I was able to see the laptop I needed and get it shipped quickly to my home at a great price. The staff were friendly and were able to help promptly. I would buy a computer or tablet again here based on this experience.

Multiple cancellations of installation appointments without notice- wasting several hours of driving, gasoline, and two missed days of work. The installation tech had a family emergency (understandable). Manager blames him, instead of owning responsibility for failing to call me and save me another wasted trip. There is no way to reach anyone at the local store and the online support is equally unhelpful. I hope someone reads this who can provide proper feedback to whoever the manager reports to. He's a disgrace to the company.

We just had a great experience with one of the A/V salespeople in West Lebanon. I regret not getting his name but if the other guys on the team are as helpful as he was, then it's all good. He understood our situation and give us excellent advice.

The store is very small, it's not attached to any giant mall like most of them that I've been to. I had to drive an hour and 40 minutes to get here because they were the only ones who had PlayStation 5s left after Christmas. My girlfriend had gotten me a Best buy gift card, the app was horrible and they would not let me order delivery on any of the items I wanted for some reason, so I had to find the store that had what I wanted. Once I got there the employees were very friendly, helpful, and overall a thousand times better than the ones I had just spoken to in Nashua New Hampshire. He got me my merchandise quickly, answered some questions I had, and I was on my way. Night and day, if you're in West Leb this is a great little Best buy to go to if you need something. I don't think I'll ever go back to the Nashua store for any reason after going here.

I have a love/hate relationship with Best Buy, and this is no fault of this particular location as more of a general disapproval of the company itself and the direction it's heading.Location is clean, staff is minimal (sign of the times) but when you do find someone they are generally helpful.Check prices as sometimes you can find cheaper online however Best Buy does price match, so give that a shot if you find something in stock.

Good prices, observant people employed here and willing to go the extra mile for the customer! My experience was with Jose in phones but he went 110 percent to make my experience much easier. I ordered something on line and next day said out of stock. He canceled my order and transferred it to Concord, NH where they had what I needed that day. He was a great help!!!

You cannot speak directly with an in store employee. Tried twice to make a sale for a car radio install and both times was disconnected after getting 90% through both the calls and the agents all stated they had to start the process over from scratch. The “agent” who had my phone number didn’t even bother to call me back. Will take my business elsewhere.

Bob at the Geek Squad was a gentleman and very helpful and knowledgeable. The Best Buy staff around the store are also pleasant to talk to and approach you to ask if you need assistance.

I went in looking to pay off an old phone and add a new one to my plan. I had some complications and did have to switch something’s around. I had many questions and even changed my mind a few times about things. I believe the person I worked with was named Roger. He was extremely patient and helpful!

I want to preface this horrendous review with the fact that I’ve done maybe 4-5 of these in my lifetime. Best Buy and Samsung are abhorrent. Purchased an entire kitchen appliance set from Best Buy a few months ago. The delivery/install was on 10/17. On 12/8 the fridge completely broke down. Samsung has made it extremely painful to get this mitigated.We live in rural NH so they sent the service tech out and he determined it was a sealed system issue/compressor. Those services/parts were booked out weeks, so we were told we needed a replacement or our money reimbursed (this has yet to happen). We are at 2 weeks with no refrigerator. Samsung is pathetic, but this isn’t about them..I went to Best Buy in person to explain the situation. I spoke to (I assume the manager) that was at the podium towards the entrance with a sign that says “can I help”.. When I told this woman that my pregnant wife and I have been living out of coolers for two weeks she atleast attempted to sound halfway empathetic. I told her I wanted to purchase another fridge from them, but I wasn’t willing to pay for delivery/install/haul away considering I just did all this 8 weeks ago. She then tried to sell me a $180 membership and told me they can’t waive anything as far as fees, because those are member services. That was odd because I went in earlier this week and a gentlemen named Robbie with the title manager on his name tag told me he would waive the fees once I found out how Samsung would handle the reimbursement.As a new homeowner in the area, I have spent thousands at best buy between tv/sound bar/kitchen appliance and delivery/installs. There are way worse problems in this world, I know this is just some first world inconvenience, but I work in building material distribution as a manager. Nothing is black and white/set in stone like this. She couldn’t have cared less about my situation. I know my review and lack of business moving forward won’t make a dent with these people, but I can’t wait to pay off these interest free purchases and cut my card up. I hope I can spare one person the potential headaches.I went to Home Depot down the street and got the same fridge with delivery/install and 3 year protection for less money.

Ordered a product online then went to the store an hour later. I was told by 4 different front end associates that it wasn’t ready yet, and despite being able to see the product from the check out counter, they said “it’s not my job, it’s warehouse’s job, sorry”. After waiting in store for an additional hour and a half, they told me that the only way I could get the product was to cancel the online order and pay for it in store.

Customer service was excellent! Rob in the laptop department was able to provide knowledgeable information to assist with my laptop purchase. Shailendra with geek squad was able to finalize my decision and get my new computer ready for use asap. He explained everything well and provided status every step of the way. Needless to say I'm a happy customer.

Bought a TV with some help from the staff. They were helpful and went above and beyond, especially since it was nearly closing time. The TV area was organized and well-stocked.Some other stores only have part of the TVs even working or turned on, sometimes without prices or piles of boxes in the way.That was not the case at this Best Buy. Good job!

Well I ordered a set of Jabra Hearing Aides and went and drove an hour to Concord to pick them up only to find that the left one didn’t work. Bummer. Anyway so now returned them to a closer Best Buy and having to wait over a week to receive them. Hopefully they work 🙏🏼 The store is very cool and full of goodies.

Geek squad factory reset my computer and then messed it up brought it back said it would take a day left a phone number to call for updates and they never called and you can’t get ahold of anyone to see what’s going on don’t recommend having anything done there

Went to get a new phone. Devon had trouble porting my number from the old phone to the new phone, because my number "didn't exist" according to Verizon. He called Verizon, no answer. Devon said I could go to Verizon and they could help. Went to Verizon, the person there said the problem with my number "not existing" was as simple as switching the Sims card. Devon didn't activate my phone. Because my phone wasn't activated at Best Buy, Verizon charged me $50.00 to transfer my apps, contacts,.etc. Devon's incompetence cost me $50.00. I won't be back.

This BestBuy location is close to Massachusetts, Vermont etc and a convenient location to purchase electronics tax free, especially if you are considering to make a big purchase such as a laptop. Many food options nearby so you can make an outing out of it.

I enjoy that the people here don't harass you like they do in some of the stores. The just let you look and decide and are there when you are ready to make a purchase. I also like the way this store does their pickups. I've never waited more than 3 minutes here doing a pre order for store pickup. Great Place.

I love the store! Frustrating getting in touch with them directly though, they don't have a phone line to reach the store and speak to the geek squad or sales associates at the location. But that's probably just the way things are today!

Very nice people. They had a general knowledge of the products. I bought a scanner and had done my homework on it before buying so I already had the answers. I think if I had asked too many questions they may have been stumped. But they do try! I go there quite often.

Know exactly what you are going in to buy and where in the store to find it, because finding salespeople to help is next to impossible.Best thing to do it find your product on-line, order it and get in-store pick up.If you have a repair or a technical question- MAKE AN APPT, because if you don't you're out of luck

Came in to buy a Bluetooth speaker today... See the picture attached for the result. An employee also proceeded to walk by me without making eye contact or saying hi. This is par for the course every time I come in. Being understaffed is a thing. I get it. But you don't have to let all of your standards completely die.Their Sonos display is also completely wiped out. The displays are filthy, and half of the display models don't work throughout the store. Truly a waste of time to come into this store.

I bought an Air Conditioner that didn't work. I didn't realize that it wasn't working until past the 15 day Return Policy had passed. Being a Air Conditioner I didn't need it until over 30 days had passed. I was informed that even though I have spent 10's of Thousands over the years it didn't matter. The Policy is the Policy.Moral of the story is, don't spend the extra for Best Buy name when you can purchase everything in their store for less, elsewhere.
