I don’t like writing bad reviews, but This place is VERY disappointing. I ordered pick up. And the woman that came out barely even acknowledge me at all. “Is this you?” Pointing at the cart. Thats it.. slammed my car door and She was extremely rude. Like at least a “all set!” Nope, nothing. This is why I do not go in there. And I’m not calling any number. I said what I said.

It was my first visite. Half of the store is farming and other farm and ranch needs. Another half is tools, air tools, parts, automotive, clothing and equipment. I always found what I needed. Werry happy with the location. I will definetly return.

Absolutely disappointed in this store! I have been a loyal customer for 4 years spending at a minimum $300 a week there on horses and dogs. They never have what I need anymore! Been going on for a year! I’m a breeder and my pups need consistency in food so they don’t get upset stomach! Have told them this many times and they never fix the problem! Website says they have the food but they never do. They charge me but I never get it! You guys lost a loyal customer you will no longer be getting my 300 a week I’m sure there is a feed store that knows how to do Inventory who deserve the money more! May also want to check your reviews lots of upset customers!

District manager Michelle is extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe a person like this is representing tractor supply her and Zach are the reason why they will not receive $25,000 a year for me in business. I was purchasing ripped bags of dog food for 5 to 3 dollars a bag new general manager Zach who has no clue about the business. Insulting me in front of other customers and associates raised his voice and said he will never give me that discount again I did nothing wrong. I spoke with the district manager I could not get a word in. She called me while I was with one of my friends at her the whole conversation try to make accusations and then told her that I had somebody listening to this conversation. They heard everything you said, just completely unprofessional people don’t count on them for nothing you’re better off going to another company where you’re guaranteed on what you’re going to pay I based my business on this company and they pushed me away . Meanwhile, they giving everybody else discounts on ripped bag of food and broken items in the store. they discriminate against me. Buyers beware stay away. Michelle the district manager, and Zach the general manager shouldn’t be people representing this store it’s unfortunate. I have to take my business elsewhere. It’s so sad shame on tractor supply for having people like this represent their company !!

This particular store USED to have the friendliest staff. They were amazing and helpful with any purchase. They went out of their way to treat customers with kindness and to really know me as a customer. Now, something drastic has happened with management and core personal. They are gone! The store is dull, lackluster, boring and lacking in warmth. Avoid!!

DO NOT BUY DOG FOOD AT FRANKLIN TS! Diamond Naturals large breed puppy food is hard to come by even though it says it’s in stock on the website. It’s extremely frustrating to drive to TS thinking it’s in stock and the shelves are empty. My absolute biggest complaint is that TS tapes holes shut in the dog food bags without labeling that it’s a damaged package I can’t even begin to tell you how many bags of dog food I’ve found with taped up holes after I get home and half way through the bag or find a taped up hole on the bottom! Please label the bags as damaged! Dogs are living creatures too would you eat a bag of chips or cereal that had a taped up hole? I’ve seen mouse poop all over the bottom shelves it is disgusting to think that a mouse chewed through a bag and it was taped up and sold!

I agree with other customers. This store used to have the friendliest staff. I also received several ripped bags of dog food a week to feed my crew at $5-$10 a bag, and it was amazing and super helpful especially after my house burned down. Everyone there rallied behind me to help. I spend at least $10k there a year outside of dog food, and I won’t be anymore. I was told now by Zach they will be donating all the ripped bags to a pig farm instead of working with the people the store was already working with to keep their business. I also won’t be recommending my puppy buyers purchase anything from tractor supply anymore. This store has certainly gone down hill and it’s incredibly sad, since I live so close.

Buy all my bird seed, suet, batteries here. Great staff that are always helpful. Unique items at Christmas. Great hats, gloves and warm clothing. Even found the screws I needed to repair a drawer....love this place

Great place for the homeowner to buy pretty much anything you may need. Awesome store with amazing seals and helpful staff. If you have any issues at all they will resolve it.

I desperately needed something from this store tonight and it couldn't wait. I called the store and spoke to DAVID who is the manager, I believe. I explained to him that it was imperative that I got the product tonight. They close at 2100 and it was currently 2040 when I called. I had a 20 minute drive to the store. He told me dont worry and he'd wait for me to get there. People who actually care for others are a true rarity these days. I got there right before closing and another employee Wesley was waiting for us with the product. I highly recommend this store to anyone, it has nice quality items and superb employees who know the true meaning of customer service.Thank you guys!D-RECK

Huge shout out to your man Colby! Came in for some cat food and my overtired/hangry 3 year old was really sad there where no baby animals to see.I asked a staff member if there were any chicks, not to purchase, just to say hi. He took the time to go out back and not bring just a chick, but a baby duck.Sammie’s day was made!! Thank you for going above and beyond to make a little girl smile!

We .my son age 5 & myself looking for a beefy tires for our riding lawn mower UTV. And we found them at Tractor Supply 2 in taller and wider made for an ATV. Prices were perfect and that thing looks badass thank you Tractor Supply. When it comes for a looking for nuts and bolts washes axles tires batteries or whatever you need at a good price. What a wonderful store! A mix of garden, bird-feeding, tools, clothing, leather cowboy boots & clothing, pet food & farming supplies. The people are helpful & friendly! It's my go-to store over (sshhh Walmart) because the prices are competitive. The merchandise is made from good quality materials that last.This is a great place to shop for everything I need.

They didn't have what l wanted - a bigger boot selection - but the girls working there are very helpful and friendly. Plus they had chicklings and ducklings! I am a visitor to this state so that is a bit unusual to see. So cute and tiny. If l ever need any teeny birds, l know where to get them!
