Super impressed by our first time in for a nail trim with our over friendly, hyper Lab/Mastiff. I was able to stand with her to help keep her relaxed while the amazing tech did her thing. She was assertive when necessary but very gentle, getting the job done quickly and painlessly. Will definitely be back!

I brought my Aussie Shepherd mix in for his very first groomer visit. He’s a rescue and gets very nervous and excitable in unfamiliar situations. Kylie was amazing with him. She was so patient with his craziness, and very gentle. His coat is so shiny and soft, and his nails are nice and short. I’ve already made our next appointment!

Great service, walked in to use self wash, also got nail trimming. They were patient with my lil guy and even stopped grooming another dog briefly while he got his nails trimmed because he was terrified of the hair dryer. Definitely recommend!

Very good to work with!! My mom took my dog to them today and was told it was going to take around 1.5 hours. Only took 40 minutes and he was washed, his nails were cut nice and short/perfect for a little puppy, and his ears are the cleanest they have ever been. So thank you guys for your amazing work and keep it up!!

Brought our dog in for a nail trim which I had done once before this. I picked him up and was charged extra because they had to use two people - which would have been fine - but they didn't even mention it before running my card. I got him home and realized most of his nails did not even get trimmed. They admitted this when I called to complain. At this point we just wanted our money back for the job that was not completed but all they offered was to bring our dog back in for them to complete. Why would we do that..? Unreal business practice.I also believe they injured my dog when trying to hold him still to trim his nails. This place is terrible. Just stay away.

The first couple times I took my dog was awesome the girl was super through and friendly and my dog looked amazing, the last to times haven’t been so great, on her last visit.. waited about hour n 2 min before I had to go in and even see if she was ready stood in the front and was ignored for a good 7 min, they brought her out and she was soaking wet, nails weren’t even trimmed and her ears hadn’t been cleaned. I pointed out the nails and someone came over and took her back and did them and apparently finished what should of been done to begin with, ears still dirty but at that point I was annoyed so we left.

Been a customer to clean paws for years. Love these people here. My dog loves them more, but misses Nicole who used to work there! Either way Maverick and others are very helpful, patient and understanding. Always willing to help and make any suggestions or work with you to make anything happen for your pet. Nail clipping, shampoo, different cuts etc they can help. Professional just like the Feed and Supply store.Note: They updated the inside which makes things easier to get in and out. Also added a self service dog wash area which is helpful. They book out a few months so you want to get an appointment in. I get my pup clipped, trimmed and washed about every 3 or 4 months.

I brought my Dachshund there. They really listed to what I wanted done with her. The cut came out beautiful, she smelled great, and they were able to get out a large matt in her tail. I was obviously very impressed! It did take about 2 hours, but that means they take their time with the dog and do quality work. Plus, the price I was quoted is what I paid.

Our dog is a small tyrant who is fairly certain that the world does revolve around him. The staff at clean paws were undaunted despite his personality. When he first started going we muzzled him but the staff was affectionate and after a few times he just cuddled up with them to get his nails and a bath. He loves going in and runs off barely looking back to say bye. We have been going for years and I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else.

I literally called on 8/26 and asked if they were open for self service TODAY 8/27. I was told YES. Here I am at opening and I see a closed sign!What the actual hell? I wasted my complete time and GAS TO JUST USE A DAMN SELF SERVE.....I WAS new customer but HA. Nope.I dislike a business that I waste gas for.

Took my 85 lb lab there to use their self-service baths and it was a great experience! Will be taking my dog there monthly. 30 minutes only cost 20$.

Amazing service. Our 17 year old chihuahua is very timid. They were able to clip his nails with no fuss. Didn't even need an appointment. Inexpensive too. Our go to groomer from now on.

My daughter's dogs first grooming appt ever! He is a big great pyrenise, white and fluffy, with a gentle kind personality. We were greeted at the door, and the lady was sincere and friendly as was the other staff member who has booked my appt. And I believe ultimlity did the grooming, in a shower of white doggie hair. The staff evoked confidence and kindness all at the same time. Sutter was given a truly lovely experience, and they have set him up to looking forward to going to " Clean Paws" again in the near future. Highly recommend, without hesitation!!!

This used to be an awesome place to come to wash my dog, but now, I can’t even get ahold of anyone to make an appointment.Their messaging system is way to long, now.I had to wait through the new message, then press the number for Clean Paws, then I had to wait through more than 3 mins worth of messages, just to be able to get to the point where the system starts telling me how to leave a message.They have lost my business because of this messaging system.

My dog, Teddy, is a "chubby" Golden Retriever. For the last two years during the warmer months, Teddy has gone there many times for a bath and l close haircut. I have been extremely happy. They use an oatmeal shampoo, rinse him well and are very careful to avoid nicking him. . It was very difficult finding a groomer that didn't force me to bring Teddy to a vet, afterward...to deal with infected hot spots. I love the little kerchief they put on him when he was done!Prices are reasonable. (They prefer checks or cash....but will accept credit cards) Professional, Dirty Paws was the fifth (and last...I hope) grooming establishment I have used.

Our dog was well groomed and the overall prices seemed reasonable. A few times they were booked a few weeks out, so that was not so convenient.
