Complete disgrace. The pharmacy staff should be ashamed of their rude, disrespectful and negligent behaviors. They talk inappropriately about patients, right in front of all. I am so fearful that Patient health and well-being are at risk. After multiple horrible experiences the last event was the worst. after 2 attempts to fill our sons medication and being told it would be ready in a hour (we went back in 3 hours) the techs refused to fill it and said it will be done tomorrow, they were too busy. Then The pharmacists refused to answer a question and shrugged my husband off walking right past him saying he was “very busy.” And informed by the staff. Go to corporate if we had a problem…. Classy…. So I did… and still waiting on a regional manager to call. Disgusting.

I absolutely LOVE THIS CVS PHARMACY! I called in today to see if my prescription was ready and spoke with Mrs. Judy. She told me it wasn’t yet sent. 1 minute later, she calls back and said it just came into her queue as we hung up w/ each other. She told me it would be ready in about an hour and to bring my insurance card. I told her i didn’t have insurance and that I’m paying out of pocket. Without getting into to much detail, I just want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU MRS. JUDY. You are an amazing, helpful, human soul and I’m so happy there is still beautiful, caring souls such as yours, still around in today’s world. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

CVS is zero is customer service and needs to get there act together. I took time out of my busy day to download coupons for saline, bio freeze, deodorant and other items. Shopped for those items, checked out, had the coupons I had downloaded scanned. The “system” was not accepting them even tho I confirmed my account with the same email was logged up. False advertising! Shoddy IT! Zero customer service. I had no choice but to leave the items I had shopped for and leave the store. I’ll not be back! Shame on CVS. National retailer that can’t get out of their own way!

The staff at the pharmacy is Hideous.They leave untrained staff alone to work the window without support leaving her literally crying. then when you call them out and shame them for treating their staff like that do they take offense and flip it like the customer is to blame. “The automated refill system doesn’t work that’s why we tell customers they either have to speak to someone live or walk in to fill a script.” 45 minutes in line to leave without your prescription. I called Saturday at 4 the machine confirmed it would ready at 1pm Sunday I go 540 Monday and with NO EXPLANATION I have to call my insurance bc they set up mail order without even advising me! So now I’m without my much needed medication and because cvs pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE TO ITS STAFF AND CUSTOMERS I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

this is the absolute worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. they took over a week to get me my neurological medication, and they promised me, through the phone and on the app, that they were going to give me the last 26 pills they had and come to find out the next morning that they gave them to somebody else and didn’t even bother notifying me. i didn’t even know it was possible to have your medication stolen from you but i guess now i know!! and at that point it was already six days late. it screwed up my mental health so bad and as of last week i finally feel better and then i just found out my doctor accidentally sent it to this pharmacy AGAIN and now it says my medication is “on hold” so when i called to ask what this means they left me on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes all the way till they closed. i called my doctor to have it switched to my usual cvs because i am not going to go through hell every four weeks because this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous.

I got my flu shot here and this was the worst experience ever. I waited about 20 extra minutes to check in for my appointment even though I had arrived early. The pharmacist was a mess and told me they had no more "available appointments" after I had told him I scheduled mine online in advance. He told me that this shot was not covered by my insurance, which it is, and had to give him my insurance card to verify that it was after arguing with him. He then forgot to give me my card back and had to then argue again that he still had it. I do not think he washed his hands, but he did use gloves. He did not speak to me whatsoever about the shot,not telling me the possible side effects or anything of the sort. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION at all!! He did not even give me a band-aid? Maybe I am asking too much but I am pretty sure they are supposed to tell you possible side effects and tell you about calling your doctor if you have any issues, none of this was said to me. While I tried to ask about getting a band-aid or some knowledge from the guy he walked away from me and told me to have a good day. This was ridiculous to me and I will not be coming back to this location for any reason.

The last few times that I been to this location the pharmacy personnel are rude. The drive through it’s always close and when you come in the line is so long that is hard to wait for your medication. A month ago I had covid and I had to come in to pick up my medication and I waited over 45 minutes in line to the point that I had to tell people to move away, when finally I made it to the desk I barely could Breath and the lady was so rude. Today, I called my refill on time and I was told it be ready by noon. I got there at 2 pm and my prescription wasn’t ready and the front desk lady was so rude and the way she spoke to me was humiliate in front of all the customers then she proceed to tell me God bless me in Spanish, yes am a woman of faith but I didn’t apréciate the way she treated me. As of today I will remove my prescription from that cvs.

Was in line at the pharmacy at 1:10pm called several times and the phone connects then goes dead I notice this happens near lunch time and near closing or busy. Rude pharmacy staff rude front store manager that offered no suggestion to an issue. This location needs a new staff just close it renovate and hire a new team seriously.

After receiving a text that my prescription was ready for pick up. I got to the pharmacy only to wait 2.5 hours for my prescription. When I arrived to the window Christine (the pharmacy tech) told me that the glucose reader for my baby was not available and said that I should drive around to the other stores to see if they carry it. I asked if it was possible for her to check the system and see if the glucose reader was available and she replied, “No!”. Then Christine said to drive around again and she’d have one of my two prescriptions ready. I proceeded to get back in line again and when I finally got to the window a different woman was there. Surprisingly she explained that they did have both of my prescriptions but I needed to drive around again for them to get them ready and to leave my insurance cards. So I left my insurance cards, drove around again, got the prescription, and asked for my insurance cards back. Christine says to me, “We don’t have them,”. I explained how I gave them to the other lady and she said I didn’t. At that point I just said “Okay, I’ll check my car when I get home,”. However, I knew for a fact I gave them my cards. Once I got home I was right and my insurance cards were in the prescription bag they gave me stapled shut. The entire experience was horrible and I’d never return to this particular CVS again!!

I had placed an order for a photo and was notified that it was ready for pickup. When I came in, the employee informed me that they didn’t have any new orders and they didn’t have my photo. Not her fault, sometimes things happen. Maybe fifteen minutes after I leave I get a phone call from that same employee letting me know she found the photo and reprinted it for me. I greatly appreciated that she went looking for it, reprinted it, then called me. She didn’t have to go out of her way like that and it was greatly appreciated!

Love the store but worst pharmacy with bad customer service I’ve ever been to and I’ve been using them since I was a kid. You can never get certain prescription's filled and when you ask them about it they say “it should be here in 2-3 days” and when you call,”we can’t get it in our store!” It’s always one person says one thing and the next another, it’s ridiculous! I call up Smithville CVS and the lady is happy to help and sounds like she enjoys her job, I wish I knew her name but basically the customer service is excellent and they always get my prescriptions filled the next day!! They don’t give you the run around like this pharmacy! I switched and won’t go anywhere else!

The store is fine, but this one of the most mis-managed and disorganized pharmacies I have ever encountered in my life. After hours on the phone (over 30 minutes on hold twice) I just switched to a different CVS and everything was fixed in minutes. I will go out of my way to never deal with this place again.

Getting my flu and COVID vaccines here was a BIG mistake. No way to describe the treatment received by waiting customers other than abusive. Fifteen to twenty senior citizens were waiting in a cramped aisle with no chairs for their name to be called even though they had appointments. How long? My wait was 55 minutes from online check-in to hearing my name called. Why would CVS accept appointments for this many patients in a short amount of time when they know they will only have one pharmacist on staff and each shot takes 5 -15 minutes to document and administer? I went to CVS for my shots in the past for the convenience - the store is right down the street. But in the future I'll go to my Primary Care Provider. I can't bare to see all those greatest generation neighbors of mine being mistreated by CVS.

The pharmacist Lynn at CVS on Pitney Rd Galloway is extremely rude ,condescending and unprofessional .She dispensed the incorrect amount of meds and refused to apologize. I had to wait an hour at the pharmacy just to end up paying $50 out of pocket for 2 pills for the night(will be supposedly reimbursed). My child has serious health issues and cannot be without his meds. I hope CVS takes this matter seriously because she is putting peoples' lives at stake.

I first want to say I have been using this CVS location for over 10 years and have never had a problem. Today, I went in for my flu shot and the man (certainly not a gentleman) was most annoyed. First he told he that one of the changes that should be made made was people waltzing in off the street expecting to be served. He then segues into why you people (seniors maybe as I'm 72),do not need all these vaccinations as we should rely on our natural immunity. He had never had a vaccine and has never been sick! This is not something I expect to hear from somewhere I have been getting my vaccines for years. I quietly informed him that I had lung disease and have been getting my flu shot every year since I was 30 and I quickly left as he had me frazzled.

Been on hold with them for 40 minutes to check a prescription status as I’m writing this. have called 3 other cvs locations on my boyfriends phone while on hold with this location, it’s actually crazy that it takes this long to ask if they have something in stock.no way they don’t have 1 minute in 40 minutes to answer the phone

Stopped using them as my primary pharmacy for several reasons, biggest one is they shorted me on 1/3 of my prescription which is so incredibly dangerous and problematic for a Pharmacy not having people who know how to freakin COUNT in charge of your medicine. They are also incredibly unprofessional and rude, but that’s nothing compared to the danger of not giving people the medicine they need to live. Don’t go here unless you feel like gambling.

Place sucks. Lynn the pharmacy manager very nice lady. Waited 20 minutes on line to find out I didn’t have to wait on line then waited for prescription to find out I had to wait on line again when I could have already been waiting on line and then when I went to pay they said I woulda had to wait again to use my insurance. What the actual clusterfvck of a disorganized operation is going on smdh place sucks.

This is my go to location even though other ones are close by. The pharmacy is great as everyone is so helpful. I get all of my vaccines here.... quick, simple, easy. The store itself is always getting new and interesting products. I love and use their coupons for huge savings. Self scan is speedy and accurate. Certainly can see why this location seems to have the most foot traffic.

Honestly i always loved this pharmacy but over the past 6 months ive watched it go down and down in customer service. They act like you calling them or even going there is an inconvience to them. If you try and ask them a question they will roll there eyes and act like they dont here you. Cvs needs to fire the people they have there right now or atleast reprimand them. Ive been using this cvs pharmacy for years but im ready to switch to a more friendly place honestly. If nothing changes soon i will be switching. I dont need these people getting frustrated at me for doing nothing more then try to pick up my medicine.

I had several prescriptions and was not informed that my emergency insurance confirmation number would only apply to in hospital expenses. I went to my CVS on Pitney Rd. I was informed the emergency confirmation number was not usable to get the insurance applied yet. I was perturbed and angry. The pharmacist was cool calm and had an option. I am sorry that I got angry. The pharmacist did not get rude and was incredibly patient with my bad attitude. I have always been served politely and professional by all of the associates at this CVS. Please make CVS on Pitney Rd. in Galloway your choice for cool and calm pharmaceutical needs.

The main pharmacist (the man) is incredibly rude and seems to not care about his job at all. Called about a prescription that I’ve been waiting on for two weeks and when I told him my name and birthdate he very abruptly told me that they had no prescription for me and hung up.

I went up to the pharmacy to inquire if my prescription was ready, the woman stepped away and spoke with a pharmacist and informed me that my prescription had not been sent over by my doctor. I stepped to the side, called my physician and who informed me that the prescription had been sent over 40 minutes earlier.When I went back up and informed the technician, she stepped aside and spoke with the head pharmacist. They then said, they hadn't had time to check the incoming prescription and I would have to wait.They lied to me! Had they just simply informed me that they were unable to check the incoming prescriptions, I would have happily left and came back at a later time. in addition to this they generally have a negative attitude towards their patients. Majority of the staff seems to be unhappy working there.Edit: I returned in the evening two days later and the woman, Georgia, who helped me was as nice as nice could be! I guess it just depended on the employee who was working. The pharmacist Georgia was kind, funny, and ask me how I was feeling and truly ment it 😂. ( change my review from ⭐ to 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 to reflect this fact.

This is the second time this CVS has come to my rescue when my local pharmacies in Hammonton have been out of ( common) prescriptions. They are great here. It’s worth it to make the drive to get what you need. Walgreens need take note.
