Brandon removed and replaced with new ones, which I had with me.I was so appreciative of his help for a product they don't sell!All were couteious and many sales associates approached me while I was waiting to see if I needed any help.Thank you again!.

Never had an issue with this location until today. I sent my wife in to pick up some plumbing supplies, with very clear instructions on what was needed.The manager, Sean, helped her and was extremely rude. He muttered in front of her about how "this is why people should send other people in for them". He didn't even get what I asked for. I can make it work, but he clearly doesn't know as much as he thinks.Then to top ot off, he ended the transaction with "hopefully we don't see you again today." I will be speaking to corporate about this and we will not be returning.

Went in for a fire extinguisher for a resale on a home (I am a realtor) and they had it tagged on the shelf “approved extinguisher for Galloway CO “ ..which I thought was great for people who don’t know and buy them as much as I do.. plus they were a very helpful staff .. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes..loved that :)

Sometimes Ace is a little more expensive than some of the bigger stores but the personalized service is worth it. The associates here are always eager to help me find what I need and answer questions.

Been using the Ace Hardware for the past few years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Needed to stop to stop at Shoprite and get a replacement bulb for my microwave. And they employ me to put me in the right direction and I was out of the store within a few minutes. They have free popcorn at this location, so keep kids occupied if you need to bring them to buy stuff. Definitely recommend this location.

They had a representative from traeger there.. he had made pulled pork and macaroni and cheese that was amazing !!! Check out the new and improved line of traeger smokers !!

We got tinted paint that didn’t match. We brought in a better sample and received full credit with no hassles.Terence and Lindsey helped us. They were both excellent to deal with.We know that they can’t price match Home Depot but the have very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plus we like supporting small businesses (it’s a franchise).

Every associate here is friendly and courteous. They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before you leave and if for any reason on the rare occasion there is a return needed there is never an issue. Nice rewards, too. Of course due to size limitations they do not have all the options of HD but their convenient location is great! Normally you can find what you need for minor home repairs and maintenance.. Sure makes things easier having them right downtown.

Great store , extremely professional helpful people all work there. You might pay a tiny bit more than Depot / Lowes but well worth it. Can't stand the big me stores , all idiots working there. Also all their hardware is always well organized. You can actually find what your looking for !

I love this Hardware store. There's something to say about a personal experience and that's just what you get EVERY visit at the Galloway Ace hardware. We frequent Home Depot but they don't hold a candle to the individualized customer attention and knowledge that these guys provide. If you can think of it, Ace has it!

I love this ACE. They are literally the friendliest group of associates I think I’ve ever been in contact with. Every time I am in there they are extremely helpful and I always find exactly what I need. The store is so clean and orderly, they never change things around so you’ll never be confused about where anything is. Love it. 10/10.

Very Friendly Customer Service! I asked for help looking for something and even though the gentleman was in the middle of doing something he stopped right away and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! You can't get kind of help in Home Depot or Lowe's which is why Ace hardware has stood the test of time!!

Unfriendly, I walked in and said hi how are you doing. The man and the front looked at me and just rolled his eyes. After purchasing two doorknobs I said have a nice day to the cashier he just turned around. Very unpleasent, hostile people working here. Next time will go on Amazon to avoid this nasty experience.

Great store. Well organized. Extremely helpful employees make themselves available. Prices are higher than Home Depot and Lowe's, and of course they could never carry as many different items as the big box stores, but they certainly do have a lot.
