The layout of this store makes no sense and the produce was in limited supply. The deli and fish staff were great. Great checkout experience as well very friendly staff. The store itself needs a serious rework.

I've gotten the same cake from them that I customize for the last 10 years for my mothers birthday. It has obviously always been wonderful and a crowd pleaser and made me keep coming back! Today they tell me they've never made it and can't make it 😑🙄🤥😵. THE MANAGER did everything they could not to sell me a cake for tomorrow. I'm so disappointed but thank goodness there are other stores in the area that can accommodate.

Price Chopper doesn’t chop prices and their self checkout is annoying to the point where one day it didn’t let me use my card until I put the item the bag.

First time in a Price Chopper. Lots of empty shelves on a Sunday afternoon. Must have been pretty busy. I hear the price chopper brand of cheddar cheese is great. Seems like a good alternative to the Hannaford down the street.

Hired Price Choppers floral department to take care of my wedding. The day of they delivered the flowers to the complete wrong address, somehow locking them inside the residence they thought was correct. I had to call the Fire Department to get the building owners phone number to get the flowers out.Beyond that the woman in charge was grossly incompetent, rarely responding to emails and didn't even have a quote for the price until two days after the wedding. I would absolutely never recommend Price Choppers Floral department.

Small grocery store so the selection is limited but everything seemed decent quality and everyone was friendly.We weren’t from the area and didn’t have one of their cards and didn’t want to waste the time to get one when we’ll probably never see one of these places again after the weekend but the cashier had one handy at the register.

Decent but a bit expensive grocery store.Ok quality produce but quite a bit too expensive for the quality, very average selection without a lot of variety. Meats are good and they have a good butcher and fish counter, but again, more expensive than average. Staples are usually "on sale" that just brings it down to average price, but good selection. Bakery has good breads, better than average selection, good sales make prices appropriate but not special.Overall, would shop there more often if they'd get prices under control, but if anything they're increasing prices during covid and have become non competitive with other stores nearby.

This is my favorite grocery store in West Leb. It has great fresh baked food, a friendly, well staffed meat section, and some great deals (with the club card).The parking is convenient, and it's in a well lit parking lot.

A decent selection at affordable prices. Good sales in all departments and plenty of options for those with diet restrictions. Would give 5 starts but several of the staff members were dismissive & obviously disgruntled. I will still go back, with the understanding that customer service is not a high priority in this particular store.

I'm not quite sure exactly how to rate a grocery store, but I would have to say Price Chopper is always my go to, they've got good deals more often than not, the staff is at least friendly on most days. People have their bad days and that happens but there's also the days they're having a blast and can stand being at work. Employees are always willing to help, whether you ask for it or they observe you looking for something and they offer their services. This brand of grocery stores is 9/10 times clean, has proper lighting and also, they offer services to customers who need more assistance in the likes of shopping for them and you have the option to pickup said groceries curbside. This would have been five stars but as stated everybody has there days, not just PC workers, everybody. Maybe it's not the employees that make the shopping experience less enjoyable? Idk, but would suggest and do consistently shop there.Oh and an added bonus, Price Chopper has a thing with Sunoco gas stations and as you build up points using your Price chopper card you can swipe said card at Sunoco gas stations and get money off the price per gallon of gasoline. Just ask for one its called an "AdvantEdge" card.

This store is smaller than the one is smaller than the one in Colony NY which is my only basis of comparison. This store is clean and has a wealth of products and services. The gluten free selection of breads is more limited that I had hoped but if you need gluten free products this store can make your day even if they don't have your favorites.

Friendly staff. Good variety to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Open 24 hours, which is perfect. There aren't big crowds late at night. The store is clean. The only downside is the parking spaces are far from the entrance so sometimes for me it's a challenge.

Positives:Open 24 hours!The prices seemed fair for this area of the country.They had a good selection as far as the number of brands/products in each category.One of the employees ran all over the store trying to help me find a product I wanted (but they unfortunately don't carry).Most things seemed to be well labeled.Negatives:Most of the produce was in poor condition; there there were many moldy vegetables and the greens in the sprayer section were mostly wilted and covered with brown spots.A few items had no price indicated.Overall it wasn't a horrible shopping experience, but it was below average compared to all of the grocery stores I've shopped at. However, being open whenever I need groceries is important to me.

It's pretty good. Yeah, it's a grocery store. I go there to buy my groceries. I'd say it's like Tuesday. Maybe Thursday. Nothing special though. One time, there was a super drunk person in the ice cream isle. He was unconscious. That was kind of creepy. It's more of a three and a half star place, but I'll give it four stars because I like supporting local businesses.

It has been a while since shopping here.... I was disappointed, sadly. The deli counter service was inadequate and unhelpful, the organic vegetables were sad and sparse.... some items in the flyer were no longer offered and unavailable, and many items still on the shelves were expired. They have competitive pricing and do offer certain items other local markets offer, but in general it is not enough to offset the negatives.

This is my third time at this super market and the second time that their employees wanted to give me what they want me to have not what I ask for. That Asian women in the prepare food is something else. I ask for fried chicken in the case which was hot. She goes somewhere in the back and give me some cold fried chicken from yesterday. I left it right there at the register. I will not be back.

It's your standard supermarket: good prices, wide selection. The staff is extremely friendly and generally walks you to the asile of you ask for help finding something instead of just telling you where to go, so that's nice. Overall, my main grocery store in this area.

The location is good and the prices are better then the other competitors but there are signs on the door that say "no mask no entry" and every time I come in here there are people who are not wearing their masks!! If you aren't going to enforce the city wide mandate take the sign down!!

In general, prices are higher than other stores, and not by pennies. Everything I buy is 50 cents to a dollar more per item than shopping at Hannaford. I go in for the occasional sale item, and sometimes for bagels. They have the best bagels around.

This is nice supermarket with a much better selection than the other nearby price chopper which lacks a lot of frozen, healthy meals I found at this one. This queen come over organized, and the service was excellent. It is also open 24 hours which is very convenient as just about nothing else in the area is.

My favorite grocery store in West leb. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because they seem to not have enough stock of popular food items, which is a pretty easy fix that they just don't implement. Other than that it's always my go to.

If I didn’t have to give any stars I wouldn’t! This store is absolutely horrible! So so many things are out of stock, I do instacart and I refuse to pick up orders for this store! Not much produce and the produce section is so unclean where produce is missing/out. Other random things are thrown in to make it look like they have stuff. I don’t recommend this store to anyone! Horrible and stay away!

This store is pretty big, so it probably has whatever you are looking for. The eating area is a great place for family dinner or to work on the computer.

Terrible customer service today at the seafood department. The clerk didn’t acknowledge us as we were standing there for 10 minutes. He turned around and said in a mean tone” what do you want!” He refused to make us salmon dinners, which were clearly on the menu, and we spoke to the kind manager that tried to fix it for us. He still didn’t do his job after the manger left and refused to make us the dinners we waited so long and then finally left! Never going back
