Pepi was an outstanding dog stylist and was able to take care of my very difficult silky terrier. In the past no one was able to cut his nails, brush his teeth or trim the hair on his legs. Pepi was able to do it and my dog is so happy! Thank you

Took my bichonpoo for grooming, bath, nail trim, etc the whole nine. Go to pick up my dog and he is looking like if he was a street rat that got in a fight with 3 cats, bald spots on his body half hair on his head, eye bugers, his Tail hair was also trim in which the petco in andover never did or his ears. Put it like this I wasn't even charged for how bad it was. I have a few friends and gave me a late warning and come to find out their dogs went through the same thing. Have to put negative stars

I was pleased with my experience at Petco grooming. The customer service was excellent. Maria was the groomer that took care of our pup. I couldn’t thank her enough for being so patient with Sparky. This was our pups first time at the groomers so he was a bit nervous. Thanks to Maria our dog was happy, clean and extra fluffy!

I dropped my dog yesterday afternoon sep 2 2021And I ask specifically that I want my dog to look like a teddy bear like the first 3 pictures and the last picture is what the lady did to ny dog is horrible I was in shock I can believe they don’t know what a teddy bear look like !! The lady know that she did it wrong because she offer me a discount and a free shower next time but I don’t want nothing I just ask for a professional to take care my dog and do a nice job I will never go back to Petco grooming that is for sure !

I was at the dog groomer, at Petco, in Salem NH. I decided to buy a dog collar and picked one out and the sign read $19.00. When I went to the register, the cashier charged me $24.99. I made her aware of the $19.00 sign that was there. She said that she was sorry, but it was 24.99. I asked for a manager. The manager was extremely rude from the get-go. I explained that the sign said $19.00. She confirmed the original price, and I showed her seven more collars where the sign read $19.00.I asked if she could validate the $19.00 because the sign and the collars were mislabeled and misleading. She answered that "things were always misplaced in the store" and could not honor the $19.00. This event was unfair. Conducting business where the norm is "things were always misplaced in the store" is not a positive way to provide services. I will not be shopping there again.

Alicia was fantastic. I felt so welcomed when I walked into this grooming area! I explained that my dog was very anxious and I would be happy with however far they could get even if it wasn't far at all. They assured me that he would be fine. I left the area and watched from a hidden distance. He did very well and I was ecstatic that I found such a friendly and animal loving group of girls. Because of them, I don't feel nervous and best of all I can keep my vital care membership! Thank you!

The groomers were so sweet to my puppy and put him and me at ease during his first time there. they explained what they would do not to stress him out. he was so happy when I picked him up and wanted to stay when it was time to leave. I was very impressed with his bath,trim and nails. He was not overly trimmed and I look forward to returning every time he needs grooming. Thank you.

Christina, the groomer, was wonderful with my dog Bentley! He is a large senior dog with some serious separation anxiety and can be a handful. He absolutely loved Christina and definitely seemed to feel more comfortable with her when I picked him up than when I've picked him up from other groomers in the past! Also, Bentley had an accident in the kennel (which is not unusual) and she was a trooper to deal with this - THANK YOU. Not only was the service / groomer amazing; but the price was only a little over $60 for a bath with special shampoo for his allergies, teeth brushing, ear cleaning AND nail filing. I can tell she gave him a truly thorough bath, he is softer than any other groomer (or myself) has gotten him before and smells incredible! I will definitely be back in 5 weeks for his next appointment :) Thank you so much

Pepi used to cut my poodle so perfectly but now she botched my miniature poodle!!!! I paid $80.00 for my dog to not look like a classic poodle, sadly. I even offered her a picture of my dog and how I want her to be specifically cut. Her response was “absolutely not I don’t need a picture” but clearly she needs it. One of her ears wasn’t cleaned, and my poodles top was ridiculous! How are you going to give me my dog with her top cut on one side and long on the other. And why does my dog get home dying of thirst!? They don’t even give them any water! NEVER AGAIN!

The girl was nice and friendly and knew how to handle my puppy. He doesn’t let me groom him so the groomer must have known how to take control and not stress him! The haircut looks great! We are happy with the results!

My Dog was shaved and when I brought him home he had 3 different bald spots on his body as well as uneven hair cuts around all paws. I asked for nails to be cut and the nails where super long still. Had to fix around the ears he had very short pieces of hair and long pieces mixed in I had to even out myself. Very nice people but the job was not what I expected 😕

The stylist Maria who worked on Charlie gave him the BEST grooming look/experience he has EVER had going to Petco. She was quick, did amazing work and was incredibly kind - exactly the kind of person you want representing the Petco brand.

I felt it was expensive for the services.$55 My dog got a bath and nail trim/toothbrushing. Small dog 20 pounds, short haired Boston Terrier. In the past I had larger dogs (Golden retrievers) that required more work in the grooming services. I would pay $75 for one Golden at my previous groomer.The staff were very friendly at this location and the salon was clean. I was happy with the outcome and would bring my dog back again.

The groomer Christina is amazing! I have 2 blind, senior shih tzus who are pretty difficult to get groomed everywhere else, but Christina handles them amazingly and treats them so well!! We are so happy with the outcome and so appreciative of her!!

Pet groomer was very friendly. My dog seemed very comfortable and was not skittish (like he sometimes is after a grooming). Do to Covid my dog was a mess. I am thankful he was able to finally be groomed.

Pepi is so kind and efficient as a groomer. I have a Yorkie with a trachea and has to be treated differently than most dogs. She knows exactly how to groom her so that she is not choking or coughing when she comes home. Pepi is the BEST!

Cosmo is a rescue dog and can be very fussy with people and other animals. I cannot remember the woman's name, but she always does an excellent job with him. He actually enjoys his time there! Thank you for your patience and being so kind with Cosmo.

I paid $84 dollars for grooming and tip and was not satisfied with the grooming. His ears still needed cleaning and the hairs were poorly trimmed are all uneven
