Karen is the owner. Karen LITERALLY cut my dog. My dog is 8 months and has been to a groomer several times.I thought I'd do a "support local business" gig and bring Camille FluffyBottom to this place.Millie needed vet care, antibiotics and pain meds.Karen hasn't responded in ANYWAY despite my numerous attempts for her to reconcile AT LEAST the fees for the vet $200 and the $100 fee to do a terrible and sadist groom on my dog.DO NOT PUT YOUR DOG IN HER CARE!

Karen groomed my cat today. She looks and smells great. Ellie came home happy and relaxed. Believe me, it is very hard to find a groomer who is willing to work with cats, so I appreciate Karen.

THIS GROOMER IS DANGEROUS!Almost all the positive reviews are for a groomer who no longer works here. The new one, Karen, is either grossly incompetent or a sadist, as many many dogs are receiving horrible injuries here. My parent's pup received a horrible gash on her leg which required vet attention and a $200 bill. The owner has since not returned any calls!! This place needs to be shut down!!She has also deleted her Facebook page because of all the clients talking about how she has maimed their pets. This is evil!

What a great place! I was so happy to hear they do one dog at a time. Knowing my dog was getting the full attention she absolutely loves! Karen is a friendly, lovely woman and you can tell she loves what she does which made me feel so good leaving my dog with her. She was very thorough also. My 10 year old left looking like a brand new puppy:)I would definitely recommend this place and they have a life long customer with us!

Karen groomed my 13 year old border collie, Baylee who hadn’t been groomed for sometime due to an injury. Karen was kind, gentle, and did a great job with my girl. Great job Karen! Thank you. We recommend you!

I brought my cocker spaniel here for the first time yesterday, Karen was amazing. She told me it was her first timer grooming a cocker, and she had been doing a lot of research on the standard cut. I like Alvin a little more fluffy then the normal cut so she took extra time to make sure I got a cut I wanted. Alvin came out perfect and I made another appointment for my other cocker spaniel. She was so caring for my boy. And made sure I liked his cut before I left. We will be going back!

I was very sad when I picked up my dog and they had an entire eyebrow shaved off. Not to mention how uneven and lackluster the actual grooming service was. Some spots were shaved, others not at all. It’s like they didn’t know how to do their job. Extremely dissatisfied. I felt incredibly sorry for my dog. It was very noticeable that this place lacks the right training, equipment, and staff. What a shame it is that they can do such things to dogs and then send them back to their caretakers looking so awful.

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star.My husband and I loved the previous groomer. She was great with our dog. When we tried calling to get a groom again, we were told that they did not currently have a groomer, but should have another one soon.When my husband called again and found out there was a groomer now there he booked an appointment. We should’ve known there was going to be an issue when we got a call from Karen asking us to come back and help get our newfie into the tub. From there things only got worse. We received a call stating that when she gave him his nail trim, she cut too much and he was bleeding. His groom, which should’ve only been a sanitation groom, turned into a full groom, which cost entirely too much for what we received. It was awful and I could see all the mistakes that had been made. We will not be returning here, especially now knowing that there isn’t even a licensed groomer in the building. People, please beware of this grooming facility. They should not be in business l, they are only hurting your pets.

My goldendoodle Gatsby is very handsome every time he comes back from Karen. We’ve been to others who take twice as long and it’s clear my dog wasn’t given water, and with Karen, that’s not the case. I also appreciate the one on one care each dog receives.

Since Meaghan was forced to leave her business. The owner of the building has been pretending to be a dog groomer w no experience.i do not feel safe w someone that has absolutely no experience. Beware of Karen. She should stick to selling vacuums and cleaning

Meaghan is FANTASTIC! My Ducky boy has bad allergies and we have struggled with getting his nails done and with being his breed, people aren’t so willing to go the extra mile and work with him. Meaghan listened to my concerns and kept me in there with him to do his nails and she SUCCEEDED!! Her price was more than fair, very knowledgeable, overall greatest experience I’ve had with a groomer and Ducky will for sure be going back routinely!

After she pierced our dogs paw with a scissors the owner had no idea what to do. She did not have any first aid supplies. I picked up a bleeding dog with a bad haircut. I would never recommend this place.
