Love the employees, always nice but today this cashier girl make me feel super uncomfortable. She didn’t say Hi (I said HI but she ignored me) and didn’t put in groceries to bag. I had a lots stuff but she just giving me a dirty look while I’m putting all my groceries in bag. She did before and behind in line ladies.I feel like she hate ASIAN,,, that’s how I feel…One star because of her.

Good, first time there when the supermarket wasn't crowded; checkout lanes long. Couldn't find several items, but otherwise, most meals for the week are complete. .

I've always enjoyed shopping at this location over Littleton's any day, however tonight was the first time I felt unwelcomed and left feeling upset. The tall gentleman with blonde cut hair just had a nasty attitude through my entire check out... made me feel uncomfortable. I told him I had 2 rewards redeemed and they should've have been knocked off.. 1 of the items he took off and wanted to charge me for the other reward item.. so when I mentioned the other item was an redeemed reward as well.. he cops an attitude with me in front surrounded people and asks me if I even got the right item. I just paid for my free item and I said happy holidays I just get a yup but I over heard him telling the person behind me to have a good day. Not sure what I did wrong? But I will not be shopping there as long as he works there. I would provide his name but just lile he customer service skill.. he lacked to wear his name tag.

Shaw's is a great grocery store. We find everything we ever need there. It may be a little more money than other stores, but to go to the other stores would cost more in gas and our time.

I was at the check out, put my phone number in and my bank card. Entered my bank card pin, the payment machine told me to remove my card so I did. I figured I was done. The person behind me started checking out and asked the cashier when he could put his phone number in, she looked at the screen and had to delete his whole order because she never closed out my order before entering his order, she then proceeded to blame it on me. Telling the guy that I just walked out.

This place has a surprisingly large selection of vegan/vegetarian alternatives that you can't find elsewhere in the area. The staff is all helpful and friendly. There's a neighborhood feel here that's very comforting.

Decent selection. Wine and beer as well. Produce is fresh and they have a well stocked deli/fishmonger. The bakery spews forth amazing products as is typical with most supermarket bakeries(at least in N.E.) they follow solid covid protocol also so mask required :)

The store has an app where you can shop at home and either pick up or have it delivered. This is good for someone who is handicap like myself. I shopped through the app, set a time for pick up, let them know I was on my way and how long it would take and they came out with my groceries shortly after arriving and loaded them into my car.

Always very clean 90% of the workers are respectful and decent that makes a huge difference compared to Walmart. There customer service is horrible .

A good place to shop for everyday needs. Food is always fresh. And if you happen to have any issues the managers are very friendly and are willing to work with you. And my suggestion is to definitely get the my mix account. Definitely worth it.

Don't buy any meat here especially the burger. Gross. Only thing I get here is soda, water or any dry good deals. I bought some kraft shed cheese date was good till Feb 2019 it was full of mold!

Very good place to shop. With walmart across the street it is nice to shop with out to much of a crowd. Meat is a bit expensive but worth going there noting they cut the meat there. People are awesome. You have to look for Dawn and Irene at the register's.

Everything is way to expensive except for their weekly sales. As long as you buy just the sales items you will do OK. Would have been 2 stars but the cashier are always nice and friendly, so I will give them 3.

Very unhappy with Jessie or the women manger today she went to look for distilled water for me. I wait 45 minutes to find her helping a guy with a rug shampooer. When asked her after he left if she found any distilled water outback she replied no. I know working you can get busy but she needs lots of training in dealing with public and being polite to everyone.Making me wait for an answer and never returning doesn't matter and it is her job to be nice to everyone. I will shop there again and hope I can find what I am looking for.

I was a paying customer that purchased an out of date item and when I brought the item with reciept back to the store a lady named Chandel yelled at me telling me how they rotate stock and it wasn't possible for me to have purchased them there. I have no reason to purchase juice and just ask for an even exchange on an item.. I have never been so mistreated in a store before in my life.. I will never shop at this store again. If the lady would have given me a chance to talk I would have let her know that the box had a bad date and inside the actual juice boxes were in date but Kraft told me to exchange them just as a percaution as it was probly a miss printed date on the box. But she felt the need to down degrade me first before listening to me.

Lines are always very long, they don't usually have more that two or three registers open, but other than that, great flower selection, bakery is above and beyond great and they care clean and we'll stocked in general.

NO STARS! The only real Grocery store in the area, They keep changing what products they buy/sell and have forced me and others to buy what they want us too. I am all done with this store. I was forced to switch coffee now several times in the last year since the big company change they underwent, Well shaws you can keep it I will no longer give you a dollar of business again

I got very claustrophobic in here. Although the staff were nice and helpful.A very small store located awkwardly at the corner of Forrest street, this shaws actually has a wide variety.But, it's very hard to get around in here especially with families shopping together. The small spaces and people made it insanely harder to find what I needed. There isn't much space whatsoever. So if you are claustrophobic you should really try to go to Walmart instead. Walmart is also cheaper than shaw's. But then again, it's Woodsville NH. You can't ask for a whole lot of modesty in the stores around here. Seriously. So for the standards of the area, this is actually a pretty nice store.But, the staff are very helpful and easy to approach. So that's a plus.

While visiting up North I ran in to see if they had Cains Hot Dog Relish and thankfully they did. Stores in Connecticut no longer seem to handle.
