Great 1st visit to Woof Gang Allendale Nj today. Services were fully explained and recommendations made based on need not margins. The staff and groomer made Macy feel at home and safe - not so easy as she is very timid and anxious of new things. Her groomer was excellent. She matched the cut requested and took care of all the details. Price was fair based on service and results. Macy was returned to us happy and as if having a perfect spa day. We have found our forever groomer!!!!

Finally found the right place for my cavapoo puppy to be groomed. After having many failed attempts with other groomers we’ve finally found the place that makes Bailey look exactly how we want him to look and how he deserves to look. CUTE! Let’s just say we drive 30 minutes to take him but it’s well worth it. Kim and Caroline are amazing! Most definitely will recommend.

Sonny looked absolutely fabulous! He listened to everything I wanted and gave Sonny the best grooming he has ever gotten! I will be making them my regular groomer from now on!

I love “Woof Gang” because I had a positive experience . Rob was very professional, friendly, and informative about scheduling an appointment and explaining the whole process. He went beyond his duties to assist me with obtaining the information about the rabies shots when I forgot the paperwork at home. Caroline did an amazing with the grooming of our two dogs. They were done so “beautiful “ and both dogs smelled “amazing”. Caroline handled the dogs “perfectly “ and was patient with them which was important because they are rescued dogs. She had a compassionate way of handling them. I will definitely continue to use their services. 😄

I love Enid the groomer. Sadly I don't think we will be back now that they are under new ownership. I fully expected a rate increase with the new owners and when I called the day before my appointment I was told the new price was $60 which is 25% more then I had been paying. As I said I fully expected and was willing to pay an increase.....I love the job Enid does on my dog but I felt 25% more was a bit much. I called around and most places were $50-55. I had to ask my self do I want to change things for my dog to save $5?I showed up to pick up Sophie after her grooming and was told by the new male owner what my total was. I asked for the breakdown since it was more then I expected...i had been told on the phone $60 and now I was being charged $65. The owner then argued with me about it. He shrugged his shoulders when I said I didn't know if I would be back. He never apologized for the confusion. He only agreed to honor the price quoted on the phone when I flat out said this was not fair and he needed to honor it. And only after telling me that this was a one time thing as if I were not experiencing a bait & switch. He has ZERO customer service skills and I feel bad for the wonderful groomers that work there if this is how he is going to treat THEIR loyal customers.

Every time I bring my dog into Woofs I have such a positive experience! All of the staff at the desk are super nice and efficient. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the front desk staff, groomers, or owners. My golden always come out looking amazing and I have no complaints!

We had our golden retriever in for a full groom and Caroline has given our dog the best haircut EVER! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Woof Gang Allendale to all.

Let me start by saying we used to bring our two dogs here regularly for full grooming's until they both passed. We then decided to take our new 1 year old short haired mix for a bath and nail cut not a full grooming. When we picked up our dog the guy told me it would be $79.00! Wait what for a simple bath and nail trim! What an absolute rip off!! Don't be foolish like we were and use them thinking they are priced fairly they are not! I felt totally ripped off and will never go back again! Beware a real ripoff!Also I never take the time to write reviews either that's how ripped off I felt!!

I have tried many groomers with my 11 and 9 years old Portuguese Water Dogs, and this is by far the best place I've been to. Their groomers are experienced and knowledgeable, and my dogs always come out looking their bests. They take care of my old dog and make sure he's comfortable and not too stressed out, which is very important to me.

I have been taking my lab to Wolf Gang Bakery and Grooming since their opening. The staff is friendly, efficient and very understanding when I need to reschedule appointments. The groomers do a great job and are extremely nice to my old lab who is 14 years old and very picky about who takes care of her!!!

We brought our Golden Retriever, Jordy, to Woof Gang...Crystal was awesome!!! We felt our puppy (he’s really 3 years old) was in good hands and were very comfortable leaving our little guy with Crystal and the staff.We will definitely continue to bring Jordy back to the Woof Gang!Thank you so much from the Murphy family!!!

I spoke with Rob and he told me to buy Groupons for my dogs and made the appointments. I then get a phone call from the owner telling me that he made a mistake and they won't accept the Groupons for multiple dogs and that if I want to come in they will charge full price for 2 of the 3 dogs. I then get a phone call from Rob saying he messed up and didn't know the policy and it was too bad. It became my fault that he didn't know the policy and screwed up.

This is not a place I would ever take my dog back to again. I came in there requesting a trim for my dog and they came back with almost cutting off half his hair. A trim is a trim. And instead of apologizing and saying there must have been a misunderstanding they thought the appropriate response was to be defensive and say your dogs hair was matted. We brush our poodles hair every single day so that just seemed like a default answer for the store since they must have realized they screwed up. But instead of taking ownership as a business and apologizing to the consumer you fight back and act like they weren’t wrong. #1 in customer service is the customer is always right. Pretty embarrassing operation they are running and I can’t say i will ever recommend nor take my dog back there.

Beyond disappointed by this establishment. They are the worst groomers I've ever been to! Absolutely horrible... they traumatized my dog and butchered his hair. Completely uneven cut. It's like they were grooming him with their eyes closed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

two weeks to wait for appointment to get your dogs nail cut. What are we talking about here a 20 minute job. Wonder why Jack left. New owners are they in the grooming business or just the cookie end of it.

Great place for grooming your pet. Service is exceptional and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable reguarding their products. Lots of foods, as well as other merchandise. The pet bakery is awesome. Definitely a place to go.
