Better quality than any raw I've had delivered or at local stores. The beef & turkey is twice as red as OC raw beef. The staff on site are friendly and helpful.Only downside is you have to be really on top of holiday closures, especially if you use a lot of food daily. I get 100lbs, which is a 25 day supply for my dogs. They're closed 12/24-1/11 (18 days). I can just fit the 100lbs in my freezer. The Thanksgiving closure dates were not clear. Google showed them open, website said "closed for holidays" but only specified no walk ins 11/23 and 11/24. 11/17 I could not tell if that meant they were closed or open. Tried calling multiple times, but no one ever picked up the phone. I did not want to drive 60-80min to find them closed. If it wasn't for the price and quality I'd have never gone back.

I’ve only been feeding my mini golden doodle Dexter Armando Raaw Energy Dog Food for a week. However I can observe that he devours his food. The plate looks clean when he is done. He has had an enormous supply of energy and his bowels have been regular and small. The owner was very knowledgeable and showed me how to transition my pupper. She even threw in a free sample of salmon when I expressed his suspected beef allergy. I will always go to raaw energy to feed all my dogs. If you’re thinking about it and considering the trip I would definitely recommend it. They also have coop deliveries that may be closer to your location. Prices are also very reasonable. Why pay more for kibble when your dog can eat real food for the same or less?

My pups were on another brand of raw and it got too expensive. I found Raaw Energy and realized that feeding my pups fully raw again was more affordable than high quality kibble with various toppers/enticers was. Clear communication, home delivery in the Hudson Valley, NY, and lots of variety to choose from — this time we ordered the beef/chicken/tripe blend and some rabbit tubes as well for some more variety. I also appreciate that calorie information is provided on every tube. It makes it a lot easier to ensure my guys who gain weight very easily are getting the right amount of calories per day vs feeding them based on weight ratio percentage. Oh and I can’t forget about their awesome bones/chews selection!

The easiest and most affordable way to feed your pets Raw or cooked meals is to go directly to Raaw energy, they use quality ingredients and have a variety of pre made meadlys from you to choose from with veggies even for picky eaters I'm sure you'll find something. Picking up orders is quick, easy and they've never been out of stock for the items my pups love. Been feeding my pups raw since 8 weeks old and they are healthy energetic lean and strong. I was told poodle mixes are prone to stomach issues, ear infections, skin issues, but I've had little to no issues with them.

I have been using this service for 6 months or longer , my girl loves this food and it’s so much healthier for her. I live in Maryland so I order on the week I’m suppose to and they deliver the following week to my door. The tubes have always been fresh and frozen an are stored in a freezer during transport to keep them frozen. They communicate with me on when to expect the delivery and are always there when expected . The price is good , would be great if they had moreOptions for pickup with co-op but overall they are great . A lot of other raw dog meat places charge a lot more for less so I continue to use this service because it’s worked for me and haven’t been disappointed yet .

My dog absolutely loves his raw food he used to be a very picky eater and i would have to hand feed him and kibble used to cost me a fortune…. Now he has his own freezer full i can spend 400 $ and have it last months !!!! Only thing i dont like is the new packaging but absolutely love everything else about this company

I have been feeding three dogs this food and they are all doing great. I switched all of them from processed food to the raw food. I’m lucky because they are close to my house and I just go and pick it up. My older Huskies are looking and feeling great. My youngest mix has allergies and she is doing much better on the raw food.

So glad I found this company. Decided against regular canned dog food because our dog has a lot of allergies. Purchased from them for the first time. Ordering online= easy. Communication via email= great. Pick up at facility= smooth. Packaging= professional. Quality= my dog inhaled it so I am assuming she gives it 5 stars! We don’t serve her the meat raw- we boil it with various vegetables making it into a stew.

I bought raw dog food from this company. It was to be delivered by a co op. For some reason the delivery happened at 10pm. I was unable to go to a strange place in the middle of the night.When I ordered I was told delivery would be no later than 7pm. Had I been told I needed to pick up in the dark I never would have ordered.I went at 8am the next morning to get my food. It was sitting out in the sun in the middle of the co op persons yard. It had become thawed out, was leaking blood and the boxes were wet and falling apart.There was a van next to the product with other customers rotting food. The back was open I could see leaking boxes. I have a photo as proof.When I got home I immediately called the business. To let them know the food was no good and was thawed and warm. That i found it rotting in the sun. I had to leave a message because they dont answer their phones ever! For 3 weeks I never heard anything. Until I contacted my credit card company to complain. After the complaint they emailed me threatening letters, telling me they will not reimburse my money back.This company is not an honest company. I need my 130.00 back for rotten thawed dog food that I had to throw out.I was told by the owner through email " why should I give you your money back"? Maybe because thats what GOOD business people do? They admit that sometimes things go wrong, they don't screw the customer and keep their money!I've had no less than 5 harrasing emails from this person! They are now reported to the BBB too!Think twice before you buy from this company! Stay away!

I am lucky to have found this spot after moving to New Jersey. They have a variety of products to fit the individual needs and demands of the working dog or pet. I actually bought from Raaw about 2 months ago and I'd never left a review up till now. I'm just getting around to it. We used to feed our dog raw food but it became too expensive when buying from other companies so we switched them over to a high quality kibble. I found raaw energy and decided to give it a try. The meat is fresh and well packaged. Both dogs love it and look forward to meal times!Also have to say that the delivery driver was very prompt and actually early. He called to let me know he’d be at the location about half an hour early. The entire experience has been really positive so far and I’ll be ordering more food next month.

Best place to get your baby's favorite RAW dog food my 110LB Rotty Molly goes into fasting mode if I accidentally run out. She can't wait till it hits the bowl so she can inhale it and she has no side affects at all from it has everything she needs. Sent my neighbor and I bad meat that was brown in color and smelled very sweet and rancid. Owner refused to do anything to resolve problem. You cannot get ahold of customer service at all. Beware of this company.

Our bullies LOVE Raaw Energy... since switching to raw food we have seen a difference in their digestional health and coats. So happy this place is so convenient and I don't have to do all the raw prepping myself. I bought an extra freezer and make the 40 min trip about every 2 months. If you are considering the Raw/B.A.R.F diet for dogs, don't take my word for it, just ask me for pictures of my dog. Since switching to RAW, he has put on healthy muscle, his coat is unbelievably shiny and he expels a very small amount of waste for a 62 pound canine. The folks at RAAW energy are awesome!! They answered all my questions including how to transition from kibble and offer great prices (compared to online sites offering comparable products). I am very happy with RAAW and will continue to buy them from.

Been a customer for 3 and half years and this is the first time they didn’t deliver my food. I have called and emailed Many times over a week timespan and no one is getting back to me. They took my money and didn’t deliver the goods. I always received home deliveries. If there’s a problem, they will not help you, they will just ignore you and take your money. It will be a gamble every time you buy from them. They are very unethical. Your best bet is to find a company to rely on; this is not one of those companies.

I just went through some different products for my cats and I found the food to be freshly frozen. My cats love it! I wish they had more options for cats but I found some products that make it very easy for me to just add in a few things at home. And super close to my house!
