We ordered a hamburger and a side of baked potato with sour cream and chives and french fries with bacon and cheese. No modification. All orders are directly from their menu. It was a takeaway order. After returning back to the hotel we saw the baked potato has no sour cream. Just potato and chives. It was too much to go back to the restaurant. Who mess up their menu item???

I’ve tried so many times to be patient with this Wendy’s. With that said, every single time my order is wrong. Tried again tonight and got home missing items, with 2 out of 3 sandwiches I did receive made wrong. I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews, but I’m hoping maybe someone sees this and helps this location get their act together. So disappointed over and over. I’m going to stop wasting my money now. No more chances for the tilton location. Hopefully quality is better elsewhere.

At least twice a week we eat here (only fast food that still has salads) always order ahead and we order the same exact meal almost every time. They have constantly messed it up. Even when they aren't busy it is extremely rushed and they shut the window before you can say a word. And it is my bad for not looking before I pull away. The only nice person there I have seen is the girl with the pink hair. Super sweet super efficient. If they are gonna charge me extra for certain things (bacon different cheese) they could atleast put them on my meal.

Unfortunately staffing is unfriendly. They messed up our entire order and when it was brought to their attention the woman was rude. She tried to argue about it even though the receipt said otherwise. It was eventually settled and we got things squared away but there was no need for staff to be rude and snappy about being called out for messing up the order.I'll add most of the tables are broken, the ice is NEVER filled anytime I've come here and the floors/tables are always dirty no one coming to clean after someone leaves.Their excuse is "we're too busy" when there's nearly no one in the restaurant or drive throu.Unacceptable, you want a better job then treat the one you have with diggity and treat customers with some respect. I will gladly not be returning to this establishment. Good luck.

Felt rushed from the food to the customer service, store was not busy at that time. Could improve. Basic customer service.. if I as a customer feel as though I was an imposition, I won't return. In this specific situation I waited in the "hold after the drive thru" for 24 minutes while the manager and staff member were having a private discussion. Once I got my order it was incomplete so the over animated employee tried to convince me to wait some more. I didn't......

ATTENTION MANAGER!FYI, I just wanted you to know how completely impressed I was with your employee Farrah.Her customer service was beyond refreshing.Not only was she professional & friendly, her personality was truly genuine. It's easily been 50 years since I experienced her level of customer service anywhere at a drive thru.Wendy's is lucky to have her!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Inside was kiosk ordering only, they wouldn't take our order at the counter. The tables were all blocked off, no seating was allowed. After they gave us our order and we went ourside, we had to go back inside when we realized we didn't have our salad dressings. Then on the way home we had to turn around and go back for our fries that we hadn't gotten either. Standing at the counter to ask for our fries, no one acknowledged me for several minutes, and then the manager yelled "Can someone help that lady, I don't know what she wants.". The food was good, no issues there, but the service was terrible and there was nowhere to sit and eat.

After I got my meal I realized there were several problems. Some of the fries were hard as a rock, and overall just unbeatable. One of the nuggets had something hard in it, which I thought to be a bone. It didn't help how the resteraunt is freezing cold. Very bad experience.

I was charged 17.12 for 2 baconator sandwiches. Not the meals, just the sandwiches. I reached out to their customer care department 3 times and they never had the courtesy to respond. Check your receipt in case they try to rip you off!!! I never even got a receipt because they probably knew what they did. Didn't realize I was ripped off until I checked my bank account this morning.

Absolute garbage location. Management is obviously oblivious or just doesn't care. My fries were stale and cold, and i didn't wait to eat them, they straight up have me cold, stale French fries. My burger was on 2 different size buns, and my soda is definitely watered down.I love Wendy's, but this location is absolute garbage. I'd complain to the manager, but I'm definitely never going back to this location ever again. What a disappointment.And the lady working the window definitely hasn't washed her hands in a LONG time. Dirt caked under her finger nails. I wouldn't be surprised if I get sick later. At least i know who to blame if I do.
