Ordered a tow through AAA, the Tow service is Pats. 2 days straight ive waited for a tow from this company. They tell AAA they are on the way then never show up. Never call. Would not recommend at all.

Recently used Pats Towing to help me relocate some equipment. Dave arrived with a smile and a Santa’s hat.I am not a seasoned ramp truck driver by any stretch but getting my snow plows on the ramp without damage to either vehicles was tricky. Dave handled it with aplomb. As for the rest of the operation they are excellent as well. Not the first time I have used this service. Rachael the dispatcher answered the phone late one night and coordinated a rescue of an anxious teen age girl and more anxious dad. Call these people, will be trying the garage soon will check back in then. Update , last Saturday and this Monday more issues which required AAA and Pats Towing. The streak continues on time, professional, punctual and great guys Chris on Saturday and Jason on Monday. Keep it up you guys rock!

For starters this business is not that great! I had brought my vehicle in because my vehicle was shaking. They had told me I needed a tie rod I explained to them. I don't think that that's what the issue was but let's see what happens! They replaced the Tie rod! I drove the vehicle away the vehicle was still shaking! I brought the vehicle back he had told me the alignment wasn't good that they did so he had to do another alignment and told me that I needed to do the balancing on my tires. So I agree to the terms and had him do this work it took 3 days! I got the vehicle back get up on the highway and the vehicle was shaking like crazy They had told me they had taken it for a test drive obviously. Whoever had taken it does not know what shaking is! So I would recommend not going there. I don't think that they do the work that they say that they are! I had brought my vehicle mineke he had told me that the 2 front tires needed to be balanced. I paid Pat for this Not very good for a business that's been around for a long time! I called him on the phone and told him. And he was very rude to me. He told me I wasn't getting my money back and he didn't need my business.! I've never, ever responded or written up any company in the entirety of my life with work being done on a vehicle or Going Out to eat.! This Company is very shady.. I think they're really just into the towing aspect and they should not be doing Mechanical work!

It’s taken me a bit over a month to write this but absolutely necessary. My car broke down 25 miles from home while working. I used AAA and was so lucky to get Pats towing. They tried to start it and it had to be towed. I knew it was the starter as I had it in the shop the week before and they didn’t think it was the starter. To have it towed to my area it would of been very costly so I took a chance with Pats. First of all the tow truck driver was so nice and polite and asked me numerous times if I would be ok on the side of the road. My husband was 5 minutes away so I assured him I was. Thank you for making sure I was safe. They called me within hours with a report of the problem and an estimate. It was actually less than the quote I got from my usual mechanic. They said they could have it ready that day. I didn’t need it till the next day. Pick up and paying was easy and once again everyone is so polite. If I wasn’t 25 miles away Pats would be my new mechanic. I have had AAA since 2016 and never have I used it. Brought my car in here for a simple control arm to be tightened and it took them over a week to get it done. Now there is absolutely no reason that should even take a day when at most it should take a few hours (and that's if you really take your time with it). No reason for this at all unless they were trying to milk the time and labor cost (which they were). So i went in to pick my car up and got slapped with a 900+ bill. They tried charging me for the part (that it didn't even need nor ask for) and after all that the problem STILL wasn't fixed. Across the board I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they were very dishonest and shady with they're business arrangements. Just left me with over all disappointment in how they conducted themselves.

I made an appointment to get my car checked because there is an engine light on. After they checked my car, The woman at the front desk said that I would need an intake manifold. Said that they don't have the parts there and they will need to call and get in estimate and they would call me back. As soon as I left there I got an estimate from the dealership myself, within minutes. I waited two weeks for them to call me back (which I ended up calling them) when she stated they had no notes on my car but can see that it was in the shop. I asked her if she even called for a quote. She said no it must have just been pushed under the rug. I find the services here to be unreliable, unprofessional,and do not trust them. Do not recommend.

I was 400 miles from home and my brakes locked up on the highway Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend.They were able to get me in and got the parts the next day. I was back on the road by 3pm Saturday for the 7 1/2 hr drive the rest of the way home.I greatly appreciate that they called at least seven different places to find the parts for my Caddy to get me back on the road.Thanks again.Matt

Terrible customer service . Whoever is the night dispatcher on 2/18/23 was absolutely terrible. I needed a tow I called at 4:18pm and was told they would come get me anytime between now and 6pm. Which I was totally fine with waiting . When I called at 6:30pm she said your the next call he’s coming too. I asked how long? She had then told me 20 minutes.40 minutes go by and she is not answering the phone ; completely ignoring me . So I had called off my fiancés phone and she answered. I asked how much longer she then told me she would give me a call back. The ignorant lady never called back. What terrible customer service . I waited till almost 8:15 pm . If I could give zero stars I totally would .

Awesome service!!! Never been here before until I had a flat and called AAA. My tow truck driver was amazing and funny as hell!!! Went there they patched me up within 30 minutes and I was back on my way. The front staff was nice, the price was fair and they were exceptional to my needs and my busy life. I WILL be a repeat customer!!

My son broke down on the way to Maine. He called his insurance company who after 3 hours couldn’t find a tow truck. My husband and I drove 2 hours from CT and still no tow truck. I called Pat’s and they came over and picked us right up. To feel stranded and have dread where was he going to stay with a large dog for the night? It was the end of the day as well. They were so amazing and fixed his caliper which had a bolt that broke filled all his tires with air and got us all back on the road. I consider this emergency service and expected I would have to really pay. I was so surprised at the bill it was more than reasonable and way below what I expected to pay! Everyone was so friendly! Every time I have ever brought my car to Pats, I have had the opposite experience to what many people believed to be the norm about auto mechanics. The work is prompt and well done, and when I am handed the bill no matter what it is always significantly less than what I expected it to be. Pat runs a fantastic business that is based off of high quality workmanship and impeccable customer relation. I would urge anybody who is on the fence about their current mechanic, or is looking for a new one to give Pats serious consideration, you will not be disappointed.

Chris arrived fast, very fast. Was extremely courteous and polite. Work to diligently to access the emergency latch on my Corvette one of the hardest cars to open... I was willing to break the window and Chris worked diligently to open up the latch, told him my insurance company will pay for the glass damage and he still worked harder to get the latch open to avoid the headache of needing to go and get the glass fixed. This young man really went above and beyond and was determined to open my Corvette without damaging it. Amazing experience!

Amesbury tow had originally come out to just put the spare on my truck, he didn't have a jack that work correctly told me that he was going to have to call and see if another company to come out as I ran upstairs to relay this information to my fiance I come back down to find the guy just completely gone. So after my SECOND CALL to my insurance company they told me that they would be sending out Pat's Towing, having already had a bad experience with Pat's I wasn't too pleased but I needed the tire on my truck. With that being said the gentleman Jason that Pat's had sent out couldn't have been more pleasant or more friendly and I would recommend them to just about anybody. He understood our frustration it was able to make our mood just a little bit better with his personality and just how quickly he was able to get our truck mobile again.

Ok, this was my first experience with a towing service. My expectations were pretty low as you hear such horror stories, not with this company. After waiting my husband called and they were so kind to send a different truck who could get there sooner than the original one assigned to us.Upon his arrival, the driver was so nice and assuring that he had this under control! I felt a sense of relief immediately. After talking, I found out they also do repairs and I'm absolutely bringing my other car (who is need of some work) to them!Please disregard any negative reviews because I never dealt with this before and it was honestly way better than I could of ever expected.

We called AAA when my mom locked her key in the trunk of her car . They gave her a ETA of an hour. My mom called pat’s towing and explained that I was on crutches and in a knee brace and Leah of pats towing called AAA to get authorization to come get us. Not only did they not wait for the authorization, Leah called my mom back and said because of me being on crutches they rushed someone out to help us. The person was so friendly! Horrible company. Waited 2 hours for a jump, before they arrived received a call from the driver asking if we had jumper cables!!!!! Had to call back as the car wasn't driving correctly, needed a tow. Waited another 3 hours before canceling them altogether. Not quite sure why AAA keeps using this company but I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!!! As someone else said, if I could have given them zero stars I would have.

My son and his family were involved in a five car collision last Saturday. Three trucks from Pat’s came to their aid. Because it was a Saturday, the manager came in to assist with the complicated situation. My young grandchildren felt safe and secure. Today my daughter-in-laws vehicle was totaled by the insurance adjuster. The staff at Pat’s facilitated things and allowed us to gather their belongings so they could continue their vacation. Professional and considerate! Thank you!

I broke down in Newburyport, MA and needed a tow. I was at the bottom of an off ramp and am not familiar with the area. The driver was still able to locate me and gave me a ride back to their shop.The car I was driving was no longer worth repairing and I knew that. These guys, with no incentive, did their best to make sure I wasn't stranded.I am not going to write a 5000 word essay but the events that followed my car breaking down made for an extremely difficult weekend. The guys at Pats, again with no incentive, went out of their way to help me out. All I did for them was pay for an inexpensive tow. They even stayed hours after close to try helping me out. They didn't make money off of that. They were just good people. That's important.

I had a horrible day topped off by getting a flat tire. I called AAA and they sent out Pat's Towing. I initially thought I didn't have a spare and I would have to have the car towed to Seabrook Tire but I remembered I still had a spare in my 11 year old car.I dug through the back of my car, located the spare and after only ten minutes Pat's showed up. I met Christopher who couldn't be more professional and kind. By the time he changed my tire, which wasn't long, he had me laughing. He pointed out that my spare was low on air and because I wasn't far from a gas station, I was on my way.Until, I wasn't on my way. I got to the gas station and their air machine was out of order, added to that the spare had lost more air, I wouldn't be able to make it to another gas station.Back on the phone to AAA, Chris was there in 10 minutes. My car was safely towed to Seabrook Tire.Thank you for saving me twice!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who towed my car told me his name was John. He showed up to my house where my car was that needed to be towed. First off, immediately he was so rude. He even screamed at my dog because she was barking.Anyways, my car was completely dead, the windows were stuck down and everything. He seemed angry that my windows were stuck down and he attempted to put them up but failed. So he put my car in neutral, then he put my car on his truck bed and it was super crooked. I noticed the right front tire was only inches away from the edge and he NEVER took my car out of neutral and he also NEVER made sure my car was secure. I immediately thought to myself, my car is going to fall off.Before we could communicate at all, he hopped in his truck and left. Heading the opposite direction as to where the garage was where we were sending it to.I drove to the garage and waited for the tow truck to get their with my car. I was waiting at the garage because my windows were stuck down and I had asked the shop to stay open until my car got their so it didn't have to sit in the parking lot unlocked and with the windows down.Finally about 35 minutes later, the guy showed up with my car, the windows were now up, the tires were secured and my car was straight on the tow truck bed. It seemed as though my theory was correct.. that my car probably fell off.Turns out I found out I do have front bumper damage on the right side where I noticed the tire was so close to the edge in the first place. And to be clear, I did not have that damage before.Even before I saw the damage, I asked him if my car fell off because it took him so long to get here. And he replied.. "yes..." and I said "wait.. really?" And then he said.. "nope." That was it. When I asked why it took so long, he said it was because he went to his shop and jump started my car, to put the windows up. It made NO sense at all.I'm furious with the tow truck driver and furious with this company. He stupidly did damage to my car and did not do his job correctly at all. He was also super unprofessional.So, unless you want extra problems and damage to your car.. I DO NOT recommend this tow truck company AT ALL. I especially do not recommend the guy who towed my car.
