Huge, new store with a crazy amount of products and also convenient gas pumps. The staff is very helpful and they have a good attitude. Mostly catering to customers who buy in bulk. Low-salt or dietetic products are mostly non-existent. Starbucks French Roast whole bean coffee is a favorite and quite often, there is a $6.60 coupon in the mail flyer. I grind my own for longer lasting freshness. 9 cups with the cost of paper filters stands me about $1.00 per pot, which is why I never have coffee on the road. I’m not a cheap guy but I sure like value. Something new and a sign of the future, a Robot that glides along the aisles taking inventory, and someone else’s job too.

Just recently became a member. So far the staff have been accommodating and friendly. Gas prices are very good and with the hours I've been there no wait time. The store is very clean and organized. So far I've purchased mostly food items. I do wish there were more healthy options to choose from! Im not one for processed foods, candy or salty/ fat laden snacks and sweetened beverages. I'll give the membership more time & decide if it's worth renewing.

We never post a bad review, however this was compelling enough for me to post. The scanning machines had an issue with scan bar codes and qr code on certain products that requires an assciate to come over and fix. But we didn't realize the last item was taken off, so we were stopped at the front and told we were missing an item. After holding up the line, I had to do the walk of shame back to the register to purchase the item that was left off. Once I came back the guy at the front took my receipt and wrote it down in a log, while holding up people trying to leave. So, again, a second time of being treated like a criminal. In the meatime, while I was purchasing the 1 item, the guy told my wife that he had logged 3 pages of discrepancies. I think you need to re-evaluate your self scanning units or open up more cashier lanes. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth and will be heading over to Sam's Club in the near future.

Very poor customer service. When asked to obtain a new replacement membership card for my wife I was scorned by the front desk for not being the primary cardholder. When I responded to explain that the card is used and her father’s name to get him groceries as he is disabled, the response was “ Tell your father-in-law to download the app”. Policy or not the gentleman was very rude, and somehow managed to be offensive twice in one meeting As when I first approached the desk He initially looked up at me and barked “I’m helping her “!”- Bye BJs.Stop being so stuffy about your silly memberships. You should be honored we spend our money with you, not the other way around.

Never shopping at the Seabrook BJ's location again. As we were entering the store this afternoon the tall, skinny, redhead employee at the door tried to startle my fiance when she looked back at our vehicle, when she gave him a look he simply said, "oh, uh, you were looking the other way." They were behind me so I didn't even realize what was happening or that he was talking to her/us until after we entered the store.Just a totally weird, offputting, and unprofessional experience. We don't pay for a membership to be harassed by strangers who don't know how to act.

It is an excellent place to get some things in bulk. They have a nice variety of items. The people there are helping and friendly. There is lots of space for parking. It is worth the money to join.

I don’t know what the gentleman’s name is but he’s bald with a goatee. Very rude to customers talking to customers like a know it all and because I couldn’t qualify for a bjs card he made me feel so in deferent soi bought myself a years card and because of him BJS lost me. I would like to have a membership to you but not as long as you have someone like him at the membership desk. So sorry not for me. Best wishes

Customer service at Bj's is the worst in the business.Alway out of advertised items. Wanted to by a TV no sign saying clearance, Customer service said order online, can't because it's the floor model. Called to by it and told can't take payment over the phone.I was in the store could have done it then but bad information given. Only recourse drive back hope it's there.Sign said on sale until 11/19 it was 10/19Deceptive marketing at best. Told we don't mark clearance items. They have been going down hill for years

Went to get my tires changed at this location specifically because they had the ability to do alignments. Last time I took a vehicle to a quick service tire center I was told they couldn’t do the alignment because the “bolts were stuck”. I was fed the same load of garbage today. Also the guy working the desk obviously goes on power trips with customers, loves to say no, not concerned with helping the customer get what they want. A man pulled up out front, and the employee said “you can’t park there, how about you park in an actual parking spot.” And refused to listen to what the customer had to say until he moved his vehicle. Mind you, this customer wasn’t blocking anyone, there were 1 customer and 2 employees at this location at the time. Won’t be going back to this location, due to their “can’t do” attitude.

This store is strategically understaffed, with sometimes a single employee having to handle multiple departments (bakery, deli, produce). Meanwhile other BJ's seem to be swimming in employees.DO NOT BUY CUT MEAT HERE!!!I've overheard employees complain to each other that the bald manager of the meat department does not wash his hands. To that point, while looking at ribs, I once saw him take off multiple layers of gloves to step out of the meat room and help another customer, then when he went back into the meat room, I saw him pick up the same wad of used gloves and wiggle them back on and go back to what he was doing. It's been 20 years since I have worked in food, but even I remember that reusing disposable gloves is a health hazard.

Today I had new tires installed on my car. Sam the technician was very thorough and install my tires. Also I would like to add that she was extremely professional and nice to work with. Five stars for BJ's in Seabrook Sam the tire technician.

I Recently visited at the BJ’s store in Seabrook I was at the deli ordering some cold cuts. I was looking for the best price I asked for something that showed a lower price than the others. After the attendant packaged and gave me the product, the price was almost double what was shown in the case I asked her why she said the computer does it I asked for a manager, and basically got the same results. Not to mention both people had very poor attitudes, so when you buy something at BJ’s don’t always expect the price to be with shown on the product.

The warehouse is relatively new, opened about a year or so ago.Large parking lot but it’s Never truly busy, compared to any Costco warehouse.Overall, it’s decent & has the basic necessities for food items but nothing special.BJs own Wellesley Farm & Jensen clothing are nothing special. Avoid the clothing line as it’s really not that good like the underwear or socks. The gas savings (& rotisserie chicken) makes up for the cost of membership. There are online price specials so you don’t have to ever pay full cost for membership. The best thing is that the gas station opened up recently so you can get gas at a discount.Weirdly, the gas cost less than at the Portsmouth location.

$25 membership - not renewing. Costco prices, quality, bakery, online shopping, merchandise much better.Yes, Costco is busier (see above) but well worth it. After 30 years of membership it is still the best for us.

IT'S NOT so much the place as your website. I type in one thing and they show many different things. I hit the arrow button to see what's next and it moves the products ligtening fast before my eyes can even focus on them. I look at furniture and other things and they don't even show the dimensions., I think you need help w/your web page.I was going to come down and get groceries for the month. Instead I will go to Market basket.

What on earth is the horrendous stench of this store? It is nauseating and disgusting to try to shop while breathing in the smell of rancid trash. The odor hits you as soon as you walk in the door and lingers through the majority of the store. This needs to be fixed! We have noticed it from since the store was built, but it was extremely awful today. I see other reviews stating the same thing. Something needs to be done about this.

Watch this location for a credit card scam. We went there today for a simple membership for $25 bucks. My wife made it clear, even pointing to the $25 card picture on the counter, that all she wanted was a membership. After completing the transaction we found out that they signed us up for a credit card as well. I spoke to the person who signed us up (identified as the team leader) and asked her to cancel the credit card. She refused and stated that we should have known that we were applying for a credit card because My wife "was asked for her SS#" I asked them to cancel our membership told them we would'nt ever go back. I left the material at the counter. When I got home I called corporate and they were very nice and told me they will submit the cancellation. I am thinking employees may receive incentives for getting credit card applications. This is dishonesty and bad businessUpdate - It turns out they never did actulally cancel the credit card. It came in the mail and I canceled myself

It seems they strategically place sales people from cell phone or internet companies etc. intentionally to accost you directly in front of the door and there's no way to avoid these people. You literally have to walk by them to get into the store to start your shopping. They are like used car salesman and it's ridiculous. I want to get in and out without being solicited every time I come in to grab a few things. They get enough of my money.

Horrible staff and customer service. The place is a rip off . Basically get a card or they up charge you 20% . I wish when i called i was warned this but customer service. Instead i had to get a membership or pay 80 as a surcharge. I dont understand why a store like this was allowed to build in beautiful seabrook. All there gonna do is rip off the residents.

Nice new store but not sure they were actually ready to open. Return didn't go well. Self check out didn't go well. Items without prices. Staff said they were under staffed...

So, this store smells horrible. It's been like this for about a month now. It smells like rancid vegetables and garbage. I don't know why they haven't fixed it but it's horrible. I can't go back, I can't stand in that store with that smell any longer.....
