First time visit this store. Purchased two drill machine and garden tool. Both were on discounted price. Both were used and defective. Better to buy from FB market place if we want to buy used and not working condition. No one bother to check the item before put in racks.

Manager had a very rude attitude. Sold me a terribly damaged product and wouldn’t take off more than $100 and the product was over $1,000. It was rusted and had scratches everywhere. Only reason I got it was because that was the only tractor supply carrying it. We came from 2 hours away and we even called beforehand they never mentioned the product being damaged. We also just found out they put oil in the product when there not supposed to and they were probably riding it around. All the manuals that were given with my $1,000 bike were sopping wet and unreadable.

An interesting operation with ostensibly farm and ranch supplies but also a cross of hardware and general store. Esp. with Sears/Kmart gone you might think of here for small mechanical needs, good work clothes and more, of a higher quality than Walmart.

Tractor supply has the most helpful staff I have ever known for this type of business. If you call they will help you with any questions you may have and go out of there way. Same thing in person. I wish they would pass some of there great customer service to home depot and Lowes They sell chickens, Trailers, pet food,, clothing tools,tents,locks,safes, cages,and more .There prices are definitely retail its not discounted unless running a sale. They have alot of community partnerships.

Local business. You can find a lot of things here. They are open very early which is great. Getting yard and pet supplies. Have a wide variety of clothing, horse, chicken, and dog supplies as well. All kinds of seeds, yard treatments, and even stoves are available. And the food... Okay it sounds like a modern country store you can find what you need which is correct. Workers are great at this location.

This Tractor Supply is simply the best around! All the employees are always SO helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. It doesn't matter what animal I ask about (chickens, dogs, horses) they are there to help the best they can and they always do! You guys rock! Would recommend this location to anyone!

Love this store! Great selection of products and low prices on wild bird seed. And they have baby ducks and baby chickens in the spring. We go there just to see the babies, but end up with something out of the bargain bins too. We have gotten a bunch of great deals that way. They sell hard to find items for "life out here". And everything for maintenance of home and cars and garden. A really nice selection. And helpful staff.

First time I discovered this place existed. It is a little bit out in the farmlands and has that flavor. It's cool.. I like it. Of course it would have been a better experience without the pandemic overcast. So, I came as a result of a targeted search for a very specific lawn mower (tractor), a Cub Cadet walk-behind (awesome, btw). The staff here was very poor.. very unfriendly, unwilling, and/or oblivious. I stood waiting at the customer service counter for a good 10 minutes whilst two employees who were talking and doing I-don't-know-what completely ignored us. It was like we weren't even there! I finally started waving my arms and moving back and forth. Mind you I had my 6-year old daughter and wife with me too and I didn't want to keep my daughter in there any longer than necessary. We finally were connected (after their very long search) with the specialist guy for the tractors, Mike. Now, HE was outstanding! He was extremely helpful and provided all the information that we needed, and loaded us up. In conclusion, I may have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the customer service drawbacks. I was really debating between 3 and 4 stars, but since my wife said the bathrooms were clean, I will make it 4 stars :)

I come here for all my rabbit food needs. I get a huge bag of rabbit food for $15 and it lasts me such a long time and it is great quality Also purchased a bail of Timothy Hay for the rabbits for $20! Way more practical then going to the pet store. Great store overall friendly staff.

I went here to pick up a same day delivery on Thursday June 9. I got there the manager was helping another customer. Once she finished helping them she came to help me. It turned out what I was picking up was a big fire pit around 48x48. Apparently people came to pick it up but because of the size they couldn't fit it into their car. The manager told me to come outside to get the pit. I drove my suv to her and she loaded it into my truck. Then she went on to load somebody else's stuff onto their truck. She's the best.

I purchased a trailer here. The process was so easy. They got the paperwork done within 10 minutes and connected the trailer to my truck. While doing this they helped adjust the chains to fit better and gave me extra locking pins for the hitch. Before I left they verified the lights were all working. Registering at the DMV with the paperwork was simple and trouble free. The trailer, a 14 foot tandem axle with brakes fit my Kubota bx23s perfectly and pulls it effortlessly.

First time I was in the store employees were fine except when I went to pay for my purchase couldn't pay in cash had to purchase a gift card to complete the transaction seemed strange to me but okay. I bought a pair of work boots and after two phone calls and was told that they weren't in yet I decided to go to the store and try to find out what happened to my boots , oh I forgot to mention that this was over a month ago and when I got there and talked to the manager amazingly they were in the back of the store. Only thing he said was sorry and that someone should have called me. I'm sure it's a fine store. First time last time.

4health brand is the only dog food we get. It helped our dogs stomach problems, she was much less gassy after switching. We also pick up our chicken food and some seeds for the garden. Overall great place. They love when we bring our pup in and she knows right where the treats are at the register. Can’t say enough good things.

They are super nice and helpful. I went there this past Sunday to get a bale of hay. While I was there I decided to get 2 bags of grain. I had a walking boot on because my horse broke my toes. They asked if I needed help I graciously decline. The gentleman said please let me help you, so I accepted. Then they loaded my truck for me also. Not that many places have employees like that anymore. It was so nice to experience. Thank youShannon

They have a little bit of everything and a lot of things you might not be able to find elsewhere, although your big box names aren't usually seen here. Great place to spend 30 minutes walking around, never know what you may come across. Love the section in the front with deals on small tools and gadgets. I was a little disappointed though to find some of their Branded products are made in China.

The employees are super nice, but the store is not prepared for customers. They have no carts and we had to wait several minutes for one. The isles are so small. The customers were cutting the line and since they have very few employees the rule-breakers got away with the bad behavior. It's anarchy.

They usually have a decent selection, but I often experience out of stocks when looking for items, particularly if I need multiple of the same item. Locating pricing on items is sometimes challenging. I seem to end up hitting the store from fall to spring for some reason. They get some cool seasonal products to check out. They have live animals like baby chickens and ducks for sale periodically. The staff is usually friendly but not outgoing in my experiences. They did recently have some trailer parts that I needed for an emergency repair. That was unexpected and a positive experience.

I had the Best experience with this Tractor Supply...Linda (I hope I am spelling it right ) was so busy putting stick away when we showed up..I was in so much pain from my Rheumatoid disease and sunburnt beyond crisp..but I needed chicken feed since I ran out. She was so pleasant I enjoyed chatting with her, then my daughter heard chicks..yep..chicken math. She was able to get her polish bantams and thanks to Linda and her patience with us and trying to choose what we are praying are females..she was just wonderful. Thank you for employing people like her!

As a loyal TSC business member, I could not believe the amount of inventory this store carried. Was greeted by Mike who was very helpful. Horse grain and supplements was abundant! Store was very clean organized and neat. Great job TSC members. Come to New York Stores and give us what we are missing. Thanks for a great visit.

My first time in the store and they are 10 mins from the barn boarding the horse. It was clean well run and organized was in and out then went back to just look around. It was refreshing to be solicited to see if I needed any help
