I bought five toys for my dog, it was by three get two free. When I got to the register it came to 71 dollars. They asked if I would like to DONATE 5 dollars for a charity, and I said yes. Instead of going to $76 and went to $91 dollars because they gave me the donation for free and charge me for the fifth toy that was supposed to be free. This company took advantage of people wanting to donate and instead they made an extra $15 in their own pocket, Making it millions if they do this everybody. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Great staff that seem to like their job. We have been using them the past year since we have gotten our puppy, Chester. I like the fact they have his medical records on file we do a lot of traveling so it's nice to have. They text me when he is needed for anyting. The staff doesn't seem to push any items that are not recommended. They asked if you need anything and want to hear your feedback on any questions you may have.

I’ve always brought my mini poodle to get groomed without issues but this time, was a mistake. They completely shaved him off when I said to PLEASE brush out, if any, knots because he is such a soft haired dog. Jane kept insisting he was matted when he was not. When we picked him up, he was completely shaven and looked like a chihuahua. I am so disappointed with the service after years of going here.

My dog had her nails cut here. The staff was very nice but two weeks later we were at the vet due to a nail infection that was making her nails drop off. $700 in vet bills so far. A bacterial infection in her nails. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Took my Pomeranian here to get a clean and tight out light trim, nothing too crazy but still needed a professionals help. Katy did a wonderful job making sure my pup came home better than before. My dog had gotten a couple bad haircuts before so I always get a little nervous but after seeing Katy’s work I will definitely be back and request her by name! Additionally, she filled out a cute little report card with details on how he did for each part of process (nails, teeth, bath, cut, etc.). Made me feel better to hear how he did knowing he is a bit of a scaredy cat.

Love this shop. We brought our puppy here for the training and Lara is just amazing!Also everyone in this store is simply super friendly and helpful. The quality of the products is superb and our puppy loves her food from there.Special shout out to Jen from the Grooming Section who our little Pebble absolutely adores and loves to get her hair done.Super recommend this place!

I like all the PetSmart locations. This one is good too. The class section is in the middle of the store, which I like. Only complaint is they need to keep the poop-napkins replenished. Great clothes! Here's Minny in her new Sombrero for Cinco de Mayo.

Very nice staff. Me and my Husband found everything we were looking for. Although it's a bit pricey for accessories...we bought a fish tank. All in all we spent $175+. Little tiny defects in some of the accessories. But nonetheless, you can easily fix them.

Jane was wonderful! My girls cut came out exactly as I asked. And Sophie didn't seem stressed as she usually is coming home from the groomer. I'm very happy with PetSmart and Jane. We will be back. I found my new groomer!

The girl working in the fish department is incredibly rude, she also refused to sell me a feeder fish because I do not have a 20 gallon tank to accommodate it. Considering the 500 fish on display are stuffed into a 10 gallon tank I don't think one in a 5 gallon tank is overcrowded.

This particular store has prescription pet food, which came in handy for my sick dog (they have it for cats as well). Good size store. Clean. Staff seems friendly and helpful.

We love stopping here on our cigarette runs to Smokers Lane. The store is big and very clean/organized. Plenty of products in stock and employees spread throughout. It does feel more open/empty of shelves as of recent. They have a cat adoption area with viewing but the cats were gone for the holidays. The one thing drove me crazy is unlike Massachusetts where everything has to be priced, I couldn't find a price for several products and there are no price scanners in the store except the registers. Other than that the store is very well kept.

One stop for your pet needs. Here you can have your pet groomed, (must be vaccinated) and have them vaccinated, Banfield veterinary.Food for all sorts of pets, Dogs, Cats reptile. Toys, leashes and harnesses, which if needed an employee will help with size and sizing.Of course pets are welcomed in the store.

I love Petsmart. Their hours are great! They have a great variety of foods for your Pets. I purchase for my kitten. She needs special food due to Urinary Issues. I am always able to get her food here. I tried a different variety and she was not happy. I returned the food with my receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. Great Cashiers always.

The cat food problem seems to be getting a little better. I was able to get a good choice of Fancy Feast at PetSmart today. Their prices are competitive with Wal-Mart, and being able to pick and choose flavors that my Inky will eat is better than odering cases for Chewy. I also like being able to get a wide variety of cat food brands off the shelf. This gives Inky a taste treat to enjoy. Inky's set for a week or two, but I also enjoy going to the store to see the new products available and looking at the cats/kittens available for adoption.

Locals - go here for your pet needs! Petsmart is the best place in town for any pet needs. Employees and manager here are extremely nice unlike at the local Petco. Their BOPIS is amazing too! They also seem to take care of their pets really well.

over all, very nice employees and very large, roomy store here in Salem, nh.alot of variety for different pets and even has grooming center and adoption center with still 2 cats there.I find though in general at all pets stores there is always less items available for cat owners..

We buy most of our dog and cat food here, as well as occasional dog grooming, and we also came here for beginner dog training. Overall well stocked, supply chain issues being what they are. Our trainer is very knowledgable and accommodating of our sometimes crazy schedule. All the staff are so friendly, and the manager is great. Our pup loves them all!

This store is pretty great as far as petsmarts or petcos go. Mostly clean, the dog trainer NOW is phenomenal, but their old trainer was dreadful. Give it a shot now if you had a bad experience. It's well worth it.

The lady in fish department left me waiting for 10 minutes as she walked by multiple times. I had to ask for help…other than that she was helpful. They have decent selection of fish but should get rid of the dead fish to prevent illness/disease spread. But I notice this in many pet stores (dead fish lingering). Overall prices seem fair…

I suppose the lack of stock is due to the supply chain, but I was able to order what I needed ftom their website. What turned me completely off was a gentleman working the aisle that I ADKED, and he just simply said "you have to order on line". No apology, no asking if he could order the item for me and have it delivered to the store so I could save on shipping. NOTHING.
