I am a seasonal shopper and came in to redeem my awards, only to be told that they are no longer valid and I must sign up for and pay for a membership. I understand new ownership, but it seems shameful that there was no plan to transition existing customers over. Sad to be loosing a customer over a bag of bird food - but to be told I had to sign up for a paid membership program and start from scratch when I had completed the requirement for a reward under the old program was not acceptable to me. The products here are great - but apparently customer service is no longer a benefit of shopping at this location. I'll certainly go somewhere else where my business is appreciated in the future.

What a fabulous find. The store contains all sorts of well made/high quality merchandise. The store owner was very knowledgeable and we definitely left the store knowing far more about the local bird species and their needs. He even gave us a free sample of bird seeds to compare with the cheap garbage we accidentally bought from another store. Will most certainly return.

The staff here are always incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They have a good variety of feed, feeders, and posts. Whatever type of bird you’re looking to attract, they’ll help you pick out exactly what you need. We’ve never had a trouble here at all and highly recommend them if you’re into birds. It’s usually pretty quiet in here so you could easily spend a half hour talking to them about birds and solutions.

Yes, the inventory is impressive, but what brings us back again and again is the expertise of those who helped us with setting up a birdhouse the bluebird love, finding the right feeders to attract more birds, and the best mounting systems for all of our feeders.

The best birdseed in the area, especially the Choice Plus blend. That definitely brings the most birds. Merchandise is all top quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
