This thrift store is very busy. Decent selection of merchandise and clothing. My daughter would visit from time to time with friends. It does look run down on the inside and it does smell. Parking 🅿️ spots available for dropping off merchandise.

Second favorite thrift store in New Hampshire, right behind Ladders in Plymouth. While their selection is somewhat small, I find the BEST things here! Especially work clothes!!! Workers are so nice. Prices are always unbeatable compared to Savers or Goodwill these days.. If and when they upcharge for quality brands, it’s never over $5!!!! Also the music is always goofy/ you can tell the employees pick the music from their CD collection rather than just playing the radio. Please protect this place at all costs.❤️

An awesome Thrift Shop to Shop and to Donate to. Lots of board games.Crafting. Books. Art. Kitchen items. Home decor. Husband found a $150. Vineyard Vines shirt for $4! He was elated. I find things there all the time.

I'll find things here once in a while. I wish they still had furniture. I will say that I've heard one staff member in particular be rude to customers a couple of times, including people dropping off items to donate. It makes me not want to frequent this place as much.

Wonderland Thrift is one of the Exeter's several Thrift Shops, located in the middle of a strip mall, across the highway form the Market Basket. They have a wide selection of goods, with Drop-off in the front, Clothing in the middle, Books and Clothing Patterns in the back. See the photos....

Good prices and the ladies at the counter were very nice. However, the store can use a good cleaning, the floors were yucky!

Absolutely sky rocketing prices more than even goodwill. I went in today and saw coats costing 30 dollars it’s ridiculous. All your purses keep going up too tripling In costs as well making them 7 to 10 dollars. You can get brand new items for this there is no excuse. These are from free donations and its absolutely unexceptable. Bring your prices down they are ridiculous and its a sudden change no one will like or appreciate this that is struggling. This is a donation center keep that in mind.

Went on a Sunday. Huge store in disarray. Nothing organized or clearly tagged. Lot of empty space. Waste of time.

Went there looking for a belt. Been there before so I know where they keep them plus the store is fairly small so every visit is fairly quick.Walked up at 4:50pm (10min before they close) A worker was outside helping a person drop off things to donate. The worker said to me that they close soon, I said "Yes I know, 10 min. I'm here for 1 thing I'll be in and out." Then she said "Well it's more like 8min" (it was 10 but whatever) I said "It's not even going to take me 3 minutes to look I can actually see the section I need..." She said "This customer (refering to the people donating) is my last customer" Sitting in my car thinking of where else to go I see them still chit chatting outside...I would have gone in and left before they even finished talking. I won't be a bother to them anymore, I'll go to the other thrift store in town.

I love this store. The staff is nice too. If you see something you want and like get it. Don't wait. Get it, or it will be gone next time you go back. I know this from experience. Best thrift shop.

Place smelled like weed on Wednesday and tobacco today which was not appealing and on this day of age they should not have to have a card minimum, so many systems with no fees like clove and square, anUpdated register would be nice. Also nobody wants used body sprays and magazines for 25 cents throw that type of stuff away

Too long didn't read:Great selection, great people, great experienceSelection:-pretty robust for a local joint, other reviews have left some pretty good pictures and the layout hasn't changed since those have been posted.-plus size selection pretty good, not perfect but it's a thrift store what can you do so I'm not going to hold that against them more just informing anyone who might be plus-size reading this.-I got some fabric for sewing practice, they have a lot of sheets or fabric if that's your kind of style as well as yarn if you're into crocheting or knitting-when I came in there was a good selection of modern to vintage clothing but again thrift stores so it can change by the day.-if you're into flipping there's a lot of stuff that has potential if you're willing to put in some work as well as things that are ready to go from purchase-some local joints don't do a great job of taking care of the clothing, this place doesn't have that, nothing smells nothings stained, everything feels like they put effort into making it look good and given the current situation that's always good-the Knick knack section isn't robust but given the competition I don't expect it to be. currently filled with great Christmas stuff if that's what you're looking for, in general super pleased with it still.-the book selection is typical, lots of cookbooks if that's your thing, I always just like buying books at the thrift store cuz you never know what you're going to get.-DVD selection is the same, I just recently got a laptop that has a DVD drive so I finally have a way to play them again so I might swing in and get some, so I can't speak to the quality of the DVDs in the case.Price-most everything in the store is $3 to $10. Now I have shopped at thrift stores my entire life and to be fair I have moved here only recently but those rates are still insanely good for the quality. If you want some fishing t-shirt for $3 you can get it, you can also get a beautiful casual dress, work pants, etc. The only things that are above $5 are usually the suits, coats, and NWT stuff. But even all of that is still super reasonably priced, and if you are a senior citizen you do get a discount day! Just follow their social medias to know specificsEmployeesThe employees are casual, and that's exactly what I love about small business. I like that I can just talk to retail employees without feeling the guilt that I'm dragging them into a conversation because they're being paid for it. They are also clearly interested in the company. Everyone I met was wearing something they got there. Honestly if they're ever hiring I would love to work there, that's the kind of inviting atmosphere they display. this kind of camaraderie is very pleasing and very nice to see in a thrift store, given the widespread misuse of thrift employees displayed by big box thrifts.

When I went here a few weeks ago, one of the older women at the counter was trash talking the customers and accusing them of stealing while they were in the store. The actual store isn't too bad but customers shouldn't be insulted or accused of stealing when they are just trying to shop. The prices of items can be really high too.Go to Goodwill, Savers, or the thrift down the road instead. You don't have to deal with this kind of stuff and they have better deals.

They are super nice 😊 if you ask them a question they won't be rude they'll answer you nicely and kindly. I went here and it was amazing. I asked then to grab something off the shelf because I couldn't reach it and they gladly helped. I know some comments were harsh but the issues people complained about are fixed now and they r super kind. You should definitely go. I hope to come back soon :)

You can find some really good deals, especially on sale days. Salvation Army has gone up on their books so get your books at Wonderland in Exeter! 📚📚📚This store also pays it forward helping those in need in surrounding communities!

Best deals on great things. Got a DVD player for $6 and Disney DVDs for $2 each. If your in this area you would spend four times as much for the same things at goodwill... 💘 wonderland!

I was in this store today with the women I support, her friend who also experiences an disability and his direct support professional. We been here many times over the past three years, today a manager asked his DSP to have him stop taking the books off the shelf and stay by his side when he’s in the store. He was straighting the books while looking at them in the process. I’m not sure if she thought he was rearranging them or taking them but she was very rude and got very defensive when his DSP tried to explain the situation and work it out. The store itself isn’t bad, while they are raising prices, I’m just saying the staff needs some education on how to speak to customers when an issue comes up. In this particular case the man was making the books easier to get to and she yelled at him, us just because he happened to have a disability. ( in my opinion). This place gets many people with special needs, I’m disappointed that she treated him,as a lesser person.

I give this Thrift store 5 stars, because it's actually a community charity organization (unlike Goodwill, or Savers which are all for-profit businesses). If I can, I try to donate to these guys first, as I know it will actually help the community, and not some already super rich ceo. All of the moral stuff aside, it's a good thrift shop. I don't find much in the way of men's clothes, but that is all really dependant on what they get in for donations. It helps to remember that it is a charity ( a real one), and it is a small business.

We enjoy it here; there’s opportunities for little finds usually every time we come, adult & child alike. We have children and the shopping experience needs to include them without feeling pushed out.

Scabies! Beware, I went to my doctor and we figured out it was this store. The only place on earth I could have contracted them. Disgusting little monsters! I tried on some clothing at this store. I am never shopping thrift again, this experience has turned me off to it for the rest of my life.

Wonderful. Nice finds, it is like hunting for treasure, reasonable for resale unlike good will locally. Friendly, helpful and tidy staff members.

Decent size thrift store with a variety of decently priced goods. Worth it for in insane 'intake' area next to the front door- a real landfill, a wonder of nature!

I have found amazing deals at this thrift store. I appreciate that they don't double or triple the price for higher quality brands of clothing like Goodwill and other thrift stores.
