Great store with a huge amount of inventory, it was clean and well organized.The part I purchased turned out to be the incorrect part, I returned it and was immediately refunded my money for it. More importantly, the assistant manager ( Last name Anderson first name David I think ) was extremely helpful.

Was turned down for a propane tank refill for my grill. I had just purchased my tanks and was told that they were old and out of date. Then the guy said he spilled propane on his hand the previous day and just gave me a bunch of nonsense, when my tanks were not out of date and there was nothing wrong with them. I went down the road to Aubuchon's Hardware and had no problem refilling my tanks and was told the tanks are not out of date. This guy just clearly doesn't know how to work the propane fill station. I won't be going there anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised on my last visit to the Walpole, NH store. I asked a random associate for help and they went above and beyond making sure I was able to get what I needed. David the assistant storage manager was pleasant, professional and accommodating. He understands customer service and the inner workings of the store. Thumbs up, I will be back again.

All the staff go above and beyond to help my dog and I and I highly recommend this store and think everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’m very shocked to read all the bad reviews . I’ve been coming here since they have opened and have never had a bad experience. Thank you all for all you do for us !!

Major waste of time.Long story short: Order online and pick -up in store is not reliable. Even though they say order is ready - when you arrive they may not have the items you ordered. Terrible service - don't waste your time with this location.Details: I placed an order online for pickup and received a text and email confirmation that my order was ready. My husband was listed as the pickup person. He drove half an hour to the store. When he arrived they were rude to him and told him the order was wrong because it was in my name, not his - even though the receipt they finally located clearly had him listed as well. The worst part though is that they only had one of the three items from the order! They did not offer a discount on the item they did have or offer to deliver the items they were missing. There was no effort to make this right. When I called to complain the only thing they could offer was for me to request a discount next time I'm in the store. What kind of discount? They didn't say.Now my whole day of projects is ruined because I don't have time to drive to Home Depot, which I now know I should have done in the first place.

I got there maybe 10 minutes before close because I had a few questions while out with my wife and the staff didn't seem even slightly annoyed. They were very pleasant and honest and I will be going back often.

I like this place a lot. If I need to kill time just brousing I can "kill" an hour there easily. Cheap Chinese quality of some items has caused me to have to return or exchange items for ones that work. Hey, you get what you pay for. Exceptional savings on many items you can't seem to find elsewhere. Wide selection. Make sure you read the privacy policy of their savings club. After reading it i did not join. They sell your e-mail and disseminate your non-personal information. If you like tons of junk mail join it. Not worth it to me.

An excellent place to shops for a wide variety of products including but not limited to pet feed and accessories, livestock feed, how panels, wood pellets, tools and even clothing! The customer service is legendary, the Team Members and management are always so willing to assist customers, they really do go the extra country mile!

Seems like a great store, but their supply of tractors is underwhelming for a company that supposedly supplies them. Only have those little "lawn tractors."Silliness aside, it's just like every tractor supply I've been in. I know, shocking.Staff is friendly and helpful.Glad they remained open throughout the Covid-19 stuff. This was open when I needed something and others were not.

This store is kind of a farm and animal place with a side of hardware store. Propane is sold by weight. It's reasonably priced and they have some good deals on clothes gloves.....

Very helpful employees. They have everything you can think of from winter jackets to cowboy boots to food for all the animals, farm animals, and home animals. They have the necessary equipment to heat your house like pellets or whatever it is you need they have pellet stoves, they've got tools and knives. They have batteries and filters for furnaces. They have so much there that you wouldn't even think to look for

They have some essentially good stuff but they need to start their workers off at more than $7.25 an hour. That's starvation wages, and it shows in the workers faces and sometimes their attitudes but who could blame them? It's 2019. $7.25 is a slap in the face.
