This place is like horse lovers heaven! I went in here a couple weeks ago because I was xmas shopping for a friend and she also said I would love this place since I love tsc so much and boooyyyyyy was she right. I don't have horses but I work at a horse rescue and of course I buy treats for everyone. They have so much cool stuff, chocolate, jewelry... I mean this place is so sick. If you never been you should go just to check it out. Even if you don't have horses they have other animal stuff there. I got my chickens some treats there. I love it.

We shop here one to two times per week. The counter staff is generally knowledgeable about all things equine and most other farm animals as well. The warehouse staff is effective and efficient. They usually have everything we need and if not they will order it. The bargain bay is a must! Now carrying Poulin grain!

Order of geese didn't come in, but lady was very nice e-mailing changes. Lady at counter said she only knew about horses, I guess that is to be expected at horse store. Young lady was very helpful finding products I needed. Have purchased boots, barn toys, hats ,dog needs, etc. Usually a positive experience. People loading grain in barn are very nice and quick, thank you.

This is so much more than a horse supply shop. I purchase all of my dog food here. They stock high-quality products and brands and the prices are the best I have found in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful and shopping at Cheshire horse is always a positive experience. I have also shopped online and the shipping is always fast.

The store had first stage kitten milk! Also, lots of really nice horse tack, including many snaffles! I love being greeted by the smell of leather and saddle soap. It's a horse thing, you wouldn't understand.

Wonderful staff at The Cheshire Horse and I would highly recommend them! I ordered several items online to be picked up in-store. My brother lives near NH, so I had him pick them up for me, as they had what I wanted at that location. I was in communication with someone from the store, who replied to my emails promptly and was very helpful and friendly. They had my order ready for pickup in less than 14 hours. I was quite impressed, and beyond happy with the customer service. It’s becoming a rare thing to find a business that communicates this well. I commend them on placing a high priority on customer service. On top of that, their store has a wonderful selection of things, and I will be shopping there again for sure! Thank you Cheshire Horse!

Great place for many supplies. They of coarse ha e equestrian supplies, but also supplies for other animals as well. Both barnyard and domesticated animals. The have saddles and apparel, sheds, flashlights, toys, much more than you would expect in their store. They're also dog friendly in the store as long as your dog is on leash. The staff are very polite and helpful.

We mainly shop for dog food here. There is a great variety. Many people come in for their horses and other livestock.The store is really well stocked for any animal including two-legged...That is, clothing for the home and ranch, all riding supplies and even special gift items.Feed for any animal is abundantly stocked in the large warehouse on site.

I do love this place bc it isn't too stuffy, and there is room to breathe and shop, or simply look around. The prices and specials can be terrific, and the positive staff completes that whole picture.Now, the reason why I chose only 4 stars isn't bc of anything written above, it's moreso bc the staff, (both upfront and behind the scenes) do not seem knowledgeable enough about what's going on with the sales, specials or the products needed to care for animals. I've been there 5 times now and every time I've got to check my receipt before I leave bc neither the computers, nor the staff, know the prices of things - either normally or the sales/ specials. If the customer doesn't speak up before they leave, then they're being unfairly over charged and not having a clue. I was the most upset with one item bc on 2 diff occasions I was overcharged on an item that was CLEARLY marked on sale. Both times I had to tell the cashier and neither times was it fixed. The first time one of the cashiers even joked about how many times they must've overcharged people not knowing the sale price. Doesn't seem funny to me. Seems like a blatant case of false advertising- and that's punishable by law and it can be quite the heavy punishment! They may want to think twice about this. I, like most people I know, can understand human error, but when the computers aren't picking up on it or aren't automatically fixing the problems, that's not only false advertising, its stealing - plain and simple. Not to mention the carelessness, and complete disregard for the customer, and their hard earned money. ESPECIALLY with the current state of the economy. People should be helping one another out. Not looking out for only themselves...

Bad experience, order cop-pure-cure."Received two". Second rep, I dealt with stated she could not find original order. I order again, several days later received two containers. Initial interaction with first rep was somewhat suspect, as I was not impressed with ordering process. (Not very knowledgeable).

Bought a carrhart vest there. It is great and it was on sale! I have been buying feed and straw for my flock of chickens from them. Reasonable prices and drive through service! I am old enough that not loading my own feed feels luxurious. Great service, friendly folks, good prices. Not much more I can ask for.

Great service, variety of products, and helpful. Trailer rental is convenient and easy pretty much the only rental for horse trailers in the area they also have a stock trailer available. Just bring them back clean and you will get your $100 deposit back very easy there is an outdoor car wash that is perfect for this down the road so you can power wash it before returning.

Friendly and informative staff. Clean and well organized store. They have just about anything you could need for farm and saddle. I love how you can drive through the barn to pick up bulk items. You pull in the barn, hand the associate your slip and they load the product into your vehicle for you. All at reasonable prices. Looking forward to returning soon.

It cost me 28 dollars shipping to return a 59 dollar pair of boots absolutely do not buy from them if you think you may have to return the item. Never again will I buy from them!
