There were no manned registers open. The ONLY way to check out was the self checkout. I am not an employee of Walmart, no one pays me to check out my items, I don't get an employee discount or invited to the employee Christmas Party. Get some registers open Walmart!

I shop at Walmart several times a week. I love that the store is so close to my house. The prices are almost always the cheapest & the selection is amazing. I can pick up fresh veggies, stop at the pharmacy, grab cat supplies, get printer ink & shipping tape, pick up a kids birthday gift & get garden supplies & bird seed all in one stop. I could do my banking & get a haircut, too. Very convenient.

Complete disaster. Changed everything around. Barbecue sauce, candy, than bean stocked in that order in the same row. Pet food with wine..I was stopped multiple times by others searching for stuff. Worst of all is checking out. The replaced the long self check outs with small ones that have no room to put your stuff or your bags afte, so you need an empty cart with your full cart. And only 1 Walmart associate to check anyone with a full cart. Disaster!

Overall a great store, but I believe the removal of self checkout was a very poor decision if you're not going to have sufficient registers open to handle the customers. Plus, the line blocks traffic entering the store.

Got everything I needed and I was really super impressed with the fresh food... Massachusetts Walmarts have the WORST fresh food ... Apples I bought were rock hard with NO soft spots (yea) The lettuce was crisp.. no bad produce in the entire department.. even the clearance stuff was fresh looking!!

Staff are friendly and easy to find, and a larger selection of basically everything than some other Walmarts around it. Always clean and well stocked.

Much better everything than the Littleton one and how come not a one employee who works there ever knows where anything is it's so bad they should learn where things are if they work there seriously I challenge anyone to ask an employee where the left handed screwdrivers are

Stop moving merchandise around! Just when I memorize where everything is, you switch it all around. Very frustrating. I am old and cannot travel back and forth very easily.

This is probably my favorite Walmart it's shelves are usually always well stalked and they actually have a grocery department unlike Wes Lebanon Walmart they also have diapers almost every time we go this is the only place I do my shopping other than BJ's in Lebanon i would recommend this Walmart to anyone 😁

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. The parking lot is like a sea of shopping carts. But, when you walk inside, there’s always multiple employees in yellow vests, that stand around, playing with their cellphones.Management needs replaced.

This store is a joke. Two days in a row my wife and I came here because she wanted some perfume that only this location had. No one had a key to open the case. Not even a manager. This was very unacceptable and something needs to be done about this 😤Not even worth the one star I'm giving.

For 4 day's now I have been trying to call to see if they have a specific Dog food in stock and no answer it rings a bunch of time's then its like they pick up and put it on hold wait a few minutes then disconnect the call completely poor poor customer service

Overall, a good time of day to do light shopping throughout the store. Always get great service during checkout. Found most items on my list, had to do without a few things because some shelves and freezer spaces were empty.

Forgot some stuff when camping in the area. Was so glad a Walmart was close by. The store was one of the cleanest stores I've ever visited. However, a lot of the shelves were out of stock of everything . Seems to be common everywhere, though.

Everything I go to Walmart in woodsville, I have bad knees due to severe arthritis they don't have the buggies available for people who need them. It's awful. They need to get this straightened out. The ones they do have the batteries die right off

3 weekends in a row I’m unable to get an oil change. Apparently 2 employees aren’t allowed to service vehicles, company policy. So is it also company policy to pay workers to sit around the auto shop doing nothing. The Upper Valley doesn’t have many options for oil changes. You really need to get this figured out.

My least favorite Walmart experience. I had never seen management like it in my life. They treated their coworkers so poorly. Not to mention that they afterwards vanished, leaving very few lanes open and long lineups for the seemingly high school-aged people? In addition, there is only one cash register available, therefore long lineups are to be expected. angry clients. toxic environment, management must improve. Not suggested. Who’s the real problem.

I always pre-order & pickup. The service is great, they're very efficient & pack up your groceries in a few minutes. They always inform you of substitutes & give you the option of refusal or acceptance. The substitutes aren't always acceptable but it's easier to just accept them rather than have them removed from your order. I love the pickup option!

Supply chain issues have eased so the availability of items seems to have improved significantly over the last 6 months. Only 1 item on my shopping list of 8 or 9 products was out of stock.

They never have what you need. You buy a product and then they don't sell accessories you might want to go with it. Most, not All of the staff are unwilling to help or don't know. The jewelry department Never has an associate there. If you need one it takes forever for anyone to show up. You can be standing there waiting and 10 associates will walk by and not 1 will ask if you need service. I'd rather support small Mom and Pop businesses with higher prices and great service.

I have always liked the selection and cleanliness of this store however I did not like the added security checks put in place this past month. I understand carts being checked if the alarm sounds but I feel violated having my cart and recipt checked when I've don't nothing wrong. I pay for my groceries and other items and yet I am treated like a thief. I find it demoralizing and if it doesn't change I will start shopping elsewhere.
