I recently had my black lab groomed at the Seabrook NH location for the 1st time. My usual location is Plaistow but they were all booked. I paid $93 for the furminator bath and brush the price above includes the additional $20 for the additional brushing, nail grinding etc. The level of disappointed and dissatisfaction I have with this location and the person whom tended to my dog is what has compelled me to leave this review. Upon dropping off my girl the attendee was rude and had to back pedal her own statements. When I arrived to pick up girl, I had a groomer loudly complain about have the brush the dog she was current tending too undercoat. 2nd red flag. Neither attendee on at that moment seemed to be able to control the dogs well. Finally when home, and I saw how much fur was still loose (because that is what the furminating shampoo does is loosen the fur) and still on my girl. It clicked that the groomer didn’t do any of the brushing let alone the extra I paid for. The fact that I paid nearly $100 received terrible service, did not get the results I paid for, as well of my dog being there nearly 3 hours. I have never had this terrible of an experience in Plaistow and that is where I will go for future needs. Thank you Seabrook for me having to redo the groom I paid you for myself.

PetSmart in Seabrook is a great store in a convenient location. I usually find what I'm looking for. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommended PetSmart in Seabrook for your pet's needs.

What an awful and horribly communicated disaster this place is. If you’re looking for a groom I cannot stress enough that you go elsewhere. Apparently there’s a 48-hr vaccine requirement before grooming that was not made available during booking, so thankfully they took us back 2 hrs later once 48 hours was up. Only to be turned away again because groomers aren’t trained enough for a knot behind my dogs ear. This all could have been handled during and prior to booking, or communicated to me the first time they sent us away for 2 hrs. Unbelievable.

Becky the Manager was extremely helpful with a return I had!I have an Aussie that tends to pull and I got a leash that did the opposite of what I was hoping to accomplish. I made the mistake of throwing out my receipt but she was able to look it up and help me with the return. The staff here are very helpful and kind.

I have used pet smart for over a year however my groomer left , it all went down hill from there. I left my dog to get groomed and the new groomer was horrible I went to pick up my dog and found there was a issue with her not being completely bgtoomed ,the groomer was rude as well as the assistant manager was equally rude my dog wasn't completely groomed due to my dog not liking the blow dryer so they said I should bring her back with a incomplete groom they were more concerned about dulling the blades on the clippers than the stress my dog was under and said I should bring her back. I have never had such a horrible experience iny life , DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE they should not be grooming dogs they don't have patience and compassion.

Typical chain store mentality. For instance, they sell training collars for dogs but will not stock and sell separate extra links.The goal is to make you buy a whole new length of training collar for full price, rather than supply the more practical and cheaper individual links for your puppies growing neck girth. An infuriating tactic.I left and went 2 miles up the road to Hampton Falls Agway. There I found not only packages of links at a reasonable cost, but also the exact smoked dog bones for almost half what I paid at Petsmart.Also there's something to be said for having to provide your phone number to buy a dumb squeaky toy.

Love this store! They went above and beyond to process my online for pickup order when I forgot it was a Sunday with only 45 minutes until closing. I called and spoke to an associate named Rob and he had it ready in 5 minutes! My kitty Louie and I thank you! I'll always shop here.

The cashiers are rude and unfriendly. There was one lady in particular who was just straight up nasty to me… she over charged me for an item so I had to show her the price that was on the shelf. She had an attitude with me the entire time but I eventually got a refund and I bought it for the actual price. Also, the man who works in the aquarium department gave me false information about my betta fish. Hire some people with decent customer service and maybe some people who know what they’re talking about!

I had just discovered I'd been approved to adopt a much deserving little kitty and was so very excited! But I had only 2 hours to get everything needed and set up for her arrival, and I had NOTHING cat related in my home! What to do?!! Fortunately, PetSmart was right down the road and they had everything I needed. And I mean everything!! The folks there were also very helpful. Now, just 2 days after her homecoming, we have a very happy cat snoozing away in the recliner!

I can not believe I got a $500 tank and stand on sale for $250! My wife happens to google it to see if there were Black Friday deals on aquatic tanks and to our surprise she found one! I purchased it from my cell phone (from work) then picked it up as soon as it was ready (an hour tops). Incredibly easy process and such an amazing deal!!

What I was looking for was easily located. Nice store with a good selection. The associated were friendly and helpful. They even did a price match for me when I found the website price was cheaper than in store. I will be going back regularly. Nive convenient spot for me.

They are always out of and dog or car food u want , still expensive but convenient to where I live. Staff is mostly all great and helpful. Only 1 older employee we avoid if she's working but never had any other problem....for the most part it's what you would expect from a pet chain store.

Our lab Emmy has been groomed there a handful of times now and it’s always a great experience! Friendly staff and very good work, we love how well her nails get trimmed/buff and her coat is always brushed out well. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love this place!! My daughter n I brought our dog Pearl to pick out her new dog collar and leash for her upcoming trip to Fla. So as we walked around n found the cutest hott pink collar n leash for Pearl my daughter was also able to meet a adorable little choc. Lab puppies and give it a cute little name!! Love how they have pet cleaning stations for your little ones when they have accidents in the store!! Thanks again!

Staff is usually quite helpful here. As long as you pay attention to the sales the process are comparable to Walmart when it comes to food and cat litter. The only thing I've really had an issue with was that when I went in to buy crickets for our turtle, they were almost all dead.

I thought I would try a different place for grooming and called Petsmart. They took a lot of information and I made an appointment for my dogs. When I entered the grooming room, I stood there while a girl was on the computer and did not acknowledge me. I left the dogs with specific instructions and picked them up later in the day. I should have looked closer at one of the dogs because he was barely groomed. I called back after a week saying that I would like to have him retrimmed...got there and stood there while two girls talked to each other for a good 5 minutes..the girl who originally did the grooming looked at me and never said a word. Soooooo unfriendly..the dog got regroomed and was hacked! Never go back there again...they couldn't care less about the quality of their work.

Simply put don't shop here after 4.Bad service and the manager kept a conversation going instead of helping a customer waiting for assistance. Never coming back here again and would rather take the trip to Plaistow next time

I absolutley can not say enough about the amazing customer service I have received over my past two visits. An employee at the Seabrook store,a veteran, Mark, I believe, has been so kind and helpful. My dog has allergies and finding a food that doesn't cause her to have reactions has been very difficult. This wonderful employee took the time to go through many products and answered all my questions. He was very respectful and understanding that while I need special food for my sensitive pup i still have to keep my budget in mind. I now go here for almost all my pet care needs thanks to the wonderful customer service. My only complaint is they never have the Himalayan Chews in stock in the orange bag that my pup loves, so I always have to make a trip elsewhere.

The grrrrooming services here are great! Kelly, Amanda and Jordan the salon manager have done a fantastic job with my Saint Bernard Kira.I look forward to bringing her here when I visit from South Carolina. Kira always wants to stay and she comes out looking great.The store is always clean and staff are friendly.

The experience with a couple of the sales cashiers were terrible. I felt the product bought was incredibly poor and brought it back. I am regular customer. Buy things from Petsmart at least twice/week. I was reprimanded for bringing the product back.twice. The products are not fully stocked. I will now go to other Petsmart stores from now on.
