I just had the worst and most sexist experience of my life asking for a drill set at this store.. I’m a 62 year woman who used to do a lot of repair work around the house, yard and barn also.. much more than my husband ever did.. and I used to have a nice dewalt cordless drill that I used a LOT for a lot of different repairs and projects. I would have just picked out what I wanted if everything wasn’t locked up, but a guy came to assist me, looked me up and down and when I asked for the specific model Id put in my cart, he blurted “the most expensive model we have?!? “ I said, um it’s $99.00. He told me he sells dewalt to actual CONTRACTORS, I don’t need that, and told me I should just take they Ryobi (which, BTW, was also $99) Then he tried to get me to check out immediately instead of remaining to look at stuff in the store. I had a vacuum in my cart, (don’t think he minded that that was over $200)Thinking I should have just told him I am trying to buy it for my son, as a special gift.. and see if he would have treated me this way..I just couldn’t believe it.. if he was actually worried about me overspending, he would have had a much different and not mocking, sarcastic attitude.I left the store (including the vacuum) and will never go back there for anything. So glad I don’t live in this area anymore.The guy didn’t know anything about me other than I’m a woman who is probably not a contractor.

I usually buy all my plants here. They have a great selection and are decently priced, but make sure you check/spray for bugs immediately! Also, always check the clearance plant cart, I've gotten some great deals, and most of them just need a little water and some TLC!

It seems to me that Home Depot in general, and this store in particular, is guided by the principle of filling every available inch of space with merchandise. (Unfortunately, though, I usually leave without finding what I need, because Home Depot sells what they want, and not what I actually need.) This crammed-in scenario creates a serious problem for customers who "traffic" its narrowed aisles. It is no doubt a customer safety issue.I may notice it more because I am disabled and need to use one of their battery-powered carts while shopping. There are many places where stacks of boxed merchandise, cardboard kiosks, ladders, shopping carts and pallets block my path. I sometimes have to approach the section I need to access by going down another aisle and trying it from a different direction, or even give up on the item I came for. Occasionally, the cart is too wide to make a turn and I "clip" the corner and knock things down.This seemingly thoughtless "strategy" has even invaded the parking lot. One morning, before the sun rose high enough to see it, I drove over a random, unmarked, six-foot median that stuck out into the driving lane, which gave me quite jolt. (The store manager's excuse was that Home Depot does not own the lot it occupies.)The last time I was there, I nearly became the victim because of a lack of proper pedestrian paths. What is the Town of Lebanon, NH doing about ADA laws concerning this? Apparently nothing.

My husband and I spent an hour at another local store with little help and pricing rarely posted. At Home Depot we were asked multiple times if we needed help. We had a rep that was very helpful and showed us options on the computer, printed specs and emailed info. Another rep showed us around another area and helped with questions.We were very happy with the level of service and transparency of pricing. We will definitely go back!

Don't like that you can't get the washer at the store. It has to be delivered and it costs money for that. Nope! Went to Best Buy instead

Great Home Depot with an even better location. Most things are easy to find and the staff are very helpful. Fair enough prices and is located right next to the local ice cream spot.

A stop at this store was in order as they had products I couldn't get at my local store. I wouldn't drive to this store specifically but was passing through and figured I might as well stop. Standard Home Depot layout. Easy to find everything. As usual at HD, aisles were cluttered with pallets of things blocking shelves but hey, Christmas is coming.

This Home Depot was well organized and hired good people to work there. They answer questions accurately and know where things are which stands in stark contrast to the New Orleans stores (as well as the New Orleans Lowe’s) where people know basically nothing and are not motivated to help. I was able to accomplish what I needed here and enjoyed the trip.

I am only giving this place one star because it’s impossible to give them anything less. The store has stolen from me through failure to deliver. I’ve never experienced such poor, poor customer, service, or incredible and overwhelming disorganization. Don’t waste your money. Go to Lowes, Sears, anywhere in the world, except Home Depot because you’re going to be widely disappointed and possibly stolen from as well.

I've been to many of the Home Depot's stores so this is based on this store. They were well stocked in the cabinet hardware and although we weren't ready to buy one of the items due to the volume we need they at least had them. Plenty of parking helpful staff. I was able to use the veterans discount which is appreciated as most items seem to not qualify.

I’ve had the best experience last week and again today with Mary, in the Pro Desk Dept. She gave me valuable time saving information about a deck I am planning. Just returned from my second interaction with her, and she had recalled most of the details regarding my needs…highly unusual in the current retail marketplace!I left with that great satisfying impression that I could call and ask any questions about my order, and she not only had the ability to help out, but was more than happy to! It’s been awhile since connecting in such a positive way at any similar retail places.Please, keep rewarding like minded workers!Thanks

Friendly staff but the fact that it's 10 times the size of the locally-owned home center is actually a big negative. I came looking for two things -- stainless GRK screws and a large hook and eye for a barn door. They don't carry stainless GRK (the local home center has a nice selection and I purchased there). They do carry hook and eye (according to their web site) but I could find only tiny 2" ones in stock. Again, the local home center has a nice selection appropriate for farm use.

Seriously, the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. If the staff sees you, they literally run the other way. Dimly lit. Selection was very poor. No carts inside and many unstocked empty shelves. Went to Claremont store, what a pleasure!

They typically have what you want, I find the layout kind of confusing and both times I've been told "Have a nice day ma'am" so I've been misgendered here multiple times. They don't just say "have a good day".So beware for transgender individuals.The only good thing is that they have a lot of stuff, I want to get in and get out as fast as possible

I ordered a fridge almost two months ago and delivery was set up for Saturday September 10. I got an email the night before saying delivery was between 5pm and 9pm. Saturday at 2:30 I tracked the truck and it said delivery was now between 2pm and 6pm with 6 deliveries before mine. I kept checking the status of our delivery and it said there were 6 deliveries before us until 7:30 when it said there was 2. At that time we emptied our fridge into coolers since the email says to have it emptied and unplugged before they show up. Well our fridge never showed up and never got a call. I called home depot Sunday morning to be told the delivery company isn’t open Sundays and that they are switching delivery companies because of these issues. I called Home Depot back this morning to be told they can’t call the delivery company till 10am. I feel I’m just getting the run around and now wishing I never ordered from Home Depot at all. I would make sure they switched delivery companies before ordering from this location so you can try and get your delivery the day it’s set up. I will give a follow up once I find out how long I have to wait now to get my new fridge.

Called ahead to see if the product we wanted was in stock at this store location. Employee answering the call was very helpful in finding out. After paying, the employee assigned to assist us in getting the product met us immediately. She helped load it into our vehicle, and off we went.It was a good shopping experience. We got upfront assurance that the product was there. We were in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

FOUR bad experiences in a row. Finally had to post a review. West Lebanon NH Home Depot. This store has failed to carry items even their own employees say they have. 3 wasted trips. This store also does not carry ANY oil based paint-Wasted trip # 4. Website inventory-unreliable, employees knowledge-unreliable. I wish I could charge them my hourly rate.

Our online orders which are supposed to be ready for pick up, are never ready when we arrive. We always have to shop it ourselves. Their 3rd party home delivery company is awful with keeping delivery dates. Items coming not just days, but weeks late. Helpful and friendly staff in store though.

One of the better ones as far as Home Depot goes. The chain as a whole definitely has much to be desired… It would be nice if there were more folks that were familiar with the products that they sell and we’re more available to actually help customers. Feel like you always have to go hunting in order to find somebody to help you and at times it feels like they’re almost hiding or trying to avoid customers.

Home repair & reno services are TERRIBLE. They sent someone who "doesn't do that" (even though I was very specific with what the job was when I made the appointment) & none of them can even suggest a contractor that can do the work. All they did is waste my time so that now all the other contractors have too many jobs to take mine. They made me want to scream & cry.

Nearly every single person that I came in contact with that worked here (other than the checkout cashier) were extremely rude. They act like customers are an inconvenience, and just seem miserable. At one point one of them cut me off while I was following behind my husband and waved a flag at my face. I asked him what he was doing, and he just replied "Ugh, can you wait?", in a very rude tone. Confused I just said sure, and then saw a forklift driver coming around the corner. Maybe try explaining to customers when you cut them off from their party and waving a flag in their face what you are doing? If you don't like customer service, it's not the place for you to be working, or maybe it is if Home Depot finds this behavior acceptable. I won't be returning to this location.

Worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I will never order an appliance through here again. I waited a month for my dish washer and since they don't offer installation, I paid to have it installed. First time running it, it began leaking out of the side. I video chatted with the LG customer service rep, who informed me that it was a manufacturer defect. Hope Depot told me they would cover the installation, since the issue wasn't my fault. Two weeks later, my new dish washer arrived, but the delivery crew stated they do not install. I spent a hour and a half on the phone and was passed around to six different people. They did not end up covering the installation, so I instructed that they pick it up and initiate the refund process. It took them 2 additional weeks to pick this dish washer up, which happened today. It has been 2 months since I initially placed my order. I ended up going to Best Buy and had a much better experience. They will be delivering my dish washer and installing it for me. I have to wait an additional 10 business days to receive my refund from Home Depot and I am out the $300 it had cost me to hire a plumber for the installation of the defective dish washer. I do not recommend purchasing any kind of appliance from this Home Depot.
