The staff is wonderful and always extremely helpful with any questions you might have. They offer a self wash station, which upon mentioning they’ll provide towels. The FREE nail trimming on Fridays are also a wonderful service they provide!!I would highly recommend this place to any pet owner!

My first time going to this store, the self wash station was clean. This one taller girl helped me out a ton and was very informative on suggestions for my dog food and dog products. Other than that the store was organized and I didn’t have trouble finding what aisle I need to be in for what I was looking for.

Just all-around nice people at this store. It's clean, has a great selection, and is very competitively priced with big chain pet stores (plus they have better dog treats!). They know my dog when we go in there, and she always gets so excited.If the owner of the store ever reads these, your employees are all such fantastic people!

I would NEVER shop ANYWHERE else and that includes on Chewy. The moment you walk through the door and into the immaculate and visually appealing store, you are greeted by managers, Freddie & Gabby. OMG they are so friendly, professional & helpful. If they don't have something you need they will get it for you. The prices are similar or even lower than big box pet stores and Chewy. You can bring your pets in for a bath and other services. I believe in shopping local and they have everything I need when I need it. Thank you for bringing back a "neighborhood" pet store. I HIGHLY recommend shopping there.

Up until now I’ve been a loyal Petco fur mama- After the wonderful experience we had here today, we’ve found our new go-to pet store! I was blown away by their selection, especially the amount of natural products/treats. They even had fish and hamster products. But the best thing about this place is easily their customer service! Despite their large selection, they did not have the specific food my puppy eats… they solved this issue by having her food delivered to the store in the same day! They also said they will keep her food in stock for us moving forward (how sweet is that ❤️). Not only that but we went home with a bag of awesome sample goodies (pic attached) for free as well! Literally 12/10 for these guys! I highly recommend a visit!

Always an amazing experience! Great customer service! Nicholas is outstanding! So incredibly helpful and informative. Even carried my supplies to car for me! Above and beyond! Also told me all about the $100 adoption credit program the store is offering. If you adopt a cat/dog regardless if it’s private or from an organization you receive 100 bucks worth of store credit! You would only pay sales tax!! Shop here for your pet’s needs you won’t be disappointed!!

What an amazing staff!!! Super super helpful always. Nicholas went out of his way to provide professional courteous and knowledgeable assistance I will always get my pets’ needs at this store. I told Nicholas and Freddy (I think it was) that I would hire them in a second if I owned a business. Biggest compliment I had for their helpfulness!!

I definitely recommend this place, staff is incredible! Went and got wrong food Freddy went beyond to make sure I got the correct food, went back got the right food, had questions due to being a new cat dad Freddy took time and explained what foods are better. Really made me feel like family not a customer and answered all my questions he knows his stuff. Will recommend to everyone.

Great customer friendly store. The associates were very well informed on various products. You always feel welcome here. Huge selection for all your pets needs. I was looking for high quality cat food and was pointed in the right direction with alot of great information about the product. So glad they are in town as grocery store cat food is not an option for optimum pet health.

This is an awesome pet product store with a huge selection and AMAZING customer service. I’ve been to the store many times and so far every single employee has been incredibly helpful and kind and it is obvious that they all truly love animals. Today I was looking for an item that is out of stock (due to a distributor problem, not a problem with the store inventory)and the manager, John, went out of his way to find the item at another store -and he is having it delivered to the store closest to me! John also found alternative options for my dog who has health issues that prevent him from being able to eat most foods. Thank you to John and to all of his wonderful staff!!

I love going to this store! All of the employees I have met are all very helpful and extremely friendly! They also have great products in their store that other stores either don't have or they are out of stock. I def reccomend this store to anyone who is looking for a new pet place to shop or just somewhere different. My business will continue to go here and no where else! I've also asked questions about my kitten and they have given me great advice and even a few samples to try out and see how he likes them. Keep up the great work guys! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I take my dog in for the selfwash. They provide towels as part of the service. I gave them 4 stars because the holders for the shower heads have been broken for a while. I recently noticed a weird odor from the towels. But other then that, i love this place. Im back at least once a month.

Freddie is definitely a great employee and he has the best customer service in this shop!!!. He always acknowledges me (I am there at least once a week) and he goes out of his way to assist me and make sure I find everything I need. Other employees could take some notes and act like him a little bit, specially with returning clients.

I ordered 4 items from this site, and fedex ending up losing 1 of our packages in shipping. before i knew this i called and spoke to both eileen and sadie and thought they way they helped me showed how much they cared and really felt the “family” in this family owned establishment. Came to write a review and happened to see this negative one about those two specifically and i have to say, after speaking with nurture pet employees, this guy must be one of those Karen type customersgreat stuff guys!

The staff here is 10/10. I was asked if I needed help, was trying to find something comparable to my Smitten's regular food.. I told the man helping me "She likes shreds- but everywhere is sold out." Within minutes he said he will have a case the following day. Thanks!!

Very nice store. Great and very friendly stuff.Though, the best thing about this place is that they have lots of natural food for pets with quite low prices. If you want to save and do not drive to far, this store will be your best bet.
