It truly is a fantastic Welcome Center that no other small town in NH seems to have. It always makes us smile as soon as we enter Waterville Valley. It has great info on all things in Waterville Valley but also activities, events, and places outside of WV. They have souvenirs and WV gear! Staff is always friendly and super helpful!

Exactly as described: welcome to the valley! You'll be greeted by a friendly, helpful WV staff member who can answer your questions and you'll leave feeling like family. Great WV gear sold here too.

It's absolutely lovely. The only thing is for handicap at the village the bathroom is to far of a walk. There is an elevator but it's at a distance and you are brought down to the maintenance area with no clue to go. There are steps but two many for anyone with walking issues. I found using the bathroom at the welcoming center works best.
