Dog not cut right long hair on patches. Front paws not touched. Was told had to treat facility for fleas. Website says they offer flea and tick treatments. Very unprofessional experience don't recommend unless you want to donate to a useless cause. Don't know how they stay open ripping of customers.

When we moved back to area after 25 years away we were nervous about finding a great place to take our two yorkies and golden doodle for grooming. We started with a groomer who was fantastic, however we didn't like our dogs at facility for 7 hours. I contacted Aimee's Grooming and was immediately made comfortable with our conversation and our wants and needs for our boys. We were provided with all necessary paperwork to be filled out before their first session. We were greeted with smiles and our boys were super comfortable with Aimee and Melissa. We were asked how we liked our boys groomed and our expectations were beyond met! We couldn't think of a better place to go for amazing work done by two professionals!

I had taken my pup to a local groomer. Every time I would pick her up she seemed off , scared just not herself. The last time my husband took her and stayed with her she instantly peed everywhere and was scared to death.We decided to try Aimee’s grooming . What an amazing experience it only took Millie a few appointments to feel self . This last visit we dropped her off and did not stay she was extremely happy to be there and went right to Melissa who take her bathed her and got all her nails done.Pickup was awesome Millie was happy and had no issues with her services.We will be back next month!!Highly recommended them for all services

Aimee did a wonderful job with our Bernedoodle. Being new to town it was a relief she was able to us in within a day! She replicated our dog's haircut based on a photo we showed her. Very pleased 😀, thanks Amiee!

I bring my dog to see Melissa and she did a wonderful job! She let my dog walk around to get a feel for the place so she'd feel more comfortable and at ease. Melissa pampered my girl as requested and we even got her nails painted like the princess she is. Great place! 💜

Sorry we took our pup here for grooming. First they canceled my appointment because I didn’t get the rabies papers to them on time. I brought in a hard copy but that wasn’t good enough. The girl up front was rude-apparently when they cancel your appointment, they don’t call. They just wipe out all the info I gave them over the phone. Then they decided to still squeeze her in. The receptionist said she could do it but I’m here to tell you it is the worst haircut she’s ever gotten. (And the most expensive ever). Now my dog is now home shaking in the corner. That makes me wonder what they did to her. STAY AWAY.

I just started taking my Pomeranian mix puppy here for a much needed trim.She can be shy and is socially awkward at first. When we brought her a second time she knew immediately where she was and was so happy to see the groomer.It makes me happy to see she has a positive experience here.My puppy has come back looking CUTIER than a button and I don't even like using that phrase.I look forward to future spa days.Thank you Amiee's Grooming Boutique!

I took my very sensitive Golden, Charleigh, to Aimee's for a groom. I was very apprehensive about leaving her because she is such a tender-hearted momma's girl. Melissa greeted us and took the time to say hello to Charleigh and "bond" before leading her off for her spa day. Nervous, but trusting she was in good hands, I left the building. A couple hours later, I got a call & quickly rushed to pickup my beautiful, happy, smiling, clean, fresh, smiling fluff-ball. What a relief! She looked great, sporting a blue flower, hand-picked because Melissa thought it highlighted her ginger locks. :) Charleigh clearly felt special and how wonderful it is to have SO much less shedding & she smells so good!!! Thank you so much for your TLC!!!

Aimee is great to say the least! She always responds quickly and takes the best care of our animals! She is very knowledgeable and caring. We have an older dachshund who is 11 and she is always so caring and gentle with him and takes the time to explain to us if he needs extra grooming needs at home or back at the spa. Our other dog Lucy absolutely LOVES going to see Aimee!! I’ve brought our dogs to other groomers and they are always nervous to go in or not willing...not at Aimee’s, I’ve never seen my pups be so excited to go into a groomers spa than here! Highly recommended!

My mom takes her dog to Aimee's and has always spoken highly of the place. I needed a last minute groom for my pup before leaving for TX with him. Thankfully, Aimee was able to schedule him for an appointment. We headed out on a 30 minute drive to Aimee's that ended up taking us 40 minutes because I was in a borrowed car (without my back seat barrier) and my 62lb pup was trying to climb on my lap the whole time. I arrived at Aimee's 11 minutes late for my appt. I called at 12:11 and nobody answered the phone. I could see a staff inside and was in clear view of her with my dog sitting in the front seat. I called again at 12:12 and was told they couldn't take my dog and would need to reschedule. I was told from my mom that when I arrive I would call and they'd come out. I never went inside because there was a "sorry we're closed" sign hanging on the door. I took that to mean that clients and pups were to stay outside (that's been the case for everywhere I've taken my pup so far during the pandemic). I live out of state, have never been to Aimee's before, and drove 40 minutes for this appointment. I apologized and explained my troubles with driving and that I couldn't reschedule due to leaving tomorrow. I was told that the delay would push back all of the other appointments and she could not take him for his appointment. Tried calling back 3 times to see if there was any way they could fit him in still and nobody answered the phones. A message was left on the 3rd call and nobody ever called back. Horrible first experience.

Best experience I've had with grooming. Staff was so so helpful and wanting to know as much about my pups as possible to make their time enjoyable. The were groomed pretty quickly and they seemed so so happy whenever I picked them up. This boutique was the kindest and had the best prices I've found in the area. I would recommend anyone with a dog here. We will definitely be back!

This was a TERRIBLE experience for me and my two Yorkie puppies. It started when I was not even greeted when I came in her shop for my FIRST appointment with her. When she finally got around to seeing me there was no warm welcome. She produced a book of rules and fees...she could have EASILY emailed this to me prior to my appointment so that I could know what to expect. She listened for a few minutes while we discussed how I wanted my dogs groomed, but she lost interest quickly and she seemed to want to get on with her schedule. I left with a bad feeling, beginning to wonder how my puppies would be groomed and even treated. I got the impression that her shop is all about Aimee and NOT the dogs. She called me FOUR HOURS LATER to tell me she was just starting to groom my dogs and they would be ready in ONE HOUR....two dogs in ONE hour??? She called back in FORTY FIVE minutes to say that they were done! My male dog was so poorly groomed. His entire body was shaggy and uneven. (And not the length at all that I had asked her...clearly she had stopped listening by that time during our "consultation".) It was obvious she made NO effort to comb him out because she had hacked off hair on his legs where there must have been tangles. No two legs look alike. His face was poorly and unevenly groomed with no bow or kerchief. She gave up on my female all together. Her face had been trimmed, just as poorly as the male's. Her body was not trimmed AT ALL even though she told me my female wouldn't let her cut around her FACE....what has that got to do with trimming her BODY?? BTW, both dogs still had sleep around their eyes. So she even did a horrible job BATHING them! So they were there from 1PM to 6PM (and she complained that she stayed late!) She only groomed one dog BUT she charged me $110 (more than the $50 fee for 2 full groomings) and she had the nerve to charge me $10 because they messed in the crate while waiting for her to do who knows what from 1:00 to 5:00. OF COURSE they are going to mess their crate...they were there ALL AFTERNOON!!! I've been to a number of groomers over the close to 20 years that I've had "groomable" dogs. This was the WORST and most upsetting experience...in fact, the ONLY bad experience I've ever had with a groomer. Usually groomers are thoughtful, caring dog lovers, whether they are a one-person shop or a group of groomers. This "dog supply store" that does pet grooming on the side is ALL ABOUT AIMEE...and her book of rules and add on fees. I just moved to the area, but until I find a good groomer here I will go back either to All for Paws in Bennington, VT or Paws on Fifth in New Rochelle, NY where these two puppies of mine came out looking ADORABLE...professionally groomed, looking polished and well cared for and NOT exhausted and traumatized. Groomers at those two shops had the ability to make these dogs look good. I feel so guilty that I let my two darling puppies go through a day of being left in a crate only to be rushed through a "grooming" with a tired shop owner because SHE ran out of time...of course they were difficult. She just didn't want to do them. My search for a good dog groomer in the Keene area will continue. (I have NEVER wriiten a bad review about anyone, but this was NO WAY to treat any client or her two dogs. So sad.)
