I have a very nervous dog, but they are very good with him and are very patient. We had a few different vets before we went here and he was so traumatized by one that it was hard to find another. I now bring all my pets here and would recommend the same to anyone else!

The staff at Keep Em' Healthy have been great with all our dogs! They have helped with some pretty intense things we've gone through such as a dog with IMPA, another dog with anxiety and aggression as well as having torn 2 ACLs (the surgery was not done there but all follow care was. Highly recommended!!! Our dogs thank you!!

I’ve thought for a long time if I wanted to write this, and decided that yes, yes, I do. I used to take all of my pets there, and now I’m feel like that was a mistake. A few years ago, I took one of my cats for a routine spay, and they were supposed to also remove her umbilical hernia. However, when I picked her up and asked about it, they were visibly confused. I had talked to one vet who used to be there (he was the only reason I still went there at the time), and the other vet, Cooke, was the one who actually did the surgery. I was rightfully angry but decided to leave it there and just not go back. Also, my female cat kept going into heat even after her spay. I asked them, but they told me “That just happens sometimes”. Come down the road to a while later after I’ve moved and my new vet goes in to remove the umbilical hernia. Cost me a mini fortune because now it was deemed “repair work” to go in there and see if anything had gone wrong during the spay. They were at most expecting a follicle. They found THE ENTIRE LEFT OVARY STILL IN THERE. I was furious when I was informed of this. Do you not know how to count? One ovary, ah ah ah…DONE! For the fact that you guys managed to botch one of the most basic veterinary procedures and are still somehow in business astounds me. Don’t take your pets here. My mother was taking her cat here until about a year and a half ago when I finally convinced her to switch. They kept pushing more products and stuff onto her, when it was clear it was not benefiting the cat, but making her worse. When asked about if it could be the medication, they said on no something else must be wrong. New vet was astounded and immediately took my mom’s cat off the medication and it went away. Turns out the side effects aren’t super common but are pretty well known for the medication. But yeah, I’m ending my rant here because I’ll keep going. Just, don’t take your pets here. Anywhere is better than here.

I found this vet practice to be great. The staff at the desk were knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. When I saw the vet they took the time to listen to me and explain things so I could understand it all. I found this place to be excellent. Would highly recommend them. They even heat the floors where the dogs are kept. I had a senior dog that this was very helpful for. It is the small things that make the big difference.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 8/31 is 2 years since they incorrectly performed a procedure and killed my dog. I had to file a complaint with the vet board. They confirmed that the vet did incorrectly perform the procedure. The vet who did it no long works here, but I do not trust this practice. They defended that vet during the time. I will never forget hearing my dog scream from pain that day. Do not go here. They were good in the beginning, but their true colors showed in the end.

My cat recently ended up with an infected eye, he was in a fight with another animal. Dr. S saw Nuggy right away. They coached me on providing the best care for my fur baby. After a month of trying we all decided it would be best to have the eye removed. Dr. Cook performed the surgery and did an amazing job! Everyone there is so friendly, they genuinely care about the animals they provide care to and they are reasonably priced. Thank you everyone at Keep Em Healthy, my fur baby is back to his Ole spunky self and looks pretty cool as a one eyed kitty!

Vet lost my dogs records. If they cannot even keep their records safe, how can they be trusted to care for my 4 legged loved ones? In addition, they refused to see my other dog who developed a cauliflower growth in his mouth, but yet admitted it was an emergency. I will never trust this vet with my pets care again.

Helped out in a time of need when our old doggie had passed last summer. They also welcomed our new puppy this week with open arms. They were helpful and informative and wonderful with the pup! My family members use them as well and we look forwarded to seeing them once a year! (that is it haha)

I called to see if they could help my parakeet by trimming her nares as she has fatty liver disease. Maggie informed me that they do have a vet who is trained with birds but unfortunately they do not have all necessary equipment at this time to proved that care. I was told if there are any issues with my bird I can call and the vet will let me know if he has that equipment to care for her at the time. They are in the process of getting equipment and I can check back in. I love how I was told this instead of bring her in and possibly hurt her. This shows me that they have a great level of care for their animals without going in. I will definitely be checking back in with them in the future.

I am so beyond greatful for Dr.Cooke and his team the on 3/30/20 I brought my oldest cat TT to them in fear that there was something wrong they were both sympathetic and caring! In light of everything that is going on they took my kitty in by curb side and figured out what was wrong with her just by a check up, unfortunately she did have a stroke but Dr.Cooke knew exactly what to do he gave her some fluids and something for swelling/inflimation just in case. Sense that visit TT slowly but surely has started to get better he also rasured me that she was a very healthy cat even though she is 21. I want to thank you guys because without you I probably would have lost my best friend! 💕

Did not respond in a timely manner (1 hour and 15 minutes) when on call in an emergency after 8 pages were left.No empathy what so ever from them about my sick animal. Completely lack concern, customer service & compassion.
