Always best to check the pic up service as to what is in the bag, as I checked the contents and 1 item was omitted. The clerk realized the error as I pointed it out, it was promptly corrected. Best of all Aubuchon had all the parts in stock so it was a plus for a shopping online experience with the Walpole NH store. Overall a really nicestore to shop at.

I was looking for an item that according to their website was supposed to be in stock, but the shelf was empty - I asked an employee if they had any in the store room and he checked their overstock area and found the item for me.

Honestly wasn't overly impressed with this Aubuchon store. It was a bit messy besides the understandable mud tracks on the floor, in one part the ceiling tile had fallen in with exposed insulation.The staff was curteous enough but even after showing them an item location from a website they had no idea if they even had it in stock.Eventually I found it myself and was able to finish my business.As most 'hardware stores' do they had a large selection and great variety of all sorts of fittings nails and the like, the parking was easy enough to get in and out of and the prices were comparable.In the future will do my business either at another store or online.

This weekend I made two trips to Walpole Aubuchon..I had questions that were answered and suggestions that were perfect.Wayne , Ashley , Tristan and Mike are down to earth and knowledgeable...I enjoy the time I spend there.Often I go in just to look around and always leave with a new tool or item that I have wanted ...I have never been let down by the staff ..I truly appreciate you all!!

I have been Shopping at Aubuchons since I was a teenager, my mom always shopped their. Their products were good quality, employees very pleasant and very helpful, they always had what I needed. I will truly miss this store in Keene NH, some employees had been there a long time, when you went in there they recognized you and many times remember what you had bought last time you were there. If you had questions about the product you were purchasing they 99% of the time had the answers. Good luck to all who willbe losing their jobs.

This is by far one the most helpful places to go for home repair needs (especially with some of my recent, smaller tasks on my Hunny-Do List!) The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. And the prices are great too!I will ALWAYS go to the in-town, smaller business first, rather than running to the big box stores! You get what you need at comparable and sometimes better prices, and get more assistance and input about whatever project you're attempting.

Almost always good. Not happy about unmasked customers. Vaccinated or not, VT and NH are seeing surges. Your employees are masked, why not require it for all customers.I needed 4, 5# fire extinguishers and you only had two in stock, so it means another trip next week. Maybe you were low due to the recent Fire Prevention Week and more awareness. Minor inconvenience.

Was at the store today and there was a customer without a mask chit chatting with Steve, the store manager. There is a state wide mask mandate, the store requires employees and customers to wear masks, the store offers free masks but this guy was laughing and liven it up with Steve. There is curbside pickup, he should not have been in the store without a mask. I'm going to get hold of Steve's boss and let him know I feel, won't be going back. There are two other hardware store within a five minute drive.
