I went in to wash my dog. They supplied towels, shampoo. I also bought some small treats. The store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, he knew all of his products and made good suggestions, in what to buy.I will be back and I will refer others

This was my first time to the store since ot was bought out. It was fabulous! It was great to see Zach bc he was superb when the store was Loyal Pets and is even better. Ollie was outstanding and went above and beyond to research the origin of some dog food I inquired about. Both were extremely helpful, kind, and polite.

The grooming service was okay, not great, but okay. The price was twice as much than I pay for grooming when at my other homes. I didn't ask the price cause even if it was going to be higher then I pay when in Cape Cod or in Lincoln NH, I never expected it to possibly be so high for a little 12 pound dog, so that was my fault. I think 99.00 was outrageous. I'll not be back and have him groomed when at my other residences and be looking for a more reasonable price to groom him.

Great staff here at the Stratham NH store. I like new products offered too because a lot of them we buy regularly for our dogs that sometimes are hard to find. Prices are good as well.

I went here for the first time since the new store opened recently shopping for my dog who has a medical condition and has to eat soft food. The woman working that day went out of her way walking me around the store to show me all the options available. Great first impression.

It's a pet storeI was looking for a comb for a cat to clear his undercoat. They had a flea comb, not the same. Also looked for a couple of harnesses, the selection was slime to none. Didn't have any luck so I moved on
