I just had a great experience washing my dog, everyone was helpful, the dog wash area was clean and prepped with supplies and towels. I will be going back again.I read some of the negative reviews about an experience with an employee who did not like the dog wash area because he had to clean it, out of respect to everyone I took a few moments to rinse down the station and clean up my mess.

The man working here named bob, is completely arrogant and has terrible customer service skills. Last weekend when I was bathing my dog I was asked why I was still in there and told there’s a time limit which there in fact isn’t and he proceeded to tell me he hates cleaning the dog wash area. As someone who lives on a farm i like to give my pups a bath once a week, i returned this week and was told by bob the wash room is closed cause people disrespect it and he’s glad seeing he dislikes cleaning it and it makes him smell like a wet dog.

my issue is also with Bob.last week went in to give my dog a bath,when i walked in i asked bob if i had to pay first he said yes and i was hoping no one would use it tonight i have to clean it...so i went on my way to start the bath,i was in thete for 10 mins he comes in and say your still in here... i said yeah why is there a time limit he said well no,i said i know i looked before hand.while giving my dog his bath bob was in back and i could hear everyhing he said with his very loud mouth, they have been in there a long time etc when i was done he said about time to another employee that he was also annoying the heck out of who told him she didnt need to hear from the peanut gallery. His skills are not good at all you dont like your job leave. he isnt funny in any kind of way. i will be in next week hope he isnt there.

Fairly new store - open about one year. Clean and neat both inside and out. Plenty of free parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pet section is large and has a very good assortment of products for both cats and dogs. I have bought 4Health dog food for years at the Rochester store and can't remember ever finding the product I use out of stock. But in Somersworth, the inventory levels seem seems to be a lot lower and on two out of three visits, the food I wanted was 'out of stock". Prices have also increased significantly. I used to buy suet cakes for the birds here and now virtually every other store in the area has them a lot cheaper.

The new Somersworth store is beautiful and laid out the same as the others, making it easy to find things. Great selection of poultry products which I went in there for. Signage is great and there were good shelf tags. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. Employees are always eager to assist you. Unfortunately, I came to check out the doggy wash station. A very clean and well maintained. I have 2 St Bernard's I need to groom, and it's for small to medium size.

I take my 2 dogs with me all the time. The staff are all very friendly! Sometimes we go there just to look around and always hit the bargain bins. Great place to get pellet stove fuel and 5 gallon buckets.Even the other customers are friendly, everyone has that Blue collar real American vibe. This place is right up there with harbor freight which I wish would open up in somersworth as well.

First time taking my girls someplace other then home for baths. They did awesome the place was calm and no other dogs were allowed in the room until we were done so that helped! Will be going back!

Love somerworth Tractor supply, my favorite store, we go once a month for dogs wash. They keep the place nice and clean, they surely doing awesome job.

The Somersworth store atthe moment is a new location, not stocked as well as Rochester. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tractor Supply's prices have gone up. Most things are now significantly more expensive than local hardware store or Walmart. I wasted money and that is disappointing.

Bought 10 bantam chicks from the Rochester location. 6 died within a day. I am confident in my ability to brood chicks and am certain it wasn't a problem with conditions. Was given a refund, but losing more than 50% of the batch is unusual. I believe these little guys weren't treated right by tractor supply and ended up dead because of mistreatment by tractor supply. I will never shop at tractor supply again in my life. If your business can't handle baby birds, perhaps stick to the garden decorations and mini bikes. Leave the living creatures to people who actually care and have the intelligence to keep baby chicks alive. Here's a picture of a survivor, fed on blue seal grain.

Every week, no matter which store I use, there's always at least 1 item out of stock. When I put in my online order for curbside pickup, it says that the item is available. Then, when I pick the order up, one item is always missing. When we check the app to see why, I discover that they have scheduled it for " ship to store" and added a $10.00 delivery fee without my knowledge or authorization. So every week I have to call to cancel the order and go find the item I need somewhere else

LOVEEEE the new DIY doggy grooming room!! for less than 10 bucks you have access to it all (cleaning areas, tables, sprayers, shampoos/product, clippers, everything!!)

From my experience when returning something without a receipt they can give you a hard time, Tractor Supply was very friendly and I didn't feel judged when I left there, like most store employees do.
