This place is hit or miss. I stopped today for an iced coffee. Every time I get one, the cup is completely full of ice. Sometimes it’s so full of ice, I can’t get the straw into the cup. So this time I asked for less ice. The person making my coffee filled the cup up halfway with ice. When I asked if I could have it made with less ice, a woman started scooping the ice cubes out with a spoon. When I asked if she could remake my coffee, she rolled her eyes at me. That’s service with a smile. The young gentleman who originally made my coffee, remade it, and it was perfect.

My sister went in the drive thru for a sandwich and a drink. They ended up not putting an egg in the sandwich so she went in. The man working at the sandwich station asked “so you just want me to add the egg to that sandwich I gave you”. My sister said no you have to remake it because you can’t take food back from a customer since that’s contamination. He then gave my sister the worst attitude then made the sandwich again. This is going to Dunkin Corporate because that’s unsanitary to do.

We stop here about once a month. We use the app to pre-order so it is ready when we arrive. That way, our coffee is not scalding hot. The past several times, they have not had the items we ordered. Some items they don't usually have, according to them, but are on the app menu. No midnight coffee twice in the past 2 visits, which were 2 weeks apart. They wait until we arrive to fill the coffee order, which defeats our purpose of being able to drink the coffee with our other items. It is 30 minutes before the coffee has cooled enough to drink without burning your mouth. It is a convenient stop for us but not so convenient when the order is not ready when we order it 10+ minutes away.

I frequent this Dunkin location... But lately, the service is horrible. And so is the coffee. I've edited my review previously to increase the rating (about a year ago). But today, for the 5th or 6th time, I've been given burnt coffee, made wrong, after waiting in the drive thru to pick up my app order (since they have inside pickup turned off all the time now). Over the past 6 months or so, service has gotten worse and no one seems to care about making food or drinks properly, despite the cost, and time, spent by the customers. The new owners raised the prices and reduced quality and training. I'm sick of wasting time and money on a regular basis. Do yourself a favor and drive on by. They would rather not wait on customers anyway.

This place nearly always has a drive through line stretching into the street. Food is consistently Dunkin. Precooked, reheated stuff. Great coffee. Typical Dunkin.Waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes is the norm, however. This doesn't seem to be a new, staffing shortage related issue, though. It's been the norm for years.Update 11/9/23: The last 2 times it's been closer to 40 minute wait for the drive thru. And I noticed dozens of people inside the restaurant standing around with angry looks on their faces. This morning, I watched 3 people behind me back out of the drive through. I sent a message to customer service a week ago and this was their response: We will alert the franchisee and/or our field operations team immediately to let them know what happened, and we have requested that they follow up with you directly regarding this issue.No contact from the franchisee or field operations team. Clearly they don't care.Yeah, I still go here because it's close to home. And because they give my dog free munchkins! She has 20 minutes to wait and wag her tail with excitement, though.The people that work here are always friendly and empathetic/apologetic to the wait. The production efficiency issues seem exacerbating to them as well.

This is a fast dunkin that doesn't miss. They're a standalone building dunkin so their quality is a lot higher. The drive through is speedy. They are never out of stock for things. The staff knows how to be fast.Parking: Parking is fine, there's many spots and a gas station across the way if it's full.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheel chair accessible from the front.

Ordered ahead for walk-in, only to arrive to a drive-through only sign in the front door. When arrived to the window after waiting 30 minutes for 7 cars, I was told I would have to go through the drive through again as my 2 coffees were not ready. I left, the $8 and prob luke warm coffee is not worth my time. Starbucks is looking good to me.

I travel a lot, up and down the coast, I hit DD almost daily… this was the most disgusting DD I’ve ever seen. Sticky floor, urine on the toilet, dried spilled sticky coffee ALLLL over the main register area, and…. The donut case was full of no less than 1000 flies !!! I asked if I could have a donut that didn’t have flies on it and she said that all they had !! They were serving those out the togo window !!

Sat in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes , order my coffee. The drink was made wrong and it was drive thru only, I got there attention at the door and no one would come to the door so there was a girl on her break at the back door so I asked if she could get me another one made right and she told me I had to go back through the drive thru. So I explained to her that I already waited and I was not waiting another 15 minutes in line as the cars were out into the road and up the street. So she kindly went in and made another drink. So thank you BrandyAlso on another note the reviews are right it's a hit or miss with getting the drinks right

I can’t say this Dunks is bad every time. But the lack of consistency at every dunks location is getting annoying. I order a sweet green tea and 9/10 it’s either not green tea, not sweet or sickly sweet. Today I got one and it tastes nasty, almost like chemicals (not sure how else to describe it). It’s rather unfortunate because I love these drinks when made properly, but lately it seems the consistency has gone down hill at every dunks location I’ve been too

Every time I go to this Dunkin my drink is wrong. I went and got 5 drinks and specifically told the person helping me multiple times I wanted regular sugar with my drinks and 3 of 5 drinks all had liquid sugar. I keep telling myself, maybe today is the day they get it right. Nope. If your looking for a good Dunks, keep looking.

Don’t come to this store if you expect your drinks to be made right. I usually get someone else’s mobile order or someone else’s coffee when I come here and have to go back through to get it remade. Tonight I’m posting a review because 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered came out wrong, and when asked to remake the drinks they were slamming supplies around in frustration and as I left they started screaming about having to remake the drinks. If you’re into gambling, here is your place :)

This dunkin is extremely hit or miss. Some staff are speedy and respectful, while others are slow, incompetent, and rude. The attitude of the woman working the drive-thru was ridiculous. No one is forcing you to work at Dunkin.

This place is terrible. Nobody takes pride in a job well done anymore. I will no longer be wasting money at this or any other Dunkin in this area. Can NEVER get the order right🤬.Today... I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin and a ain bagel with cream cheese and sausage.What I got was a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and no sausage. I'm tired if this. I NEVER get my order correct 😞😞

AJ doesn’t belong working with the public and her So Called Manager is not nice either won’t be going back to that location ever again someone should go in and train the manager customer service so maybe she can Train her employees too or just hire another manager and clean house. Just horrible service and rude people. There’s another 4 DD’s that are close enough by so drive past this one.

Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever seen. I work in customer service myself and making customer connections and making the customer feel appreciated is the most important part of my job. I come through the drive-thru daily and not once have I been greeted, thanked, told to have a good day, or felt appreciated for my service in any way. I came though today and waited for over 10 minutes with just two other cars in front of me, and when I got to the window the girl working didn’t apologize for the long wait, didn’t tell me my total, never even said a word throughout the entire transaction. Definitely need some friendlier employees.

Ran out of cold brew (which I ordered ahead online) I get there is a promotion on pumpkin cold brew so they probably sell a lot, but it was about 1pm so they clearly needed a lot more. This is frustrating because you pay online for something then have to substitute something else (which likely doesnt cost the same). Also this location charges $1.00 extra for oat milk which seems like a lot... 30% price increase to make your drink with a dairy alternative?! Get with the times dunkin. Shortened hours, drive thru only sometime, short on tons of products. They've not had the blueberry pom refresher stuff in awhile, food is usually wrong. It's OK for a quick, simple coffee, anything else and it's a gamble

Love dunkins food but they always seem to mess up my order. I order a plain egg crassont with NO cheese and then they add cheese. I pay for a specialty sandwich and get a different one. Their job isn't hard.but they make it complicated. I shouldn't have to police there orders everytime And the if I want them to fix it I have to drive all the way back and give back the food without compensation for my time and gas. If it was a once and a while screw up I wouldn't care, but it's EVERY time.

Every time I've gone here, it's been like my order was the first time anyone in the building has ever heard a coffee order. Almost every time I've gone there, my order is not just a little wrong, but like OUTRAGEOUSLY wrong. This morning I received hot chocolate instead of coffee. This Dunkins has ruined my morning coffee for the last time.

Waited in drive thru for 20 mins just to leave because they closed the latte machine way to early and couldn't leave because the person in front of us was gabbing away thinking it was funny to make me wait to leave. Will never ever go to that Dunkine again. Very poor care for the other costumers unless you are their friends.
