So far, we have used Kim for boarding once and it was a great experience both for us and our dog Blue. She was kind and easy to work with, and the facility looked clean and neat. It is very nice to have someone in the Tamworth/Ossipee area for boarding.We have also been booked a couple other times and circumstances caused us to have to cancel on relatively short notice (a few days). I noticed an (unnecessarily) negative review here stating that Kim was upset about a cancellation, but I can say that she has been nothing but kind and accommodating on the occasions that we had to cancel.

A person became very sick, and I had to cancel once I came home from dropping granddaughter off at school. The lady was kind of upset because we didn't cancel soon enough. I understand you have a business, but you didn't have to say that. Personally, I would have said thank you for letting me know and hope she feels better (after all, they weren't my dogs, and the person was too sick to lift her head. Then we finally got the one dog in. I gave her the paperwork on the dog shots. Well, come to find out the person that was sick grabbed the wrong paperwork. And the lady said to me, "Not happy with this paper she's not updated on shots," but you took the dog anyway. It's bad enough when you have to deal with sick people and try to get dogs out and have to deal with someone who just doesn't seem to care

Kim is an amazing groomer. She takes her time to ensure your pet is comfortable and feels safe. Which was very important for my Sharpie. Who gets nervous about his nails. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care or pampering for their fur babies.

Kim, the owner, has well over 25 years experience in the animal care world. The daughter of the most well respected vet in the area and she spent her childhood learning and working at her fathers practice. She has taken this knowledge and love of animals to her Grooming & Boarding Business and does the most wonderful job. The kennel and grooming area is clean, she takes such care with the nervous animals when grooming making sure to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Our dogs always look forward to seeing her and don't dread boarding or grooming like they have at some other establishments we have tried. Two Paws Up gets Two Thumbs Up!Oh, she is also fabulous at helping you train your pup!

Kim is amazing with animals. My big dog is petrified of everything! It takes two to three people to hold her when she gets her nails trimmed at the vet. Kim is able to trim our dogs nails without anyone holding her. She trusts Kim. Our little dog loves his grooming appointments.

I’ve been taking our dog to Two Paws Up for about 6yrs now. For grooming my dog always comes home smelling and looking great. I’ve also used the boarding services in the past and was extremely happy! In addition to the normal meals and meds they made sure that she also got her special nightly treat. A little over 2yrs ago we moved over an hour away from Two Paws Up and I continue to bring my dog there because they are that good!

This is the most amazing dog boarding space, Kim truly makes you feel as tho my pups are her own and goes above and beyond for them. If I could rate 10+ stars for 2 Paws Up, I would! The staff is caring, compassionate and professional. The facility is safe and clean. My 3 pups love seeing Kim and literally forget that I'm their doggy mamma as soon as she walks up front to get them! And beyond being best in class at her service, Kim truly knows how to kindly and respectfully treat her customers! I am lucky to live near such a great place for my pups, but if you are looking for a perfect home away from home for your fur babies, 2 Paws Up is worth the drive!!!!

My Golden Retriever has tested the patience of groomers and vet techs alike when it comes to grooming him and cutting his nails. Kim S is the only groomer he will sit still for. Kim has the magic touch!

Whether it's for just a bath or the works, Kim and her staff are wonderful and loving to my "granddog" at every visit. From the phone call setting up the appointment, to dropping off and picking up, I find the entire staff to be courteous, funny and on time. Kim's background of growing up around lots of animals both personally and professionally, makes me feel very comfortable leaving him in her care. I highly recommend you give them a try, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.....and your pet will love it!

My wife and I adopted 2 cats from Harvest Hills in October. We were apprehensive about leaving our 2 cats with just anyone, especially so soon (4months later) after introducing them to our home.After researching what care was available for cats within a 10 mile radius of our home , 2Paws looked like the best bet.After speaking to Kim on the phone I was 95% sure this was a good choice for our cats. Sure enough, 2 Paws was 100%+ what we needed. Fantastic housing for both cats in 1 cat-condo with a bright south facing window. (They could stay together comfortably). The entire facility (inside & outside) was clean and neat. Kim was very patient with our very anxious kitties, even though one of our cats became "godzilla" when we tried to transfer her from the carrier to the condo. Thank goodness for protective gear!😾😼Plus one cat had vomited in her carrier on the way over, and Kim said she would clean it up and assured my wife the "girls" would be fine once they settled down.When we came to pick them up, they were in great shape. Got them back into their carriers, no problem, paided the bill 🙀🙀$$$ (Well worth it though!)

The only place we can take our dog to get his nails done!! Excellent customer service and great with our fur baby.Just don't feed the goats, no matter what they (the kids) tell you.
