Wonderful Country store. The people were very welcoming, polite, and informative. The deli there makes fresh delicious foods and treats. I highly recommend a stop there. Beautiful area of the state.

The quiche here is to die for, and I'm not even an egg person. It's a pit-stop must after a morning hike.Parking: Very hard in the winter with snow banks taking up space.

I love it here. I have gone here every morning, and I am glad I stopped by the first time. The smoothies are amazing, and you can add protein and change them up. They have different homemade treats such as tiramisu, different puddings, brownies, and other filled cakes. They have new, fresh quiches every morning. Of the animal products they use, they are all sourced responsibly. Someone where I was staying said he stops here every year for their chocolate milk because it is the best he has ever had. Their fresh muffins are crispy on the top and perfectly fluffy on the inside. I finished it outside while they made my smoothie. I could not stop.They have a variety of amazing sandwiches, wraps, and subs. This also includes breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a veggie sandwich, and they sliced everything perfectly with a deli slicer. He made the sandwich so amazing and perfect. When he handed it to me it was unlike any sandwich place I have been to. I loved every bite of the sandwich.

We got a buffalo roast beef wrap and it was delicious. This quaint little village store has gifts, dog related related items, and fresh sandwiches and smoothies.

I had to add to my last review...The couple that run the store(I'm assuming are married) they are so sweet and friendly, its something you dont find very often. There choices in ice cream are great AND the ice cream taste awesome!! Next time I'm going to try a grinder.Loved this store! People are very friendly and homemade products are nice.

Great find on a quiet rural backroad. A real old school general store. Total throwback experience. Don't be in a hurry, relax and they will make a great sandwich for you. Hint: they make fresh mini pies and other deliciousness too.

An absolute GEM. Amazing breakfast sandwiches. Simple ingredients made with love and fairly priced.Iowners George and Sheila keep a bunch of craft beers in the case, sell home baked goods (including bread!) and make sure you don’t miss out on the dinners Friday and Saturday night. I recommend the chicken parm or pizza!

This is the most awesome store around! Delicious food, amazing deli, and lots of great handmade items for sale. Very friendly owners too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the charm of an old fashioned country store.

I was able to see the old Rock Climbing area" Rumney Rocks" . The Village Store was also the same as it was decades ago. There's a timeless quality about the place. I loved it then and I love it now. ...bob 🐸

Nice little store. Good home made goods. The smell alone of the fresh made bread will make you want to buy something. Sandwiches made to order as well. Quaint from the outside. I'll be back!

It's really quaint. It's a DIFFERENT kind of convenient store. It's cute it's more like an old coffee shop where you go in and have a coffee visit look around at the homemade articles for sale or just get what you quickly stopped by for. It's run by very nice friendly people in a very unique way.

Rumney Village Store is a local gem. The sandwiches are affordable and delicious, and the store also sells beer and other grocery items. There are also many locally made foods and crafts for sale. And the owners are really nice.
