Had a normal shoping experience, typical in and out shopping. Went through an isle with a sales associate, ya know since I had a decent cart of items. I left self check out for people with small amounts of items, being nice. The lady at checkout isle 7 was very nice and sweet. She handled our larger items like a champ, came out and scanned them all, very professional. She definitely gets a 10/10 rating. For the hateful lady at the door, she gets a -10/10. I do not pay a membership, and I went through an associate check out and I refuse to show my receipt for you to stand at the door and congest it with 4 associates checking receipts. If I had used self check out, sure, I'd stop, but I did not. Instead of wasting space at the door, maybe grab a drawer and check people out to help with the lines backed up from the whole three check outs that were open. Oh, and the hateful and snide "Well you have a nice day" after my decline to show my reciept was appreciated, even though you didn't intend for it be. I will have a nice day.

Pretty typical Wal-Mart. Needs more real staff and less automation. Had to wait for assistance in departments as well as in front. Door greeters need to rein in their enthusiasm a bit.

Always do self check out, I'm able to put hundreds of items in my cart and remember/know to the penny the price listed on the shelf. Minimum 2 items out of 10 ring up wrong PLUS an employee constantly watching over like I'm stealing. Kind of creepy but understand his position but not to the point of looking over my shoulder. Asking to see receipt when leaving is annoying BUT again, I understand. Don't understand when all my items are bagged but folks exiting before me have many items not bagged and not asked for receipt. Empty store, walking and shopping NOT ONE employee says hello, good morning but the janitor always "hello and good morning SIR!" Ed is by far the very best employee. Always kind, helpful and doing several different tasks. Great GREAT employee he is!

I use their pick up for grocery shopping every couple weeks and they are great. They're reliable, on time, and I've never been missing items. The one time I *thought* they missed one, (it had fallen out in my car ) they were polite and offered to replace it right away.

I do love shopping at Walmart due to convenience. I have found their auto repair to be less expensive than other tire/oil change service stations. The Tilton NH Walmart has very helpful employees. The bathrooms always seem tidy. The store itself seems to always be kept stocked and clean.

It's a good Walmart. Organized, one of the cleaner Walmarts. It's always well stocked there and plenty of staff. I've never had to wait very long in line here, of at all.

Clean and well maintained. It doesn't stand out from other Walmart Supercenters. Has the same basic amenities, Redbox, Subway, groceries and pick up service. I'm surprised Market Basket is right next door to a Walmart.There is a custodian with a white beard who was doing a great job cleaning especially the bathroom. Bathroom was in great condition.Update; May, 2020: Wifi available.Update; Saturday evening, September 2022; Same set up as Portsmouth Walmart Supercenter. Grocery shelves decently stocked. Helpful staff. Security patrols 🚓 parking 🅿️ lot.

Pleasant experience, at least this shopping center didn’t have the awkwardness of a “secret” shopper following you around for no reason other then humor in them thinking they are undetectable ninjas, I used to take offense to this considering however messing with them comes with a mere petty enjoyment. More importantly the store has been one of the few Walmarts I shop that is consistent with cleanliness, costumer service, maintaining stocking shelves, etc. Bonus the employees don’t all just scowl and appear to hate their job and people in general. Always professional pleasant demeanor in handling costumers relations in comparison to others and then some whom try to cut corners or put less then 20% effort in their job performance.Most deff my “go-to” Walmart shopping center out of the couple I visit. The only complaint is the self checkout, although minor aspect in comparison to the more important, the self check registers go back and forth between allowing accepting cash or just credit/debit. No cash can be pretty inconvenient at times, especially if I’m running in and out/in a rush. Most recently this is second time I’ve run into a register malfunction a minor paper money jam the downside is waiting for a csm(costumer service manger), being the most available authorize to diagnose/fix/reset the register, they tend to take some time to get to you for theirs only so many on per shift and they have many responsibilities they attended to so managing time is minimal cause every task has an unknown timeframe/ outcome. All in all I would recommend this Walmart out of any other for this area and surrounding areas as well.

This place is very meh! And I agree with the other person about self checkout 110% I honestly will wait in like 30 minutes before I get harassed at self checkout. It’s bad enough they ALWAYS have to check my receipt even after literally watch me check out with their cashier at their own register. I try to avoid going in there. I get it I’m not fully “white” but like at the same time, really? This has always been a problem here. Not to mention nothing is ever in stock. I actually had to stop buying milk there because it was ALWAYS bad no matter what expiration date.

Apparently at this location you're not allowed to do 2 separate transactions or have personal space because the employee James that covers self checkout feels it's entirely appropriate to be right beside you with your children staring at you and your children. To the point that you and several other people say, is there anything you need? Like why are you so close staring at us? Because it's creepy, disconcerting, and worries me regarding my daughters I have with me. And then when he is asked if he needs anything, he's sure it's copping an attitude, yelling at you, and then says, well, are you paying for everything? Yeah, I'm doing two separate transactions. Not that it's really any of your business, but this is not appropriate behavior. Every time you go in there, somebody will be right beside you while scanning in self check out. If that's the case, scan it for me instead of making me do it. This male will be staring at your body parts or staring at your minor children. And then when you call him out on it, he will get angry and upset and start yelling at you. Today it happened to me again and as I was leaving I heard another woman screaming at the same male because he was up against her, staring at her and her children. And then when she asked what he needed, he started running his mouth to her. This employee. Needs to be reprimanded, retrained and or fired. This Walmart is the worst I've ever been to and I would suggest nobody ever going there. Management has been told several times about this employee and still does nothing. They say they're going to train him and reprimand him, and then a week later your treated the same way.

While I gave this location a 5 star 2 months ago stopped by today for an oil change and was told over an hour wait. Two worker on one car with no others waiting and it's going to take over an hour...really? It should not take two guys to change tires....Please do not follow Plymouth NH location who has zero help

It is not very competitive prices anymore. Oftentimes, they don't save much or anything at all. I always compare prices. Oh, and the cashier issue. There are very few. They like to save money in their own pockets as a company but take jobs away, and customer service gravely lacks.Put cashiers back! Give better customer service by doing so. TH with self checkouts. Since Walmart nearly forces self checking out, they should give us an additional discount of at least 10-20% at the register. We are doing the cashier's job and not getting paid or benefits to do the job. Wal-Mart's business model sucks and so does their customer service and prices. Hopefully, they will force themselves out of business sooner vs. later due to their cheapskate and unethical ways.When Wal-Mart prices are higher than other places I run to other stores. I will not purchase things at Wal-Mart due to convenience alone. Some Wal-Mart items are much higher than other stores. They most definitely should change their 'Save money. Live Better' slogan immediately.

Nicely stocked grocery section. Deli and bakery included. Not too many registers open. Lots of assistance in self checkout. Eyeglass center, garden center. Drive up order pickup, for online orders. Friendly staff. Lots of handicapped parking. In a strip mall setting, offering a restaurant and about four or five other stores.

They treat there employee's like they are under communism. I was simply shopping when a manager went Rouge on a vender " putting me in the middle of her confrontation " I called corporate because because no one should ever think they are that " BIG IN THE HEAD " TO do what she did. I have not heard back from corporate. She was swinging her keys ..witch could have hit anyone of us & pointing & spitting as she spued horrible words .I am sick of people thinking they can be that rude & big in life . I am hoping the vendor did not get fired as he was in no way to blame. But she walked him our the store , treating him like a 3 yr Olde & wanting to grab his arm. .crazy. I refuse to be a victim of Walmart They have lost our business for ever.P.s. I was there on a good will shopping for a local food pantry.
