This CVS sells expired products. I purchased some Starbucks Iced Coffee drinks from them only to find while drinking to the end of the bottle that there were white things floating inside. After looking at the expiration, it was dated for LAST YEAR! I was extremely upset and contacted the store. The best they did was give me a refund and a $25 gift card. I basically got paid $25 to drink who knows what. Quality control here is poor. I have definitely lost trust with CVS. From past experience, CVS usually isn't like this so this could have been an isolated store problem. However, I'm still shocked and upset that such a thing could have even happened! Though I did feel a bit sick and uneasy, I am still alive.

A script my doctor has taken an 1 entire week to fill and a script order yesterday was not ready for pickup at 1:00pm. Was unable to get back in an as directed in an hour but went tonight @ 7:30 only to see a sign saying “sorry drive through closed tonight.” This is far from the first time that scripts have taken a ridiculous amount time or something else went wrong. . Waited a 1/2 on hold to be told by the one pharmacist he is 6 days behind with only 1 cashier. This company should be fined and put out of business.

This particular location is always eerily empty. Weird vibe....not inviting. Have stopped in a pinch but would not go out of my way. The male manager has always been friendly and helpful. The geese in the parking lot are the best part of the trip.

Honestly i didnt even want to give 1 star the man that works there refused to fill my daughters script a she is. Going through MAT i understand that he does have that right but not everyone on this medicine is a junkie so yea i dont suggest anyone going through this go to this place

Sad to write a bad review of my hometown CVS - it's usually a messy, disorganized and understaffed store - but today I'm just frustrated to find out they won't give me a flu shot! I tried to make an appointment online, and the website scheduled me at another CVS across town. When I showed up there, they said their system was down (we all know we can't give shots without a system that is "up"). So I drove 5 minutes over to CVS Smithville to see if I could wait in line for a walk-in flu vaccine (as advertised on the radio). There was no line at the Pharmacy and the sign taped to the plexiglass divider said, "Appointments recommended." I thought to myself, "this might work out," but the overworked and dismissive pharmacy assistant said, "No appointment, no shot." OK - I'll make an appointment for next week when I get back from a business trip, but darn, do they have to make it so tough to stay healthy?

This is the best CVS pharmacy by far. Always welcoming and efficient and friendly. I have shopped at many CVS stores in the area and none of them come close to the service at Smithville. The entire staff is top notch, Casey and Deb always make me feel like I’m visiting a friend.

The manager running shift today was rude. I came in to buy a card and only had a large bill on me. This became like the end of the world to him. Shaking his head at me in frustration. Checking the total of my sale. Checking my bill in the light like I was giving him a fake bill.He huffed and puffed complaining he had to go to the office to break it.The whole situation was very ridiculous and I will no longer shop at smithville cvs.

I went to CVS today at their busiest time around 4:30. I got the same quality service I've become accustomed to. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

Don't come here for a Covid-19 test. It's been 4 days and I have yet to have my results. Mind you, my roommate and friend both to get tested after I went and they got their results 2 days ago.

Went in for solarcaine. The website said they had 30 cans in stock. I checked every aisle and then asked the two people that were working there. They both looked at me like I had 10 heads even after I showed them the picture that said they had it in stock. Unreliable as usual.

Came in looking for lactase pills, the cashier told me exactly where they would be, and the pills were actually there. The cashier was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.
