Just picked up my boy, an Australian Shepherd, from Heidi's, and he looked awesome! She does a great summer cut and tackles his winter coat with beautiful results. Making an appointment on her website was easy, and she made a follow up call and email to confirm. Definitely would recommend her to friends.

I’ve used Heidi’s Pet Grooming service multiple times. The first few times were ok, I’ve had better but for the price and location convenience, it was ok. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I’ve gone, I’ve been quite disappointed to say the least. A few months ago I had my dog shaved (for the 2nd time by her.) The first time I specifically asked her NOT to cut my dogs tail, and the 2nd time I didn’t specify nor did she ask me, (shame on me) so I assumed she remembered from the last time when I said to leave it alone. So, without asking me, she completely shaved her tail because she “did it for another client earlier” and then openly admitted she “didn’t know what I wanted.” Strike one. Fast forward to strike two, and my final visit.. I had my dog groomed today, just a wash, nail trim, and brush, no haircut. We discussed what the cost would be via text message and then she ended up charging me $20 more than what she said when someone picked up my dog for me. This was the most she’s ever charged me. When questioned on the costs, (instead of referring to the texts we had exchanged,) she gave excuse after excuse which included “she never said that to me,” “my dog was smaller last time she groomed her,” (which by the way, my dog is the same size) and “it’s more work to wash, brush, nail trim, etc and NO haircut than it is to wash, nail trim, etc and full haircut,” which makes absolutely zero sense to me.I will not use Heidi’s Pet Grooming service again nor would I recommend her.

Brought my chihuahua in for a nail trimming. Shes is very afraid and will bite. Heidi took the time to get to know my dog first and make her comfortable. For the first time I have found someone that my chihuahua trust enough to let touch her paws and trim her nails. I was extremely please with the service and Heidis pleasent and welcoming attitude.

Heidi is amazing...I went there today with my 2 female cats for the first time she did an amazing job very impressed with her work with my girls, she was kind, sweet, nvery gentle with them took her time she is also very great with her prices she trimed both there back and front paws and cleaned there ears and checked my little one for fleas she had none, I will be going there every 2 weeks for my girls to have there nails trimed she is amazing, thank you Heidi 😊❤.
