Sad about a hockey CCM helmet that was purchased here. It fell apart in the first period on the ice with multiple screws falling out. When we took it back for an exchange we were refused because it was "used". Thankfully my son was not hurt while skating with a helmet that was falling apart. Unsafe equipment meets bad customer service.

Recently bought skates from stateline and encountered a problem with them. Stateline went above and beyond to assist me with the issue and resolved the situation. I will be going there for all my future hockey needs for not only myself, but my children too.

They have hoka boots if you are looking for that type of boot. If they don't have the color you can always order it. They will order it for you and call you when it comes in . Prices are expensive but everything is these days.

Stateline has everything you need to get you or your kids outfitted for their favorite sports. They are not cheap, but then again neither is the quality of their merchandise. You will pay a little more here but their stuff holds up better than the cheaper stuff. Support your local businesses!

Local owned sports equipment and athletic apparel. The primary focus is hockey, soccer and running where they have impressive selections. I’ve been going there since I was a child with my father every weekend. I believe their knowledgeable customer service reps are second to none, especially compared to the large chain stores. Take a visit and you won’t be disappointed.

I am currently thru-hiking the Appalachian trail and it’s been hard to find good trail running shoes along the way. Fortunately, this shop is a quick bus ride from the trail in Hanover and has one of the widest selections of trail runners I’ve seen north of the Mason Dixon line.

I needed a pair of running/hiking sneakers and had the good fortune to meet Bud, who had an encyclopedic knowledge of these products, brought me many styles to try, and patiently addressed all my questions. Best experience I’ve ever had shooing for running shoes. Great store, excellent staff, highly recommended.

I always have a great experience shopping locally at Stateline for walking, hiking & jogging shoes. Today Bud assisted me in finding just the right waterproof shoes & didn't make me feel rushed at all (although I arrived 30 min or so before closing time) Its tough to keep up with online pricing & orders but Stateline stays competitive. I've bought shoes online before & the fit was off although the right size & style. Stateline stands by your purchase & will order specific colors & sizing if needed to ensure the right fit. I noticed a used shoe bin on my way out that donates shoes to those in need too! Can't say enough good things about Stateline. Support local business!

Stopped by because they carry Brooks running shoes, and was pleasantly surprised at the large selection of styles they carry. They have excellent staff who are very attentive and helpful in making a selection that will fit your needs. And if a shoe is available in a color they don't have, they will order it for you! I have already recommended them to family who were searching for a spot to buy running shoes.

Above and Beyond Customer Service! My son needed a new piece of lax equipment ASAP at boarding school and they went out of their way to not only help me get the right gear, but also helped me get it to my out-of-town son quickly. I am very grateful for their service! Also, the price was competitive or even slightly lower than what I was seeing elsewhere online.

Local company. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty if parking, easy to get in and out. I needed a brace that my doctor wanted me to get. They have several different levels with different sizes. They also have ice grips for boots. Because the brace was ordered by my doctor, they gave a 10% discount. A little pricey, but expected as it's not a big box store and they have quality.

We stopped in to get my daughter a new softball glove and pins for our air pump. We were immediately asked if we could be helped and then again when we started looking at gloves. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and very helpful, which was great and a change from our experience at a big chain sporting goods store. It's one of the reasons we checked Stateline out.The selection was good, with the store broken up into different sections covering different activities. The prices were also very reasonable. A great experience.

I was soooooo mad when I first got here. I'm recovering from a broken foot. My doctor recommended this place and gave me a 10 % coupon. So I get here go in and this older guy was there in the shoe section. And he almost seemed irritated that he had to help me. I felt judged as a poor person. Long story short I left went someplace else. No one had the shoes I wanted. So I came back to state line for one more try. There was a young guy in the shoes section now and he was very nice and helpful. He knew what he was talking about. And went out of his way to help me. What a difference between customer service. In the end I ordered my shoes off Amazon in the parking lot and saved 60$

My physical therapist suggested a certain hiking shoe and mentioned store possibilities. There was a temptation to get online but I wanted help with the fit and I also wanted to purchase locally. My sons always purchased their sporting equipment at Stateline. I was pleased those years and very pleased with the help at this time. I plan to buy my next hiking shoe there.

This is one of very few options in the upper valley for sporting goods. Their inventory is always low and choice limited. The last time I went into the store, the older gentleman who I have seen there for at least the last 20 year's(owner?) Was so extremely rude and did not seem interested nor care to help me whatsoever. I thought maybe it was me or he was having a bad day, but since my visit I have talked to others who have experienced the same rude behavior at this store.
