A good Market Basket with competitive prices and good service. Its setup reminded me of the store in Hooksett and Portsmouth. It does have a Kitchen but no dining area. They also sell sushi 🍣.

Literally rang the kitchen for 25m straight to place a pizza order. They never answered. By the time I arrived and walked inside with my phone still ringing I could see everyone was ignoring it. 25min! Market basket is full of great employees and doesn’t look short staffed. I know the kitchen is always busy but letting your phone ring for 25m is unacceptable. I spoke with customer support about this and they agreed it is a known problem that needs to be fixed. This is the third time I have called the MB kitchen to place an order with no one ever answering. Currently headed to underdog pizza to spend 3x the amount on the same size pizza. Thanks guys 👎👎👎

I have a feeling, although I'm not 100% sure about it, that the prices in general are lower at the Market Basket than what I get at Market 32 and Walmart. Don't take my word for it. You have to make your own comparison. The place is huge and they seem to have just as much selection or maybe an even better selection than the other retailers.

I buy ready made dinners with meat, potatoes, vegetables, and gravy for $5.99 and $6.99. I get 2 meals from them.

Good shopping Wednesday thru Friday. Any other times there is very low stock in the store. There are a lot of things that you can’t buy in the store. Although other Mark baskets carry it. Employees are always in the way. Stocking shelves. Produce doesn’t last when you buy it. Some of theregister people are very rude. Others are nice. Lines can be long at times. Especially the first and second weekends of the month.

Great prices and selection. Now I can see why everybody from Massachusetts goes up there. It can be pretty crowded, but they seem to get the lines down pretty quickly.

Store manager is awesome! I had an issue with a department, he handle it quickly and very polite..... I didn't give 5 because I have had several issues with several other departments over the past year or so mainly the kitchen, but the manager is very polite when you have any problems....Edit: I changed my review due to my sandwich having half the meat they normally do to "fix" the rude employee yelling at me if I don't like it I can call her bossm... way to go on the fixing the problem.... I'll just go to price chopper for lunch when I forget mine from now on....

It's the only MB in the Keene area. MB has the best prices of any grocery store chain in New England. My only real complaint with this location is that there is NO WiFi and that makes it hard. Please get WiFi like every other MB! Then I'll give give stars!

The place is clean and the meat, seafood and bread areas have good food, they stock in the middle of the day so a lot of things you are looking for might not be on the shelves.1-28-24. Still stocking in the middle of the day, very busy but they have enough cashier's so check out goes fairly quick

Placed a simple order of 2 cheeseburgers and fries, and I’m not sure if the guy was new, but he never put the order in. The person in charge was too busy barking orders and acting important to notice his employees weren’t putting orders in? I’ll go to Athol instead.

The hot food counter is the best. Very affordable, quick meals on nights you don't feel like cooking. Pizza is really good too

I really like this store. They carry items no market basket in mass. Carries. No deposit on soda either. Great place to buy it for our social gatherings.1/2/23.went in on drive for soda no deposit good price on diet Pepsi zero and butts.Thank you6/22/23This market basket has the nicest employees. Not stuffed shirts and they actually ask you if the can help you locate items if you look lost. As always, no lines and no problems, a joy to shop there and low and behold, NO MORE MASKS!!! I can't say enough about this place. Everyone is so polite and helpful unlike shop till you drop or big y!!!Just like everywhere they are hurting for help but even so, they do a wonderful job. It seems that they've gotten back up to full staffing, as always a pure joy to shop there 😀 Still my favorite place to shop!!

Painfully not a fan of this Market Basket. I'm sure the staff are fine but the produce and fresh cut items are often lacking. They had "fresh" cut melon sitting for 14 days past it's packed on date. Their cooked food often sits under the lights for extended periods of time, you can check the stickers.They don't have self checkout. They have NFC and tap to pay.Their parking lot is large and accessible.

I live in VT we don't have a Market Basket! I filled my cart with all the goodies I miss and forgot about the important things! I really miss their bakery!! Marker Basket is really great! It was clean and filled with shelf stalkers, a really friendly environment! I think I will be shopping there more often!!

I drove miles to pick up a product they said they had by phone.THEY DID NOT.I was told there was Purell. There was not.The bagger did not check to see if the Pine sol cap was on tight. . It wasn't, started leaking in my car. Also, the plastic shopping bag had a hole in it. .

It's a grocery store. They have a meat counter, seafood and stuff one expects at a grocery store. From what I understand, all grocery stores have their own brands, the prices are comparable to other store. The store brand is something I haven't tried at every store so I can't speak to the quality of the store brand items (all vary). I have shopped here many times, I don't know the store layout because it's the last store I hit every few months because the prices are comparable, it has to be a sale worth driving for, and more than 2 items have to be the draw, it's a a lose, lose with gas so it really has to be worth the trip. It's nice that the stores in New Hampshire don't all require us to bring our own bags, I reuse the plastic bags and the paper bags often become the compost fodder/holder for the few days we keep it around. This was the only store I was able to find cotton balls (yup, sprawlmart was SOLD OUT) and I wasn't going to drive 20 minutes to a different sprawlmart for one item. It took some searching to find where they are kept, it wasn't worth my time to track down a worker or stand at the cashier and bother everyone in line to ask a question. It is great that there is another store to shop at, but really, the prices aren't much different on food items, the non perishable items are often more expensive, but if it's all I can get, I have to take it. Shop here if it's worth it to You, I'll be back, but only when the price is right.

The market kitchen of this grocery store is EXTREMELY slow! How do they expect someone to wait in line for 20 minutes to get an order of chicken wings? I recommend going somewhere else if you do not want to waste your time!
