This place is so accommodating! I live 3 hours away and a product was out of stock in our area and they had it, even for a much cheaper price! The best part was we couldn’t get there to pick up the product until after store hours and they entrusted us, who they never met, with a secure locked location to be able to get the product after they closed! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this store! Thank you Trainers Loft!

I consigned my over $300 boots there and they sold them for $25. Called and asked what the issue was and they were able to help me with another check for $55 and then proceeded to tell me they were supposed to sell for $250. Would have liked to receive a check for the original price they were supposed to sell at.

I was hesitant to purchase an item I needed because the shipping was too high. I sent and email to the owner. Their response was quick and Shira explained that the shipping is standard and if it does not cost that much to mail, I would get a refund of the difference. I ordered the item, it was shipped the same day and the difference in shipping was refunded same day. The item, The Original Cinch Hook, was exactly as described & shipping was very quick. Shira was very responsive & polite. I would order again!

Shira and staff are always very friendly and super helpful. The Trainer's Loft carries lots of hard to find supplements and a great variety of tack and apparel. I have also consigned several items there and payment is always quick after items sell. I also have used the online purchase of items and picked them right at the loading docks which is super convenient.

Awesome place for new and used horse tack! Sue is very knowledgeable and can help with any questions you may have! This place should be checked out by anyone with horses, you will always leave with a deal!! Blankets, saddles and boots GALORE!! She also has equine home decor... I should know, half my house is decorated from her shop!! :)

Edit: see below...normally 4 star place, but it was recently sold to a new owner Sue no longer runs it. It also moved location to tilton or franklin. Don't know much about the new person so we shall see what happens....UPDATE: This place is definitely great. The owner does a great job especially with Social media. I definitely recommend stopping by!

It's so nice to have a business like this downtown Tilton New Hampshire. I used to have a place to go like this in Brookline where I grew up. Very affordable place for consignment tack for horses. Wish they were here when I was putting my daughter through regular dressage classes. Shopping here is a great place to trade, swap, consign, or simply to buy gifts for horse-lovers in the family! Funny thing about this store is she told me I was lying for saying my horse is 19.1 hands tall. I have a Percheron / Frisian cross mare who is 19.1 hands tall and she is not the largest mare around either.
