Sam was amazing! You can tell she loves her job and cares about the animals that come in. My dog came out looking brand new and smelled amazing! He even came out with a St. Patrick’s Day bandana! Definitely going to be scheduling with Sam again!

If I could give this store -10 zeros I would. I love this store it's usually my go to for everything but I used the restroom and wanted to puke!! I have NEVER seen a public bathroom so disgusting in my life!!! I will from here out be going elsewhere!

Each visit to Petco is a good experience.Last week we were looking for a dental product for our dog. The associate helped us find just what we needed after explaining what each product was meant to accomplish. Our previous vist we needed a good fitting harness and some booties for our little dog, and another associate spent a good deal of time helping us find and fit those items for and on our dog. Both women were professional, friendly, knowledgeable,respectful of us and our dog 🐕 ❤️Good people, good outcome!Marcia Grace

Staff isn't very knowledgeable. And not over friendly. And the saltwater tanks are rarely for sale always something wrong with fish, algie or sick .i prefer Dover or Portsmouth store their clean friendly and knowledgeable about all their animals throughly thank you guysmerry Christmas and thank you. all in dover my favorite place to shop. My wife and I brought our very gentle and timid rescue dog to petco, most folks came up to us including other customers, everyone was very friendly, we were offered service a few times and everybody was very professional. We purchased a knucklebone for our rottie which she finished in roughly 20 to 30 minutes, for a bigger dog with stronger jaws I recommend the "mammoth" chew bones or asking specifically for stronger chews as ours didn't last as long as we were expecting, though our pup was very pleased regardless.We highly recommend visiting here.

My 80 year old mother brought her dog ( the dog means the world to her) in for a nail trim..after the nail trim you put on a bandana. Doing that small jester made her day. You made my mother so happy and I want to thank you so much . Her dog is not an easy dog to deal with. She gets overly excited and barks a lot. Again to the groomer thank you for your kindness

I got my husband 4 out of his 5 tarantulas at petcoKristen the Lady who sold us our first Tarantula. She definitely knows what she’s talking about when it comes to tarantulas. She definitely trys to find them the best homes!

This petco gives me massive anxietyAlways feel like I’m being watched when I shop and everything is such an issue, grooming dept is incompetent, need an ID for an opu even though I have the confirmation email in front of me, sometimes we like to go look at the animals but mgmt makes it so uncomfortable to take my daughter to visit I always feel like they are watching for theft. If I wanted to steal petco would not be my place of choice nor would I ever steal. Also now charging for bags is a disgrace you are in Rochester NH a massively republican city, not CA. I legit only feel this way here at this petco.

There’s a gentleman that works here and he’s super helpful and patient, however I took my dog in to get groomed and the lady told me my vaccination record for him was fake (?) and that anyone could have written it so then I took him to the vet out of concern that he had no vaccinations and they told me nothing was wrong with the card and it was all clear and valid? Also showed up to my appointment and wasn’t let into the store until 10 minutes after. Had to spend $50 on a dog grooming kit to groom him myself. Pretty pissed.

Fish were dead in aquariums. Staff starred at me from across the store and wouldn’t come help in aquariums. When she finally came to help she was rude and wouldn’t listen and didn’t get the fish we wanted. When I brought fish home they were dead. Assuming the girl injured them when retrieving them for the sale.

This is the only place I bring my Lennon for grooming. They are all so sweet and loving and treat my pup as if he was their own. He has never shown any signs of stress when I drop him off or pick him up. Their cuts are always spot on. I've never been disappointed with their service.

Always prompt service, pleasant attitudes and these associates really care about their customers as well as any animals inside and out of their store. I go in weekly for things and can honestly say I've never anything less than exceptional customer service. It's much appreciated. Thank you, that's hard to find at stores these days with all the staff shortages and whatnot, especially!

Was a great experience. From booking her appointment to our whole experience. Our Golden had a bad experience with another groomer for her first bath, nail trim and haircut & this was only her second time going and was a new place for her. She was so clean and smelled great. Her groomer could see how skittish and afraid she was and did not cut her hair so as not to traumatize her. She was so thoughtful with Abby,and really took her time to ensure she was comfortable, and only thinking about Abby's feelings. We are so grateful to her. Hopefully the more Abby goes to see them the less afraid she will be.
