Coinstar next to Customer Service.Update: Monday evening, March 2021; Open later than Market Basket. Bakery , seafood and prepared meat 🍖 department. Fresh flowers 💐 for sale. I did find a few deals with the rewards program and at the clearance section. Isles marked for travel.Wifi available. Facemasks required. You can 🥫 order online and have curbside pickup.

Clean, sanitary and self-checkout! Plenty of space in the store. Friendly staff has a in house pharmacy. So many choices of allergy friendly foods. Has a salad bar, amazing floral department. Dairy department has many dairy free creamers to choose from. The only downside to this location is the store manager (Peter Lamar) is very hostile and very short with customers as well as talks down to you even as a customer making you feel dumb and be little. I also see the way he treats his employees and it's awful. It's gotten so bad I don't shop here anymore and I live right down the street. It's an awful feeling you can't go shop at the grocery store in the same town you live in. Hopefully someone takes note of this and something is changed there with him. I would love to know I can shop without seeing him Everytime.

Idk most of my food shopping at Shaws. One of the things I always enjoyed was their hot bar. Shaws used to have the greatest hot bar around with huge selections of wings and sides. Today I went for wings to enjoy during today’s football games. You know the biggest games of the year next to the Super Bowl. They had 2 bowls of bone in and 2 bowls of boneless. So sad. I didn’t mind paying more to shop at Shaws because I was such a fan of the hot bar, but if that’s all they are going to offer, I’ll start shopping at Hannafords and save some money

I like shopping at Shaw's they can be pricey but I clip coupons in my phone and save an average of 25+ everytime and they have a great meat selection! I suggest shopping anyday but Sun! I've been shopping here for 20 years

They have some great sales weekly have great meats and produce (typically), and with their a little higher prices, there is never long lines and can usually get in and out relatively quickly.

Really great variety and clean. Spend a bit more but doesn't come with the anxiety of other stores..and it's open at 6 before the weekend mayhem

Prices are too high for my budget. I bought shrimp on sale...that's it!! At one time fruit bowls were a great price..not now. I do understand the situation re: current market prices.. I will continue to shop sales in all markets

Review for Shaw's bakery - My granddaughter wanted a purple cake with a duck for her 3rd birthday party. Whoever made her cake did a wonderful job.

Prices are about a 7 out of 10. 10 being expensive. Its clean and pretty big inside. I've never found anything there so special that I couldn't find anywhere else for less or of equil value.I was glad to see their "Signature" products though. Which offer white labeled versions of some products but would have liked to see more of that variety. Not sure how long they have had them. Walmart's "Great Choice" brand has them beat. I'm pretty sure all the "white label" brands come from the same exact source in the first place.

This year I've been pleasantly surprised to see Shaw's selling golden-fleshed watermelon. I haven't found it at any grocery store in years! The produce manager (I believe he was the manager) at the Stratham Shaw's was even kind enough to sell me two yellow-fleshed watermelons! My children were delighted -- especially one who remembered having it when he was growing up.

This is for the grocery delivery service. I ordered groceries and did not receive any of my meat and deli (7 items). I called the store and was told that many people had mixups in that one day. I had to call the delivery company and received a refund but no apology, and ended up having to go to the store to get those items anyway even though I was sick. If you use this service, check what is delivered, they are not reliable.

I find their prices to be higher than other grocery stores. They do have digital sales that you can sign up for when you get their app. These sale's aren't automatically added to your app. So I've been charged full price. This happened to me a few times before I caught on. They did give me my money back. I also shopped for all the for U deals only to find out it was just a 4 day sale that week. That was 45 minutes I was never going to get back. So, no Shaws is not for me. The for U deals that are so tricky to get aren't worth the aggravation with all the other prices being higher. Going to a store with less gimmicks and lower prices is my choice.

High prices but decent store never very crowded probably due to their high prices. If you have money not a bad place to shop otherwise I'd go to market basket which is a bit cheaper but not as glamorous and if you have a lot of money definitely go to whole foods

Shelves are well stocked but lighting always seems so dim. Best vegetables and fruit in the area of the main grocery stores, though lacking in organic.Getting a bit better, a little more organics in the fruit and veggies.

High prices. Last time I went there for blackberries, 12oz packs were out of stock. They had plenty of 6oz packs, asked if they would combine 2 of the 6oz in one pack so I could get the sale price and was told "no".👎

Another grocery store. Timing is everything. Long lines at the check out when I walked in. Not so much when I was ready to leave. I think they are playing with the meat peices again. Rib eye steaks in sake for 5.49 a pound, down from 17.49? Really, I'm there weekly, they are never that much. Please give the consumer, your customer some credit. We ain't stupid.

Certainly better quality produce & seafood than next door at Market Basket (and much more spacious than that stressful, undersized, outdated MB as well). The three day sales are awesome and can counter some of the higher everyday prices. Big issue though with this store is that there is serious issues with their POP system. Without fail, every time I go to the express lane, there is an issue with some one checking out; cashier has to wander off for 2 minutes looking for a freaking box of cigarettes for someone, gift cards don't scan properly; credit cards won't swap properly- ALWAYS problems; is every Shaw's like this? M.B can have way longer lines, and I get checked out in half the time.

I really don’t like to write bad reviews but the employee in flowers is the rudest customer service worker I have ever met. On two different occasions I have asked her a question and she has responded in a very unprofessional manner. Even if she thinks it’s a stupid question, she should know that you shouldn’t speak like that to a customer. That being said, the flowers are amazing. When’s her day off so I can get my flowers without an attitude?
